Was in town for a weeklong Aikido event and may have overdone it a bit. Excellent deep tissue massage - these guys are great. Easy to schedule, responsive, nice location, lots of parking and best of all, I can move my shoulder again.

I booked the appt. And she never ever mentioned a male massage therapist. I was very uncomfortable the entire time as well as freezing in there. The owner asked me to tip and I said no, she began demanding to know why I didn't tip. I told her to stop arguing with me, I shouldn't have to explain why I didn't tip, it's very rude to even ask that question especially when you are not required to tip. I ended up tipping via venmo because her machine wasn't taking my card so I used the same card to pay them via venmo. Never going back.

I have an amazing tranquil experience every time I book a massage here at this establishment! They released so much stress and tension in my body I cant go anywhere else to get that full body mind and soul relief. I leave feeling so much lighter. It’s a lovely environment with lovely people 10 out of 10 definitely recommend here for you and your loved ones.

Just came from having a 30 minute foot massage with Han. It was wonderful and very relaxing. I still feel like I'm walking on air! The only reason I gave a 4☆ review is because they had raised the price (credit) from $32 to $37. The $5 difference is not really a big deal, but just something people should be aware of and the prices changed on pamphlets and signage. However, I will return again. They are very clean and kind. Seem to really care about the service they provide to their clients. Thank you to Han! Sorry, if I misspelled your name.🥰

If you are serious about getting a deep tissue massage this is your place. These guys are literally performing surgeries with their elbows. They will put everything back in place. You will leave feeling light and body-less. I have had massages world wide, this is in my top 3 hall of fame 🥰

My niece raved about this place and I could not wait to take her for her birthday the other weekend. After going, I would not return and would not recommend this place for multiple reasons. The foot massage was not as described at all. This was a basic massage no focus on any pressure points or reflexology at all. The entire time, I had to suffer through listening to a customers snoring because you are brought into a room full of other people. It was awkward to try to relax and listen to other people snoring. I tried my best to ignore the snore fest going on and focus on the massage but I was struggling because I had to ask the massage therapist multiple times to focus on a specific area and she kept not doing that area which was so very annoying. This was a complete waste of money and a miserable experience. I am posting this incase I can spare another person the misery of being tricked into thinking this might be a good idea. I highly recommend spending the same amount of money and going somewhere else where you can enjoy peace and quiet unless listening to other people snore while getting a basic massage is what you are into. I would never ever never ever go back even if they offered a FREE massage.

I had been to their location in Jupiter several times and was thrilled to hear that they were opening here in Saint Petersburg a few years ago. The service and professionalism is consistent. Whether you are looking for a quick foot massage or a 120 minute body massage this is the best place to pamper yourself. Each service I have had and there have been many has been exceptional. Whenever I have guests in town who have travelled far I send them here and they are delighted.

Most definitely very disappointed in my massage. My husband and I went for couple's message, in what was supposed to be a treat for me because I suffer from chronic pain. Idk what happened where my masseuse only gave me 20% of the massage my husband received. Not sure if the guy was timid because I am a woman but he missed 80% of giving me a Full body massage. No front neck, chest, arms or thighs, no hot stones. Barely touched the back of my neck or base of skull. Terribly disappointed

I had high hopes for this place and scheduled a spa day for myself and a friend to celebrate her birthday. Unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. During my foot massage, the therapist seemed disengaged and even appeared to be falling asleep. She kept focusing on the same spot on my ankle, despite my requests to move on to other areas. This made the experience very uncomfortable and left me feeling irritated rather than relaxed. The back and neck massage were okay, but overall, I did not leave feeling rejuvenated as I had hoped. The ambiance of the spa was nice with its dim lighting and relaxing atmosphere, but the quality of service fell short of my expectations. I spent $100 on what was supposed to be a self-care treat, but it left much to be desired. I've had better foot massages with a tennis ball. On a positive note, my friend enjoyed her experience. Hopefully, they can improve the quality of their services in the future.

My best friend and I recently visited Paradise Spa for a 60-minute combo massage, focusing on both our feet and backs. Here’s a breakdown of our experience: Facility: The spa is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Foot Massage Room: The room dedicated to foot massages was very relaxing and quiet. The dim lighting, coupled with soft, soothing music, created a perfect ambiance for unwinding. There were about 8-10 reclining chairs, making it an excellent choice for group outings. Staff and Service: The staff was extremely respectful and accommodating. The massage itself was excellent, with firm pressure that effectively targeted many of our trigger points. It was precisely what we needed, and we felt very relaxed afterward. Overall Experience: While we had a fantastic time and plan to return, a couple of minor issues prevented us from giving a full 5-star rating: Appointment Shift: On the morning of our appointment, we were asked to shift our time by 30 minutes. Although we could accommodate this change, it could have been challenging if we had a tighter schedule. Noise from the Dryer: During our session, we occasionally heard the tumbling of a dryer. It wasn’t a major disturbance, but it’s a point of feedback. Perhaps running the dryer during off-hours or keeping the door closed could improve the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and look forward to returning. With a few minor adjustments, Paradise Spa could easily achieve a perfect rating. Rating: 4.5/5 stars

My husband and I went in for an hour foot massage as we had done in the past at this spa. The male that did his massage made disparaging remarks and laughed. Then the female that did my massage made similar reference, disparaging remarks twice and laughed as well. They both continued to speak in Chinese and laughed at the rude remarks they both made. Completely rude would never go back and would never refer them. Completely ignorant, disrespectful and rude!!
