My husband and I had facials by Oana Dankuta as part of our massage services at Journey Massage. I’ve had facials before but Oana’s approach was amazing and left our faces glowing. It was an active facial massage along with all the facial applications and a great shoulder and back massage. Will be back for more of Oana’s facials at Orchid aesthetics and Joanne’s massages at Journey Massage!

I can not say enough about the service I received with Oana; she is the real deal when it comes to someone who lives, breathes, and loves her work. I have never felt so well cared for in such a short period of time. Let me start by saying I have the world's most sensitive allergy-prone skin and have recently started to struggle with new painful skin conditions on my chin, upper lip, and neck. Oana took the time to help me connect with a good dermatologist, and in my follow-up treatment with her, she provided restoring facial and products that have been a game changer. I can't wait to go back, and I haven't been able to stop talking about what a positive and affirming experience working with Oana was. Her office is clean and welcoming; it was the best investment I had made in a long time, and I am deeply grateful.

I found Oana on Google after desperately trying to get rid of my acne. I must say I am not disappointed at all! It was my first facial ever also and I enjoyed every minute of it. My skin has gotten so much better thanks to Oana recommended new skincare that is suitable for my skin type. I will recommend anyone who’s looking into getting facial with Oana. She’s the sweetest !

Oana is amazing! From the beginning her commitment to her clients is clear. She took so much time getting to know me, my skin type, and the products I was using. She addressed all of my questions and concerns and she is so knowledgeable! I really like that she focuses on quality ingredients and science, not trends. My facial was wonderful - so relaxing, my sensitive skin was glowing afterwards! Oana even followed up with me afterwards to see how my skin was doing. 10/10 experience and will definitely be returning. She is the best!

She is also very accommodating to get you what you need. I forgot what kind of facial I had but it was amazing. I have had facials all around the world and nothing beats Oana's facials. She transports you to Europe with her European inspired facials and you leave with a glow that lasts. Oana takes the time to understand your wishes and customizes your facial to your needs. I have also taken my 13 year old daughter to see Oana. My daughter struggles with acne. Oana took the time with her to explain why this is happening and how she can take the right steps with her skincare to help manage it. My daughter is very comfortable with Oana (asks to go back) and her skin has improved. Oana is also VERY knowledgeable about skincare products and ingredients. She goes above and beyond the line she carries and will give me perspective on things that I am interested in trying. Oana shares the honest truth as she knows my skin and the goals I want to achieve. I highly recommend Oana. It is a staple in my skincare routine.

Oana gave me the most amazing facial. She was so kind and made me feel totally accepted and at ease. I was shocked when I looked in the mirror at the end. I felt so good like my face had totally relaxed, depuffed and was literally glowing. I felt like a new person. I will definitely go back. Oana is very professional and informative regarding the skincare! First, she gave me a skin consultation. She also gave me amazing suggestions for how to improve my skincare when I am at home! My skin felt so light, beautiful glow and fully hydrated! Oana is very friendly and she always explains the purpose of the procedures and products she is using! After experiencing a bad chemical peel someplace else, I came to Orchid Esthetics for help based off of the reviews and till this day I do not regret it. Money well spent! Oana helped explained products I should use and discontinue using that would help with my problem areas. She’s very knowledgeable in what she does and did an amazing facial on my face. It’s been nearly a decade since I’ve received a facial treatment with someone with the highest level of care and professionalism as I have at this clinic. After years of searching, I’ve finally found someone that is worth every penny of the money I’ve spent on my facial self care. Oana is extremely thorough and thoughtful in the process of helping your skin heal and look and feel it’s most beautiful. I have sensitive acne prone skin and after my first visit, I immediately saw the difference. She is the only person I would entrust to take care of my face. If you go to her once, you’ll never accept anything less than what she has to offer.

This was first facial experience and I couldn’t be happier! I got really lucky that I decided to see Oana for my first facial and I am sure I will be coming back many more times. She was very helpful and patient. She made sure to analyze my skin really well, as well as the products I’ve been using and what were my concerns. She made me super comfortable and relaxed. I didn’t feel rushed, she really took her time to discuss with me the procedure and all my concerns. The facial itself was so soothing, relaxing, and very refreshing. Oana also made sure we take things gradually to allow my skin get used to new products. I never felt like she was trying to push me to do more of the other procedures or try multiple new products. Instead she tried to find right products from the line that I was using at the moment and took her time to do some research beforehand. It’s been exactly one week and my skin is glowing! Even my mom noticed it right away without knowing that I had facial a few days ago. Super happy with my experience! Oana is very gentle, thorough, and patient, and on the top of it nice and pleasant to talk to :)

She is very knowledgeable about her products and tools and explains what she is doing before she does it. This year, I plan a wedding and want to have a facial for my special occasion. It has be a while since my last facial, plus since I've moved to Rochester in 2017 I never had facial done. So when I searched on Google, of course I've found so many places. However, when I saw Orchid Esthetics' site. The picture of it's environment speaks to me a lot about the owner love and care toward her craft, so I gave it a shot. My experience with Oana is beyond expectation :) When she put her hands on my face, I know I found an awesome person. She is very intuitive, and truly professional. She is kind and care for my skin and want to make sure that everything I do at home beyond what she has been helping me also enhance my skin. I'm looking forward to see her again!!

Where do I start. First, as a person, Oana is just fantastic. She is gracious and cares deeply about her clients and the services she provides. Second, her hands are not only the softest, but also the most skillful I have ever experienced. Every aspect of your facial is done with care and precision. And her neck, shoulder, arm and hand massages are to die for! Third, a session with Oana is the most relaxing and fulfilling experience. I walk out feeling refreshed, relaxed and looking beautiful!! So much more than just a “facial”. Lastly, her vast knowledge of ingredients, biology, chemistry, and health are invaluable and her suggestions truly work. I am SO glad I found Oana and look forward to my appt with her every 6 weeks or so. My skin feels awesome and the products she recommends work wonderfully and are reasonably priced.
