Thank you for such a wonderful experience Pam! I felt super comfortable right away and feel so lucky to have you help me through this process of removing my tattoo. Grateful that there is finally a PicoSure laser in Windsor and that you went the extra step of investing in the cryo cold air blower! There is no other spa that has this local! It is the superior laser for tattoo removal! I tried a different laser over a year ago and there is no comparison. The PicoSure took less than 20 minutes for a large upper back piece, as opposed to the hour I had to suffer from the traditional laser I had over a year ago. I wasn’t even going to bother removing the whole piece as I thought it would be too painful to go through that again but I’m so glad I did! It hurt, but was completely bearable, especially since the cryo cold air machine blew cold air continuously on my back during the entire process. This is the only way to go for tattoo removal.

I recently went through most of my tattoo removal process at Pampered Soul, and I’m thrilled with the results! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was welcomed with a warm and professional atmosphere. Pam Martin, the owner and my tattoo removal specialist, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process. She made sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. The clinic’s modern technology and clean environment made me feel confident in the treatment. Pam’s attention to detail and skill were impressive. She was always patient and ready to answer any questions I had. I didn’t like my tattoo, and it affected my self-esteem. I felt like I was stuck with it forever. I've been two places for tattoo removal and both were amazing.. pampered soul will forever be my go to tho.. the cold air therapy for pain while you're getting the tattoo removed really helps relieve the pain, it's a game changer.. and the girls there are so nice and accommodating

I’ll start saying how professional this place is, right from the time you walk into the door, they’re very welcoming and make you feel comfortable! I met with Pam the owner and she sat with me and explained every single step in detail on her service, the machine, the after care, etc. she even gave me her phone number incase I had any questions or concerns after my treatment. Not only is she very educated in what she does she’s also the most caring women, she really takes the time to get to know you and let you get to know her too. She’s not just there for the money she cares to help people and loves what she does, I couldn’t recommend a better place.

I don’t see any results after 6 sessions. I have taken a package which they recommended and it’s waste of my money. They say “lazer is not for you” , after all the sessions.
