I have been on a hair journey with Jenessa for the past year and it has been nothing short of incredible. Beyond her clear talent and passion for her work, she truly cares about her clients leaving with hair they love. I’ve never cried tears of joy at a hair appointment until last Friday when Jenessa gave me a hair cut and color I have been wanting forever but no other hair stylist has been able to get quite right for me. Thanks Jenessa!

I’ve been coming to this salon for years now, and have been very happy with the style and service every time. Everybody is amazing here! I’ve seen Melissa, Britt and Jenessa, and they have all taken great care of me - I have seen each of them multiple times. My latest color and cut was done by Jenessa, and I LOVE it! I wanted a chocolate brown all over color with cherry colored highlights. I have super thick hair and it took her a lot of time and effort, but it didn’t feel that way to me! Jenessa checked in with me often and made sure I was happy with the color, style and cut, and that I was comfortable along the way. I had such a great time with her. (She also gives the *best* head massage!) Highly recommend!

I have been a client of Salon Orea since 2007. Theresa did my hair for my wedding and has done my hair for years. I now cone and see Melissa. She always does exactly what I envision and I never leave disappointed. 17 years as a client and I'll continue to go there.

Britt is AMAZING!!! I asked for a balayage with brown/copper coloring for my wedding. She got is PERFECT. I was a little nervous leaving the shop as the color was a little heavier than I expected. My wedding was 2 week away and after a few showers it was gorgeous. She knew exactly what to do to get it how I wanted for my big day. It has been almost a year since then, and I haven't gotten my hair done since. I still get compliments regularly on my hair. If I could give 50 starts I would!

I seen the good reviews online. Since I just moved to the area and was looking for a new stylist I stopped in to discuss a possible appointment date and to confirm they can do an A line bob. The receptionist was short said I wouldn't be able to confirm if they can do the cut until the appointment. One of the hair stylist stopped very friendly and came to the front to look at the picture and said yes it can definitely be done and went back to her client. I told the receptionist I am only available on Saturdays, she told me Saturdays are very booked could I come in during the week. I told her cannot I work 12 hour shifts during the week any Saturdays will do. She continued to talk to me like I was an inconvenience however scheduled me for that Saturday what happened to being extremely booked on Saturday's? The receptionist pointed to the hairdresser that I would be working with I smiled at her and the stylist gave me a very unfriendly look even though I smiled through the whole ordeal. She also asked me to send her a personal text of the haircut and that's fine but she made the electronic process difficult I finally suggested I suggested to her since she has my phone number listed for the appointment to send me my confirmation and In return I will then send her the picture. I left with an appointment but felt very unwelcome and kind of stressed out as a new client. I decided to set up an appointment at a hair shop across the street they were friendly helpful and did an amazing job on my hair.

Hi, everyone This salon was quick to give me a referral to Nelly's Pro finish off of Mississippi in Aurora. Please DO NOT go therewalked into salon. No one acknowledged your presence wait for 25 mins with a 12 had a Appointment. ⁰bad place!!!!!

I was very fortunate to have found this salon, I had been growing my hair since January of 2018 and was ready to get it prepared for donation. Me not knowing anything on how to do that, figured I'd call around. The staff over at Salon Orea were very friendly and supportive. They advised they could take care of me same day! I arrived and Melissa was very professional and kind throughout the process! I was thoroughly pleased and would highly recommend anyone give the folks over at Orea a visit! I will be sending my wife for her next hair appointment :)

Melissa did an EXCELLENT job on my hair makeover, and she was extremely friendly, professional, and fun! I enjoyed the whole experience at Salon Orea and LOVE how my hair turned out. Also, check out their newly redone supply wall - it's so cute and colorful!

Melissa does such a great job with color. She is great! The salon itself is very clean and cozy. I love getting my hair done here. (Picture is a month after being bleached, but it blends so nicely and looks super natural).

