I hosted a party at Pallavi Spa and Lindsey, the spa manager, is amazing! She was a wizard at scheduling and fulfilling wishes! She was accessible, organized, accommodating and communicative during the planning and execution stages. It was a fabulous experience!! The entire staff was friendly and skilled… Especially the body services team (facials and massages). Couldn’t ask for lovelier staff. The spa itself was clean, tidy and beautiful. So relaxing. A wonderful overall experience!

Evita was amazing!! I was having g shoulder and neck issues and she did an excellent job working on them! One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had!!

Holy Moly!! This is THE SPA! My wife and I went for a couples retreat package and everyone from the concierge to the masseuses WOWed us! Everyone was so kind, courteous and focused on us and our needs / wants. The experience as a whole was a 10 out of 5. I cant speak for my wifes masseuse Daniel (she did say he was gentle but also firm and was amazing) but my masseuse Julia was phenomenal! Julia! Julia! Julia! Skilled, kind, courteous and mindful. Months of stress and tension were worked away. I feel brand new! Hands down the best massage I have ever received. We have gone to many spas for many couples massages but this one blows all of them out the water and takes the cake. Highly recommend if you are on floridas west coast even if you are not staying at the resort. AMAZING!

Would highly recommend this spa on Clearwater Beach! Samantha gave me the best hydro facial I have ever received and Christian had magical hands with his therapeutic deep tissue massage combo. If you are looking for a place to truly treat yourself on vacation or as a local go to this spa on Clearwater beach!

I was really surprised to read the poor reviews about the staff being snobby because I had the opposite experience from start to finish. I called to schedule about a week before my stay and had a great experience with Lindsay on the phone. Samantha gave a great pedicure and offered me champagne after my service before my message. This was one of the best massages I've received. My skin felt so soft after the service. I also added on the Fiji scalp massage and that was amazing! The facility is not large so if you are used to lots of spaces to shower or lounge, this is not going to be for you. There is a Eucalyptus Steam Shower and a cute lanai off the Ladies Locker Room which was a nice place to read after my services. The facility was clean and all of the staff was nice and friendly. It had a relaxing boutique feel. Would definitely come back next time I stay!

Waste $700 for a couple massage. The whole idea was to relax and have a great time with my couple but no. I was told we will get complementary Champaign but we just got water. The bathtub did not have bubbles or soup and the shower was dirty. The massage was okay. If you are thinking to go to this Spa, please don’t do it!

For our honeymoon, my husband booked us a luxury pedicure with Natalia. This was absolutely the best best pedicure I have ever had! In the past I have had bad experiences so I have anxiety about getting my toes clipped or my cuticles cut. I didn't even notice when Natalia was doing it because she is that gentle and that professional. She was incredibly kind and welcoming for both my husband and I. I am sad we live out of state and can't come see her all the time! Thank you!

I will start by saying that I was short on time and only made an appointment for a “Luxury Pallavi Pedicure” (appointment made same day) so I cannot speak for any of the other spa services (massage/facial etc.) However, having visited many other spas for different treatments, I was disappointed with my experience at Pallavi. The spa was very pretty and my technician friendly. What disappointed me was the difference between the service that I booked and the service I actually received. The menu describes the service as the top tier pedicure that starts with scented water and a warm neck towel, I didn’t receive either of those. The “extended massage” was literally less than 5 minutes. My polish looked nice but for $80 plus additional $30 for gel removal/polish it was a big disappointment. I’ve also never been to a spa where a glass of champagne or wine wasn’t complimentary. There was an $8 charge added to my bill. Will choose a different spa in Clearwater next time.

If i could give zero stars, i would. Was told at first, no appointments because they were hoping to take care of a Corporate group and there wouldn’t be anything available. When my hubby went up to inquire right after, all of a sudden, there was an opening. Was told 24° to cancel. Received a text confirmation for manicure, but not for massage. Had to cancel this morning, (more than 24° before the appointment) due to a scheduling conflict and the manager was extremely rude and condescending. The other workers seem afraid of her. This is supposed to be a nice place in a nice area. I may not be a Corporate Manager, but I can choose where my money is spent… it won’t be here. It was like she was being rude because we were at Club Wyndham instead of at the Wyndham Grand hotel! And very demeaning “Have a nice day!” as I was leaving. How does anyone think that this behavior to a client is okay? They are going through changes as a business and it’s not for the better. Plenty of other places near by to choose from. I just wanted to enjoy a little time getting pampered in the first place! She is in the WRONG business. Not only did she lose my business, the Therapist & Esthetician lost out as well. So sad. Used to be a nice place.

If you come to Clearwater Beach and don’t get a mani/pedi by Natalia, you have seriously missed out. It was hands down far and away the best spa experience I have ever had. The products, the scents, the scrubs, the massage, the attention to detail, every aspect of it was amazing. I am already looking forward to next year. The services are pricey, but this is one time that it is worth it. Thank you Natalia for such a very, very enjoyable experience.

