I had lines between my eyes and in one resurfacing treatment the “11 line” is gone! I had many age spots on my hands and again only one treatment of photo facial and they are gone. Fantastic results! Terry is a miracle worker!

The owner is so kind and really listens to your concerns. She offers you tons of advice and shows you proof of results. The office is clean and welcoming. Prices are reasonable. I had a great experience overall and will be going back.

I have gotten laser hair removal here by Terry and she is wonderful! Very gentle, and her equipment is super effective! Would also like to mention that she is priced reasonably well compared to other salons! Definitely book your consult! Salon is also super clean and aesthetically pleasing! So pretty.

Excellent experience. Did laser full body in 20-25 minutes each session! Went for 5 sessions and I have had fantastic results with no skin irritation or damage. Id say 90% of my hair growth has already stopped and the little that does grow back is very fine. Highly recommended.

Great experience! I had dermaplaning done to my face today. Terry was wonderful- my face feels so smooth! She is kind, warm and doesn't try to push you in to unnecessary treatments. I feel as if they offer high end procedures at affordable prices- I believe Terry wants everybody to look and feel their best, without breaking the bank- great place- highly recommend!

Wish I found this place sooner! I am completing my first laser hair removal package (6 sessions) and the results are amazing!!! I have very black thick hair and have tried laser hair removal at multiple different places and none worked. I have had one appointment at Oxygen Med Spa with Terry and I have seen more progress here after one session than I have at any other place! I am genuinely so thrilled with the results and have been recommending this spa to my friends and family!! Very inexpensive when it comes to laser and honestly really great fast results!

I am from out of state and whenever I am back in Chicago I have to stop at Oxygen. I have very sensitive skin and break out from most things but whenever I come to oxygen I leave extremely satisfied and super happy with my results. They are very clean and all the staff is kind and very educated, really can’t say enough good things about this place!

I came here today for the first time for a chemical peel with Terry. She was so kind & did a great job!! Very quick and professional. My appointment was at 4:00 and I was seen exactly at 4, there was no wait at all. I had a wonderful experience and already booked another appointment. I live on the Northside of Chicago and have been to several different spas but this is my favorite go-to spa for a hydrofacial. I don't mind the drive since it's so worth it. Such a relaxing treatment, they really take their time with each step and when I leave my skin is literally glowing. I highly recommend. My mom tried the hydrofacial for the first time last week and she was raving about how smooth her skin feels. Will be back!

I went back and fourth between dermatologists and different products trying to clear my skin. Nothing was effective on my skin and I even had an allergic reaction to the product my dermatologist prescribed to me. I came to this Spa looking for another solution and I was honestly amazed. The staff was so nice and welcoming; the spa itself was also very clean and tidy. The first service I did was a carbon facial. I did this service with Terry Ramaha. My skin looked brighter right after this treatment and over the course of the week it kept clearing up and looking better. I came back 10 days later to do another treatment with Terry. I did the Co2 resurfacing treatment, and again I was in shock due to how different it looked right after the treatment. I rate the spa 10/10, truly amazing.

I will never have to shave again after getting laser hair removal done here. I got a full Brazilian and underarms and it worked so well, I’m currently getting my legs done too. They’re thorough and have a great payment options. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to oxygen laser since March and I did the 8 session package deal and I’ve noticed a difference just from the first session. I have really thick black hair and I used to do wax every two weeks and now I only shave it before I go the session its gotten so much better. Today was my 5th time and I only have 3 more to do and it was so worth it I’m in love with my face the discoloration went away and my face became brighter ❤️🥰 The staff there are the sweetest people and they really take care of you which make you comfortable to go back. There laser machine works great and is very quick. It dose stings a little but that’s very normal other then they are amazing I will definitely go back and do my full body!!!!!!! ❤️❤️

I’ve visited about 4 or 5 times now for microdermabrasion (which for some reason has become harder to find) and I think every time I go the service gets better! The girls are great and the owner is wonderful. I’ve had micros that were done as fast as possible and I’ve had ones the way Terry does them. She took her time with each pass and went section by section. She’s conscientious throughout the treatment making the entire appointment as rejuvenating as it is relaxing. 10/10 would recommend.

Just the best! I just went with their recommendations and my skin feels amazing. Like, I didn't think we could make tjus much of a difference. I've had several people comment how great my skin looks (without any makeup!). They do what works for me and don't do things that aren't going to make a difference. Prices are less than other places I've been, but the service is exceptional. This is my go-to place now.

Me and sister came here 3-4 years ago for full body laser. i was only able to do 2 section. bcz we moved to california. I have natural black hair and the 2 section of laser really did help me to reduce hair growth. i still have patches with no hair in my legs from the laser that i got 4 years from here. In california i have went to diff places and non of them worked on me. i did face and full arm in diff places nothing showed any reduction in hair. Anyways now we are back to chicago and i went back to oxygen spa for chin hair laser. i have seen no hair on my chin from my first section onwards.( usually i have to trim/shave the every-other day). i didn’t had to do anything after my first section, and it’s been 1.5 months. oxygen spa laser equip is the best, bcz it has bigger surface area and it will cover all the area and that’s what the customer wants. Full satisfaction.👌

Terry is an angel fallen from Heaven. I took off work and she had a serious emergency and when she heard that I took off work? She came in any way to help me! I came to her while I accidentally picked out the wrong treatment for me and had already paid for it. She went above and beyond what was expected into what I could never have imagined her kindness to inspire! She did the treatment I paid for and I told her of my trouble with really bad scarring on my face. This God send? Terry did a free $500 treatment on my scars for free and it literally brought me to tears because she is so generous. She is the quality of person that one rarely, if ever, encounters in life. On the way out, she gave me free moisturizer and told me that if the $500 treatment for resurfacing scars did not work for me in 2 weeks? She would do it for me again, for free. I cannot say enough good things about Terry. Except, thank you! Thank you so much! You have tried to heal wounds that I never dared to try and heal from my past. She removed all of my dark spots for me too. Terry is a fallen Angel! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. God Bless You & Yours! This was the worst spa treatment I have ever received anywhere & I suspect that these 5 star reviews are fake. I have received many spa treatments but this was my first TCA chemical peel at Oxygen in Orland Park & the lead person came into the room & interrupted the person doing my treatment to complain to me about my sister who she was providing service to in another room. She talked nonstop about my sister being upset because she didn't wash her face first before applying the VI peel which had nothing to do with me & that conversation could have waited until after I was done receiving my service. But no, she stopped the person from completing my service & said that she would do it. She applied one thin layer of the chemical Peel on my face & hands for 4 mins & said she was done. I asked about the hand resurfacing she promise to give me free & she responded that she was no longer going to do that because of her conversation with my sister. Again, what does that have to do with me & there was no changed to my skin after receiving the Peel. I got a TCA chemical Peel today @ a different spa & she applied 4 heavy layers of the chemical Peel, cleaned my skin before & after as well as applying a mask after the chemical Peel along with aftercare instructions for $140. Oxygen charged me $200. & didn't even give me a real chemical Peel. This place is very unprofessional & rips customer's off for the product they paid for. Run, don't walk away from this place!!.. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen because you have to clean the skin first especially if the customer has retinol on their face which can lead to a negative interaction. I did call to resolve the issue but never received a call back.
