I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Kylie and she was AMAZING and my eyebrows look the best they have ever been! She made me feel so comfortable with it being my first time there. I would 100% recommend Onyx and Rose salon!

I've been going to Onyx and Rose Salon since it opened. Arielle is hands down the best Hair Stylist I've ever worked with. I have thick, Latin hair and no one ever styles it right or really understands what to do with it. Arielle is the only person who has been able to work properly with the thickness of my hair and give me the hair I've always wanted. I don't even need to give her much direction, I usually tell her to do what she thinks is best and it always turns out beautiful! Visit this salon if you want a great experience, and ask for Arielle if you want the best hair ever!

Ari and her staff are all so knowledgable, sweet and professional. The vibe is so laid back and relaxing that you'll find it easy to settle right in. I had a facial with Andrew and could not have been more impressed. He started by placing different crystal's around me and explained each one and it's significance. They played soft calming music and Andrew did a wonderful job explaining each part of my facial and answered all my questions. I can honestly say it was the best facial I have ever had and I have had ALOT of facials. Then I had the pleasure of Kylie doing an eyelash lift on me. This was my first time so I was a little nervous but she was also so kind and and gentle. I absolutely love the outcome! Who knew I actually had lashes? They just needed some help from Kylie. Thanks Onyx & Rose!

I had Dermaplaning done for the first time here and it was amazing! My skin was super dewy and my makeup has never looked better. Andrew was so knowledgeable and the products didn’t freak out my sensitive skin. Definitely my new “go-to” for some pampering!

I’m happy to call Onyx & Rose my salon home. Ari has done my hair for about 2 years now and she does amazing, thoughtful work. Every single time I leave LOVING the cut, color, & styling she does. Seriously, look no further! This place, and the people - are genuinely the best.

This place is beautiful & inviting! Plants everywhere! The staff are welcoming and warm. Got a great facial from Andrew! He really took the time to figure out the best treatment for my skin. He added services based on my needs. The room is comfortable and quiet. The products are CLEAN and gentle. Tried out a chemical peel(moon child), extractions(onyx), microdermabrasion(diamond), and LED Light Therapy(amethyst). All of these services went above and beyond my expectations! My skin is glowing. Had a great visit with Brendan, who just moved over to Onyx and Rose from Derby City Chop Shop. Made my appointment with him a few weeks prior to get a haircut and beard trim. Brendan did a fantastic job as always. I always know what to expect when I get my haircut with him and have always left happy with the results.

This was my first visit to the salon since Brendan from Derby City moved on over. The salon is so adorable and has the most chill and hospitable vibe ever. I love it! Even though I went for Brendan, I'm definitely looking forward to making appointments in the future for their lash and brow services. For those of you reading this who were part of the Derby City cult and are hesitant about making the switch to a new salon to see Brendan... it is SO WORTH IT!!!! It took me like 2 seconds to make an appointment through my phone which gave me the luxury of getting my haircut right when I actually wanted to get my haircut ;) I know the price is a bit of a jump, but hey... let's be honest, we all know it's well worth it!