Treatment / service was excellent, cut not so much. I went in to change the fact all I could do with my hair was clip it. Was very excited. Maybe communication failed but a week later I’m back to putting a clip in my hair daily. $$$

Worst haircut I have ever had! I asked for layers and framing of the face. And I specifically asked that it not be a straight cut acrossed the bottom. I haven't had a straight cut since I was a kid. But thats exactly what i got I am so horrified! There may be a slight layer but definitely not layers. Oh my God my little sister did a better job :'(

I got a permanent that was over processed in some parts of my hair and other sections didn't curl at all. It was overpriced and considering the quality of the service it was extremely over priced. So now I walk around with fuzzy and partially straight hair. Not recommended unless you know the stylist

I have had my hair done quite a bit. When I began looking for a new salon I found Orea Salon via Google and booked a visit based on current reviews. I requested a brunette bayalage and am thrilled with the initial results with Brittanie! My all over color came out beautiful and I am impressed with the blonde results! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for their new salon home!

I will never go back there again. They literally melted my hair off with bleach. The owner was watching and agreed to what they were doing. They told me “not much hair breakage” then when I went home and dried my hair, I was horrified. I have a mullet. I look like a cockatoo. I can’t do anything with my hair, it’s ugly and there are 2-inch spiky pieces all over the crown of my head. Will take years to grow it out. They did a horrible job not only with the bleach, but the color they applied did not take. I looked worse going out then coming in. They truly are no “experts”, and I’m appalled that they have such little knowledge on hair. I haven’t had my hair melted since I was a teenager, it was traumatic! Now I am stuck looking stupid and only time will help as I wait for my hair to grow back. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend for anything requiring bleach.

This place was awesome. I took my mom here. She had a wonderful experience. The lady that did my mom's hair did a fantastic job. Her name was mellisa. We will definitely be coming back. My mom did highlight on her hair. She also got a haircut. Definitely give them a try.

I came here based on all of the positive reviews, expecting a decent job. I had pre-existing highlights that needed to be touched up and brought up to the roots. When Lisa finished, I looked in the mirror and at first glance everything looked OK. I happily paid the $140 plus a $34 tip. I was so disappointed when I got home and inspected the roots and saw that 10 minutes after leaving Orea, it looked like I needed to go to the salon and have my 1.5 " roots done. It really looks like an amateur home job. I've been hesitating to leave this review and even gave 2 stars instead of 1, because LIsa seems like a really nice person, and I'm sure she did her best, but I have to look at this every day until I find someone I can trust to fix it and I just couldn't let this go. *UPDATE: MOST ALL OF IT BROKE OFF BECAUSE SHE DOUBLE PROCESSED THE PRE-EXISTING HIGHLIGHTS RATHER THAN JUST BLEACHING THE ROOTS ONLY.

I had my hair relaxed plus a cut and style, and Theresa did a great job! She was attentive to my preferences and I'm in love with how my hair turned out. The facility was clean and the staff was all very nice. I have a hard time finding salons/stylists I love, but this is it. I'll definitely be back.

I have been seen by both Theresa and Amanda, and my experiences with both have been great! Everyone is friendly, and the vibe feels welcoming and warm. They take the time to listen to what you want, and offer suggestions to tailor the haircut into something that really works well for each individual.

I thought I loved it when I left the salon, but after washing it and drying it at home I noticed a horizontal line across my hair and other patches with my natural hair color (picture attached). Looks really weird and I am disappointed I will need to get this redone to not look so blotchy. Beyond that, the hair washing was also disappointing as water streamed down my neck getting my clothes wet, water was cold. Won't be going back.

My mother was looking for a new place to get her hair done and I had found this one for her. I would just like to say that my mother has some health issues like a pace maker and defibrillator. She also has allergies. When she woke this morning she wasn’t feeling up to going out. Mind you that she is 74 years old. When she called the salon they told her that their policy is that if you are a new client and you cancel you may never go back to their salon again????? Who has ever heard of this??? Very unprofessional behavior!!! The lady on the phone said that she will talk to the stylist but she didn’t think that they would take her back??? After talking with this woman I told my mother to not go here! All I can say is that is the craziest thing I have ever heard especially since the COVID 19!!! You would think they would want business not turn it away because an elderly woman woke up sick!!! Shame on this salon :(. We should be trying to help each other in these times!!!

Yeah! With over-grown 2020 hair and my long-time stylist retiring due to the pandemic, I was in search of someone who could do more than give me a trim. Lisa gave me a terrific & precise cut and I finally look like me again! I'll be back!
