This was my first visit to Palace Nails. I stopped in for a pedicure without an appointment. There was only a short wait. Henry gave me the pedicure. He took his time and I did not feel rushed. It was so relaxing! The leg massages are really my favorite. :) All of the staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this salon.

Louis was the best nail tech. He took his time, his quality was incredible, and his designs were great! He left recently sadly, so I'm seeing Daisy now.

The lady who did my pedicure had the strongest hands, incredible massage.. I didn't really want the two coats of gel but ended up liking it. Thanks. I'll be returning for sure.

I HAVE NO FINGERNAILS LEFT 😩 after 1 manicure at this place completely ruined my natural nails for 6 months!!! They used a drill and filed my healthy natural nails to paper thin. The dip polish was a disaster and began chipping immediately. Then my paper thin nails came loose under the dip and peeled off down to the quick. BE VERY AWARE THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE!!!!!!

Louis did a wonderful job. I had to get a nail repaired. I walked in after going to another location ( One New York Nails and Spa) and was not serviced and Louis took care of me with no problems. He did exactly what I asked him to do. Wonderful customer service.

Second time I had my nails done here. Love this place . Had a fill done and a pedicure. The pedicure was wonderful and relaxing . My fill I had an amazing ombré fill and totally love the way they turned out . The nail tech took his time and did a great job! I highly recommend this place !

This is a modest business with caring people, seems to be a family business where two generations and work as a team. I received a pedicure from Su who treated my legs with motherly care. She took great care with every step of the process and gave such an amazing massage up to my knees (adding stone massage), - I'd consider it the best pedicure I have ever had. This business is on Old 41, a bit removed from the busiest highways, therefore, probably, a good choice for when this area gets busy in the "season". This business shares the building with several ethnic restaurants but no large stores, just a quiet collection of small family businesses. And I loved to see how different team members step in to help with communication since, as with many nail salons, there is a bit of a language barrier. Very hardworking team is in this salon, who offer a good variety of nail finishes and designs. Definitely give this nail salon a try.

This is the second time I visit this salon and it’s mid at best. The first time I got the dip powder the paint started to crack off in a week. This second time I went, a different tech did the dip powder and my nails are lopsided and uneven. He left paint all over my fingers as well and I couldn’t wash it off. Not going here again.

Very friendly, but not really possible to speak English with the man who did a pedicure and gel manicure. My Pedi has already chipped after one week, 😔 and my gel manicure wasn't great. Because of the language barrier, they were only going to put gel on my nails, no cleaning of the cuticles, etc. Another customer indicated you have to say a manicure. The prices are reasonable but I can say I will not be returning.

YES! I just came to Bonita Springs to visit family and my first stop was a new set and pedicure! I found Palace nails through their review pictures and made an appt. through Google which they responded too very quickly. Lacey (I hope that is her name!) did my acrylic set with gel polish and she is amazing! First of all she was extremely gentle after I told her my nails were sensitive after I overfiled them myself, and she took the time to remove ALL of the leftover acrylic on my nails which not many people do and that drives me crazy! She took her time (without the service taking too long) and listened to exactly what I wanted. She was very sweet and is very talented! The shape of my nails is exactly what I wanted and I am pretty picky! Thank you so much Lacey for a fantastic job! The pedicure was also wonderful and relaxing, and my feet look and feel fabulous! I did not catch the woman’s name though. I highly recommend Palace Nails to anyone from or new to the area!

Louis did my nails, and Su did my pedicure. They were both just amazing. My nails are gorgeous, and my legs and feet feel wonderful from the hot-stone massage. This place is my favorite nail salon ever!

The dip nails were so thin 5 of them lifted in 2 days, 2 others chipped. I am here from out of state, get my nails dipped all the time and I have never had such a horrible job done. They said I must be rough on them NO, been getting dipped for years.
