We are a local, small physician-led boutique practice, specializing in Botox, fillers, PRP, microneedling, chemical peels and more. We believe that enhancement of beauty via the right eye and hand can achieve a natural and effortless outcome that will boost self-confidence and inner strength. We believe that the patient experience matters as much as the outcome and the result should not only be seen but also felt. Additionally we have a Men's Health specialty practice lead by a board certified urologist fellowship trained in andrology. We focus on the treatment of erectile dysfunction, hormone replacement therapy and Men's sexual health.

Dr. Maryam Bickell is amazing and really takes care of YOU. For someone who has never been injected, I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Bickell made me feel 100% comfortable immediately - both she and the environment are warm and welcoming. She spends time with you and explains the process including what to expect in the days to follow. She is precise and thorough. The end result really exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Pari and Dr. Bickell!! My 75+ mother is now going :)

Highly recommend this spa and skincare line! 10/10! I recently went to Pari for Botox and lip filler treatments, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I have never gotten either treatment before - I did not know what to expect and was pretty nervous. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the overall atmosphere of the spa. Maryam was not only highly skilled but also incredibly welcoming. The consultation process was thorough, and she took the time to understand my goals, teach me about the treatments and address any concerns I had. The level of attention and personalized care I received instilled so much confidence. The Botox treatment was administered with precision, resulting in a natural and rejuvenated look. I also opted for lip filler, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Maryam recommended an approach of doing only a little filler and coming back after it settled if I wanted more. I am so glad I did that to know if I would like the overall look. The results were better than what I envisioned—natural and just a bit enhanced. I purchased a couple of items from the skincare line; the retinol and face cream. I saw such a noticeable difference in the quality of my skin! I actually went back and purchased the sunscreen, eye cream, Hyaluronic acid! I highly recommend Pari Medical Aesthetics to anyone seeking a medical spa with a perfect blend of expertise, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to returning for future treatments!

Amazed by this spa! There’s a level of compassion and understanding from the moment you’re greeted, through consultation, and all the way to the gentle nature as the treatment is performed. With impeccable precision and knowledge of the process, you barely feel a thing and walk out feeling revived and brand new. Love it!

An all around wonderful experience. Dr. Bickell explains everything to you so you’re not left with any questions. She uses a conservative approach to aesthetics which is comforting. Their skin care line is ultra luxurious. 10/10!

I kinda don’t want to share because Pari is the best beauty secret in bucks county. If you want look like a natural better version of yourself this is the place. I’ve gone to other med spas locally for my Botox and treatments and felt kinda overly sold on things and it made me feel uncomfortable. Pari Medical Aesthetics is the opposite, from the moment you walk in it feels cool and stylishly laid back but with medical professionals making sure you feel and look amazing! I luv this place.
