I was looking for a nail salon close to me and a friend recommended this place! I did a walk-in and showed them a nail inspo. It turned out so amazing. My nail tech, Natalie, made sure to check in with me throughout the process. The team was also helping out picking the right polish and making sure the cat eye came out right, which I really appreciated. Thank you so much for my Lunar New Year nails ♥️

We had a girls day out and got our nails done at Orville! Everyone is super nice and they did a fabulous job on our nails. I brought a 11 & 8 year old and they loved the experience! Also great location near a ton of things!

Amazing. My nails look natural, which is huge for me. I hate thick bulky nails. Bonus she was quick. My pedicure was so relaxing. The salon was soothing, clean, kept up…Last, the pricing was so much better than what I have been paying. Everyone was so nice.

I am a first time mom who went out to get her nails done (first trip out of the house like this). I got gel x which she didn’t manicure my nails at all. The way she shaped them didn’t look good so I had to file one and show her. And then in 2 days one nail popped off. This continued to happen. It’s 7 days later and every single one is off. I did go back in to fix it the first time and they were nice to do so, however the First Lady put one the nail and messed it up and then had to remove it and then a guy came over and he tried again…. I’m super dissatisfied. I paid $85 for this service to let me 2 days really.

Today was my first time getting a Mani/pedi at this Nail Salon. Being from out of town, I am set in my ways with my nail tech at home . BUT, Danny did a fantastic pedicure and Vivian did an amazing manicure on me… as good as my tech at home! I highly recommend this Salon to everyone! Clean, friendly service. 1st visit here.. Pleasant surroundings, clean area, very polite and helpful technicians, very attentive to detail, feet feel amazing and nails look beautiful. Pricing comparable to area. Will return again.

First time I’ve been here, and it was a fabulous experience! I had a bad experience at a different salon the day before, and they fixed my nails— which look perfect now. Vivian was absolutely amazing! I would recommend her and this nail salon to anyone!

The atmosphere was very relaxed and the pedicure chairs were delightful. The massage was great. The facility was very clean. I believe I’ve found my new salon after a relocation to Nashville.

Disappointed with my experience here. I had an appointment at 2 PM and wasn’t seen until 2:45 PM. The salon was busy but I made an appointment because I was on a tight schedule and had an event later in the day. I got gel x extensions and ended up leaving happy because they looked amazing. Unfortunately 2 days later, 1 of my nails popped off. The next day, 2 more and within a week they had all come off. I ended up gluing them back on myself because of my work schedule I couldn’t make it back in, especially knowing that when you make an apt you probably won’t be see at that time. My nails cost way too much for these type of results, at minimum they should have lasted 2 weeks without issues. I will not be back

The guy working at the station next to me dropped all his tips on the floor and sweeped and sorted them right back into the holder to use on clients. Super gross. Nails are ok, uneven, the woman didn’t really understand what I wanted. The first time I went there the gentleman did a great job which is why I came back. But idk, I’m going to just stick to doing my own nails.

Very unsatisfied when I told Lilian "lilly" I didn't like them she yelled at me??? but yet kept asking if I did but got mad when I said I didn't like them. Very unprofessional. My french tip look like I did them & I never did nails before. Customer service was horrible overall. Hopefully it gets better.

After reading so many great reviews I was so excited to go here as a new resident of the area. My appointment was for 6:30 and we didn’t get started till 6:55 which was really frustrating to start off with. I then had to change the service I wanted from gel x to just a gel mani. At the end she had the audacity to pretend like she was giving me 10% off because she felt bad when I knew they were already offering 10% off on services through Nov 30. Won’t be back.

I have been coming here for about 7 months now and I won't be going anywhere else! I usually always get DIP nails here and they last me over 4 weeks without chipping! They also turn out amazing every time- the picture speaks for itself! I cannot recommend this place enough, ignore the negative reviews, I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is kind, helpful, and recommend what's best for your nails. The prices are fair for the service and quality of the products, it is kept very clean, and they offer complimentary wine!

I went in a week ago for a full set the lady was rude, didn’t measure the length of the nails or push my cuticles back. I broke two nails and went back for them to fix them and they charged me again! I just broke another nail. The full set didn’t even last two weeks! Don’t go here service is awful! They also charged me an insane amount for a full set french tip with no extra length was $90!

First time coming to this salon. I booked an appointment online with Vivian. I originally thought I’d do Gel X but after showing what I wanted she recommended “hot gel”. First time doing that and nails look great. Vivian was meticulous with shaping exactly how I wanted them. High quality work. Salon was immaculate and bathroom was very clean. Will definitely be back. I asked for almond nails with 2 coat funny bunny and 1 coat bubble bath. First photo are my nails and second is what I showed for shape/length.