My fiancé and I came in for a couples massage. Our services were mixed up, although he called many times to confirm beforehand. Massages were definitely mediocre for the price they charge. You’re better off going to a place that’s reasonably priced for a regular massage. Place is nice and clean…

My wife and I stayed at the club Wyndham for our honeymoon, and decided to get pampered while we were here. 60 minute couples massage and a couple's pedicure. Everything was amazing. The massage was SO relaxing and I walked out of there feeling more relaxed and more flexible than I had in years. Both therapists were attentive to our trouble spots, checked to make sure the pressure used was adequate, and made sure to stretch us out at the end and bring us water to flush toxins afterward. But what really shined here was the Luxury Pedicure. Natalia was the only nail technician working that day, but she bounced back and forth between my wife and I so perfectly that neither of us felt neglected or not taken care of; in fact, it was absolute perfection. I've never seen someone do two pedicures at once before, much less with the skill, professionalism, and focus on relaxation and pampering that Natalia had. If we are ever in or around Clearwater again, we will definitely be back. I'd give our experience 6 stars if I could.

This spa is legit! Sometimes a hotel spa is for the tourists. Not this one! We went on a Sunday for a couples coral essence wrap. It wasn’t too busy. We basically had the spa alone. The treatment was amazing! It was kinda like being prepared for the afterlife. They scrub you down, oil you up, then wrap you in plastic. That said, highly recommended. Very highly.

Great massage and facial. Not happy about the billing. They charge for add ons like orange peel and lip gloss that is applied during the process, and 20.00 for the waiting room. At 1200.00 for a couples massage and facial, adding on fees is ridiculous.

Sort of a mixed experience here; the massage was "okay" but for $160 you expect more and they are missing some key details. For me, the locker rooms are great places to spend time relaxing prior to the massage. The steam bath in ours never heated after 15 minutes, the clock wasn't working so you had no idea what time it was and the fancy shower electronic panel were off. Also no clock in the "relaxing room" or whatever they call it. Then, when my person Angela came in she just called my name like it was a hospital. No smile, no greeting, nothing. She was obviously irritated. Like I said, the massage itself was fine but they're missing easy fixable things here that could make it better.

Very nice ambience (an attempt to emulate JW Marriott spas in other countries, but not at par with other luxury spas), front desk is very friendly too. Service by masseuse was mediocre as both me and my wife have had better massage from even local franchises in the Tampa bay area. Over priced for couple's massage as 2 hour included a 20 mins shower which is included in the 2 hour massage.

What a retreat! Juliana & Lu (Luizette) were so warm and welcoming right when we arrived. Their smiles are contagious! They did such a good job of presenting and describing the services, helping us choose what's best for our needs. The manicure & pedicure performed by Natalia was out of this world! Afterwards we were ready for a red-carpet event! That's how quality the job was, and talk about RELAXING! When we got the spa treatment and massage (with CBD) we were in a zen-like euphoria afterwards. Thank you to Deni for giving such great care! The experience was EXTRAORDINARY! Bravo to the friends and staff at Pallavi! We've been to spa's all over the globe, and this is by far, one of our most favorite! Thank you all, and keep up the great work!!!

I made an appointment a week before. I took my day off from work. I arrived to the spa. My name was on the list, but my appointment was not. Receptionist very nice. I was told that I will received a call back to schedule another appointment. A week later I'm still waiting. I was offer 50% on a pedicure, which I rejected.

Luxury. If your looking for quality you found it. If I was more relaxed I would have melted into the table. Just left Clearwater where I was vacationing for my 50th and went here twice in two days. If I had stayed another day I would have went again.

We booked a couples massage while on vacation. It was actually our first at 58 years old. I had the Swedish while my husband had the deep tissue. AMAZING! I had a gentleman masseuse and my husband a female. They were very professional and very helpful to us as newbies. I will never miss out on a massage again!

Was very disappointed. My partner treated me to this for my birthday, ON my actual birthday. My massage therapist came off very cold and combative from the start. I tried to explain that I need focus on my lower back, where I have actual discomfort/pain, and all she responded with was "where do you not want me to touch". Which for a client who already has trouble relaxing during massage sessions is vague and unhelpful. When I tried to engage in conversation regarding my lower back, she seemed to only respond with the above response. I literally felt like a number and like I had done something wrong within the first 5 minutes of meeting my massage therapist. And it didn't get better from there. I'm not delving into it further, because I'd prefer to just forget about it. But I do not intend to return. Postives. Place was extremely clean. Enjoyed the aesthetics. My partner enjoy her massage therapist, so that gave me some sense of satisfaction.
