If I could give Merci a rating of a billion I would. Her service was truly top tier. Going from extremely long to above the shoulder hair can be a bit terrifying but Merci went over and beyond to make me comfortable. Not only am I OBSESSED with my hair, she didn’t try to up-sale me with a crap ton of products at the end. I definitely found my go to girl in Nashville. Thank you Merci for being so freaking phenomenal!

I am pretty clueless about hair and this was my first time getting my hair bleached. I got to work with Jonathon who did an amazing job and also made sure I understood every step of the process and how to care for my hair afterwards. Will be going back for another session!

I am deeply disheartened by my recent experience at Oxana. I have been a loyal customer at this salon for approximately four years and have never encountered any issues—until now. During my most recent visit, my usual stylist allowed their associate to handle my hair, and I felt that the process lacked proper supervision. My goal has always been to maintain a low-maintenance, lived-in blonde look. The first photo reflects my hair before the appointment, and the second photo shows the result afterward. The appointment, which was meant to include a gloss to brighten my blonde, instead left my hair noticeably darker. My roots were pulled down, and my hair transitioned from blonde to dark brown, which is far from what I wanted. When I returned for a redo to restore my blonde color, the manager informed me that the only option was to strip the gloss, with no effort to truly fix the color. They also mentioned I could pay for a full highlight service—despite having already paid for the original gloss treatment that caused the issue. As a long-time, loyal customer, I am profoundly disappointed by the way management has handled what is clearly an error on their part. This experience has left me feeling let down and undervalued. Last photo is the “correction” which didn’t do anything at all.

Michel was wonderful! I came for a cut and balayage and I’ve never left a salon loving my hair as much as I did when I came to him. Michel also recommended a treatment for my hair in order to keep it healthy. He gave me great tips to care for my hair and was so kind throughout the whole appointment! I’ll definitely be back.

I had an appointment after Thanksgiving with Johnathan. I had come in before for a consult. I did Foliage and a cut. I was there for a few hours and ended up with nothing We had talked about. I got what he referred to as a classic cut which looked awful. I was told the Foliage would last till middle of January. When I walked out I could already see my grey roots and I was more brunette than Blonde which would mean my roots would show more. I spent so much money on this it was beyond disappointing. Johnathan was a really nice person but I did not want to be brunette when we discussed Blonde. So upset I spent so much money with a bad result.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked an appointment for a blowout for my birthday and it was genuinely the worst experience. As a stylist myself, I know that how I was treated and that the service I got was unacceptable. My stylist didn’t introduce herself to me and she hardly spoke to me at all. My shampoo was 8 minutes and every good stylist at a luxury salon knows a good shampoo should last 15 minutes. She didn’t even shampoo where my extensions were sewn in! I sat in her chair and asked for a smooth blowout with maybe some 2” curls at the end of the service. I left looking like a jelly fish with tight curls all the way to my scalp not even brushed out and she actually ripped out my sewn in extensions that I had just gotten moved up the day before. I was in physical pain while she did my blow out and everyone in there was staring at me because it looked so bad. I asked the stylist if it was blended in the back, she said yes, it was absolutely not. Worst blowout ever, worst birthday hair ever. I called for a refund and the receptionist actually screamed at me after they blew me off 3 times. So my extensions are ripped out of my head and damaged, and I want to make sure everyone knows this place is horrible. (Also they tried to delete my previous review stating all of this so I’m writing it from a different account ❤️ Brayden)

The salon was clean and beautiful inside! The products used were great and Michel gave me one of the most detailed haircuts ever. I loved the way he was able to make curls with a blow dryer and make my hair look so shiny and beautiful. I had a wonderful experience and I will be back!
