I was visiting a friend in the Laurel area for a party and stopped by to get my nails done.. This was a hidden gem because this place was awesome..The Inside Asthetics was Def high end and the atmosphere was very upbeat..They were playing 90's club music, very nostalgic and uplifting... Let's talk about the service: Nina was super dope!!!!!! She was very professional, intentional, and took her time when designing my nails... Nina is definitely one of the best nail Tech I have been to and her customer service skills are Top Tier!!!!!!

I had a weird experience here. the lady who did my pedicure told me they don’t take card only cash even though they have a card reading machine, so she told me to take money out the ATM, my wallet wasn’t in my bag so I double checked with them to see if they took card because it’s 2024 what business doesn’t take card? and come to find out they do take card she just wanted the full payment for herself and then insisted she receive a tip. Tbh, I also don’t like my pedicure, she didn’t remove some of the acrylic on my toe and just painted on top of it. Lazy work. Not an honest business practice will not be back.

I used to love coming to this place, but the quality has gone down. I just got my eyebrows done and the lady burned me with the wax, she also got it all over my eyelashes when she was doing it. The time before that, the lady was rushing and tried to get me to leave with uneven eyebrows.

My toenails were cut so short they hurt to move them. I recommend they buy new nail polish with paint left inside them.

Went there for a bridal shower and received 5 star treatment! We had wine, egg rolls, snacks etc. Rita (Thinh) did a phenomenal job with my VIP pedicure. This was THEE best pedicure that I’ve ever received. The massage, hot stone, sea scrub….AMAZING! Plenty of parking for customers!

Love love Hana 's professionalism, kindness and humor. Nina and Trinlee are the best and their whole staff is friendly, welcoming and does a great job. I'm holding on the Hana for as long as she wants. Definitely recommend for women of all ages and men. Recently pampered myself to Wellness Wednesday with the VIP pedicure which was so needed. Would recommend 100%

Highly recommend. Treated me like a human...A friendly and funny staff and super accommodating. Took me even when there were about to close.. all i got was a toe color change THEY TREATED MY FEET LIKE I GOT A WHOLE PEDI!!my new regular spot!

I write this review as I wait to get my pedicure fixed after getting it done less than 24 hours ago. The nail polish is chipping and the nail tech did not do a good job cleaning up the sides of my nails. I came in to get it fixed and was asked if I can come back tomorrow because they are busy. Of course I can’t because I’m already here so I decided to wait. I had already had made up my mind yesterday that I wouldn’t be coming back here. Don’t waste your time or money.

La atención es buenas son amables , el pedicure le doy un 90% me quemaron los pies con tanta compresa caliente , especialmente una cera color naranja en una bolsa plástica te introducen el pie ahí y es fuego literal🔥 3 días pase con las quemaduras , les falta poner mas atención a las compresas calientes que ponen la temperatura es extrema !!! El precio $75 por un pedicure no profundo , y algo mas q si me pareció bueno esque están abiertos hasta ya noche yo fui como alas 8:15pm no dicen no , en una emergencia q se necesite y ya no hay abiertos aquí puedes venir 🧐 pero yo no volveré

Initially I was looking for a place open on Sunday and I found them located on Google. I went to this establishment to not only be inconvenienced but also it was not the best work I have received. The staff was friendly yes but the service was piss poor. The lady did well on my pedicure, the nails not so much. I’ve paid way less money for way better quality work. My nails are short extremely short and I still ended up paying $115 which I had to use the atm because she DID NOT want to take a card payment but that was never established when I walked in for service. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT FOR SUCH terrible work. Also I’m not sure if the air was broken but it was as hot as the devils toe nails in there. For future references maybe let people know you’re only accepting CASH. Also please fix the air! Thank you!

Their site says they close at 9:30. I walked in at 8:40 for a fill in and they didn’t have enough people. That’s a long time before they closed to start turning people away. And the “come back tomorrow” is 100% unrealistic. Why would I ever come back here?

Don’t be fooled by these reviews. My experience was not good. First I got a pedicure and the technician cut my toes several times. Even when I spoke up, she still cut me about two more times. After the pedicure, I attempted to get a full set done and a different technician kept putting my nails on crooked. When I tried to explain it to her, she didn’t understand. So in an attempt to fix it, a different tech came and fixed her errors. My nails look decent, but they’re not of the quality that I’m used to and there’s a LOT of dried acrylic on my knuckles. They were friendly and polite about my requests, so I can say they have good customer service. However, I don’t think it’s the shop for me.

