I had my first massage today with Kylie and I was very satisfied with the amazing quality of her work. I loved the entire experience, from the phenomenal customer service to every detail, including the hot stones and towels that felt so good. She did a fantastic job! She focused on my TMJ pain and I was blown away at how rejuvenated I felt. I would give her 100 stars if I could. It was the best I've ever had and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Kylie!

Kloey did my lash lift and was very sweet and had no complaints about me and my friend talking the whole time lol, but my lash lift did not stay and it was very disappointing.

Amber did an amazing job on my balayage and hair cut. I feel refreshed and my hair looks great! Amber and her team are very welcoming, nice, and professional and made my experience very comfortable. Will definitely be going back!

I've gotten many waxes over the years (brazilian and bikini) and I've never had an experience like this. The facility was nice, as was the receptionist but the actual waxing experience was horrible. I came home and still had wax on me which was painful to have to get out. The inside of my legs are super red and raw and I've never had this reaction before. I have a thin layer of skin taken off. I will say my esthetician was nice and friendly but I'm in pain now and it's unfortunate.

The team at Organica are so sweet and accommodating! I had never had filler before and was pretty nervous, they did everything they could to ease my anxiety and assure me that it would be a breeze! The numbing cream was 10/10, I barely felt it! Haley was prompt, informative, and very nice!! I love my new lips and i’m so happy I did it. :)

I came to Organically Body Spa to get a lash lift and tint for college. When I walked in, it smelled GREAT! The place is decorated and is adorable. While getting my lashes done, she was so sweet and made me feel as comfortable as possible! They turned out great. I will definitely be coming back:)

I have been coming to Organica for almost a year now for nails and their awesome spray tan! The staff and Owner are always so kind and attentive. Recently I came to get extensions done by Shelby and my makeup and color done by Payton. AMAZING RESULTS!! If you are in the East Texas area and need a place to pamper yourself, Organica Body Spa is your #1 place. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

I went into Organica Spa for a 90 min massage. I got there early to fill out paperwork and get relaxed in a spa environment before my appointment. Unfortunately it was very difficult to relax for several reasons, one being there is literally an alarm that goes off every time someone opens the door to enter or exit the spa that I could hear even during my massage appointment. There was no water out for anyone to drink, only Capri sun, and the music was so loud and not relaxing in the least to name a few issues. Over all it felt more like a salon environment, which would be fine if I wasn't misled by it being labeled a spa. I arrived 15 mins early and ended up waiting until 15mins after my appointment was supposed to begin to even be brought back to the massage. I had to sit and wait to hear all the daily gossip before my therapist even acknowledged me then told me she still had to get her room ready. After getting to the room 15+ minutes late, no time was made up on my massage. It was completely unprofessional.

I went to Organica to have the eyebrow makeover, eyelash tinting, and blonde balayage done to my hair. They did an excellent job on my eyebrows and lashes, however a certain "she who will not be named" hair stylist totally botched my hair. Walked out of the spa looking like my hair hadn't even been touched due to the stylist being in a hurry and leaving the bleach on my hair for less than ten minutes.. when I had initially told her I wanted "a lot of blonde". So the next day I went back to discuss the issue.. And then I was told that they would schedule me an appointment and fix it free of charge. Peyton did in fact fix my hair.. Matter of fact, she did an absolutely amazing job.. However, there became an issue because they ended up charging my debit card anyway even though they were supposed to be fixing it for free. But after communicating via email with Anndrea, the owner, she was quick to resolve the issue for me and refunded me for the mistake charge. Overall, Organica Spa is a great place to go for a plethora of great beauty services and I recommend them to anyone. Other than the one stylist, every staff member is professional and kind..... especially Anndrea the owner. She has awesome customer service and it's clear to me that she is not only a good and kind person, but truly cares about the satisfaction of her customers. Thank you Organica & thank you Anndrea

My mother and I went here for a spa day for Christmas and her birthday. Tara did our facials; and she did an AMAZING job. I absolutely loved the detail and attention she took during our facials. She also did a brown wax, shape, and lamination for us both. Again, attention to detail. Our brows look awesome and our faces are glowing. We also had massages here. Miriam was very sweet, but I did not enjoy my massage. Her room was freezing and her hands were like ice. She did not warm her hands prior to touching my back. It was very hard to get and stay comfortable due to everything being cold. She did have the table warmer on but it just wasn’t enough for me personally. There were also times that I felt she wasn’t using enough lotion and she was rubbing dry skin which was uncomfortable. As for the spa itself, it was decorated so cute. Lots of options for shopping inside and many products available. As someone mentioned in another review, the spa was loud. The doorbell was very distracting and made it hard to get relaxed on top of the cold temperature in the massage room. I really wanted to love this place but overall, I was only satisfied with my facial and brows.

My wife went to this spa to get her hair blonde but when she came home after the appointment her hair looked exactly the same, like nothing had been done at all. So the next day we went up there and I heard the lady tell my wife that they would fix it free of charge. They did eventually fix it but then they claimed they never said they would fix it for free after the fact and I heard that lady tell my wife that herself. Then to make it worse they charged her debit card later that night and overdrew her bank account. The owner is mean and unprofessional as is all the staff. Don't go to this spa. It's a joke. They will mess up your hair then lie to you then fraudulently use your card

Received a bikini wax and luxury facial today by Tara and she was absolutely amazing!!! Extremely professional and so relaxing while being friendly and kind! My face looks absolutely amazing! I can’t remember the last time my skin had such a beautiful, natural glow or felt this smooth! I will recommend her over and over again to everyone I know! I cannot wait to book another facial or session with her!

The owner and lash lady are SO SWEET. I adore them both. The place is very cute and beautiful with even touches of glitter! I really really really hate to leave a mediocre review. I am new to area and she was able to fit me in which I really appreciated! I used to get my lashes done a lot before the pandemic and just started again. Here was the first place I came. The lashes when she were finished were gorgeous! I did also experience immediate fallout as the previous reviewer had...with half of my eyelashes falling off within the next day. I know the aftercare routine very well and thought it might just have been a bad day for her. I texted her my issue and she spoke to the manager who was more than happy to try to fix it again. They didn't charge me and that was a very nice gesture on their part. Unfortunately I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM! Immediate fallout afterwards and within a few days! My lashes usually last for 3 weeks pretty well. I hate to bother them again with this issue but it was a bit frustrating. I'm sure their other services are great and are worth a try. However I would really consider getting lashes done somewhere else as I travel and work a lot...1-2 hours is a lot of time to waste for eyelashes that do not last over two days. Maybe it is the glue. Who knows!

When it comes to hair Shelby is the way to go! She helped me get fun and funky colors back in my hair and added extensions so I could finally have my dream of thick hair! Love her work so much. The purple we did last time still faded to look good and then she did the green and *chef’s kiss* it’s perfect!! Go see her especially if you want to do fun hair!!