Simply unprofessional. Claim to know how to do designs but when they attempt to do so it's a problem because it looks A MESS. If you tell them you don't like something about your nails they switch up and will give you horrible attitude. Also, they will Talk about you like you don't have a smart phone with google translate to find out what they're saying. Smh they will try to charge you for extra fees if you tell them you don't like it.

I’ve had the worst experience today with Nicky. Very disgusting attitude and rude, to say the least. She put on a crooked nail TWICE and proceeds to tell me that I’m too picky and that she “cannot do” and began to cause a scene. They began to talk about me and exhibited disgusting and unprofessional behavior. Another colleague Jenny was extremely helpful and saw EXACTLY what I was talking about regarding the crooked nail and also let Nicky know that it was crooked. Jenni had to call someone else in to assist. I’m tired of these nail techs thinking that everyone should be accepting of whatever subpar service they’re giving and I will not accept it, just like I wouldn’t accept it anywhere else.

Excellent customer service! The staff members are skilled in applying nail extensions or tips for those desiring longer nails or a more dramatic look. Very quick service! My friend and I walked in and had immediate service. Absolutely love my nails when they were done at Paradise Nails and Spa, 10/10 recommend! The salon is a great place to get a quick and efficient manicure or pedicure.

WOW!!!!! I can see why it's all 5 stars. The techs are amazing and all friendly. My pink and white set Michelle did is absolutely beautiful! Hands down the best set I've ever had. I have found my forever nail salon. You won't leave disappointed.

Is not that often that mu hubby gets pedicure. Today he came along with me and the girl that did his nails treated him with care and was very knowledgeable. One of his nails was hurting, and she took care of it. They were a little pushy in selling me nail polish but at the end the service was great lastly the cashier gave us complimentary Valentines chocolates to me and my hubby. Overall I recommend this place.

The services are okay compared to others in the area. I can usually get pretty much what I ask for. However after coming for a few months I realized that the prices for the services are made up. A polish change for toes( just removing last color, and new color I was told $40.) I paid $30 last time and actually got my cuticle removed and a gel fill in on one toe. No fill just polish change it’s $10 more. I’ve come in after clients for a full pedi an d left before them so there is no symmetry in the service you will receive. And my finger nails are always decent when I ask for simple designs. But the rush to get a new client often leaves air bubbles throughout the nail and a rushed finished product. And when you ask valid questions about pricing they are always met with rebuttal. If you need your nails done and want good service and something simple conveniently. This place is for you. But for your moneys worth there are probably other salons in the area. Michelle has been one of the best overall.

They did a great job on my nails. However, Ask for COSTS for each service before agreeing to pay; or get to the register & be shocked at they Extremely HIGH COST. Shameful to do to customer’s during our current economy.

This is the second nail salon I’ll have to part ways with after being a loyal customer. Beware of the switch up! I would go to this place for mani and pedi at least once a month. Always tipped my tech a $20 bill. My daughter would also get her mani and pedi done at this establishment. $10 bill for servicing my 5 year old. If there was an all of a sudden price hike, I would think I’d be one to know before my appointment begins. Why would I be paying so much of a price difference on services I get on a regular basis and never paid this excessive amount prior. I’m in this establishment one to two times monthly. As a professional, why would you not inform me of such a change immediately? Why would you wait until the services have been rendered then start adding on things I’ve never paid for or heard of? I’m very disappointed. New owner ruined a great relationship. Probably didn’t like that my technician was getting such a good tip for her time/work and her a$$ was not. Smelled a hater!!!! Very sad to go but that was the most unprofessional $h:+ I had seen in awhile so there is no other option for me but to take my money elsewhere smh!! Just sad!!! 2/2/24 The only reason I can’t come back is due to the disrespectful nature in which I was handled that day. That lady was so nasty!!! I do appreciate you trying to rectify the situation but I cannot accept. These type of businesses are only in certain communities for a reason. These establishments were redlined from others because they didn’t want you there but you settle in and disrespect the people of the same community you need business from to keep your family afloat?! This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. It was unnecessary! I do appreciate you trying though but the damage is done!
