Hands down best pedicure in town (trust me, I’ve tried almost all the salons). The attention to detail and customer service is to notch. If you want a good clean thorough pedicure service, this is your place. Price is pretty average for a pedicure.

Absolutely love this nail salon! I had a mani & pedi and she did a fantastic job! I’m always nervous because most places I usually leave with 2 or 3 cuts on my cuticles but this place paid close attention to what they were doing and were very careful. I showed her the design I wanted and it turned out so cute! 10/10 would come back again.

I called and was able to get an appointment as almost a walk-in. The salon was clean and comfortable. My technician was great. I love the massage chairs for pedicures. I had a deluxe pedicure, which included hot rock massage, mud masque, bubble salt bath, then of course a great pedicure with a favorite red polish.

Absolutely my favorite and most reasonably priced place in Gainesville. Henry does great work if you’re looking for someone who does designs, pays attention to detail and such. Hi is the best for pedicures and gives good massages. They have great customer service, they try to work with you if you’re a walk-in as best they can. They offer you beverages etc. I moved here about a year ago and I’m picky about by my nail spots but I love this place overall and never had an issue.

My gel pedicure was the best! The young guy who did my pedi was awesome! He gave the BEST foot massage! My gel yellow turned out great and it's lasted a month so far. I get pedis everywhere and this guy did the best yet. My new spot. 👍

I looked up nail salons and Only Nails was the top suggestion due to my location as I live close by.. and it happens to be the best salon I've visited in town so far. I've tried out a few others when I couldn't get into Only Nails last minute and none of the other salons even came close to the experience I have at Only Nails. First of all, Only Nails doesn't make you put your phone number into a system upon walking in; the staff actually greet you and are very personable with you. Secondly, I've never seen Only Nails dirty! Always clean and comfortable! That's something I haven't found anywhere else in town so far. Thirdly, the prices are unbeatable for such a great service and experience. The staff have a very gentle hand and good eye to detail. The staff at only nails spend time on your service and don't rush through the process. Best leg/foot massage I've gotten from a nail salon was at Only Nails. Never too packed and loud, very nice environment and people here. Your first choice should be Only Nails. No other salon I've visited yet is as good as this one.

I want all good people who are business owners to succeed. I love it. That’s what’s awesome about America-small businesses. But you must have good customer service to create a business that people WANT to return to. The people here were somewhat friendly, but it was not a warm welcome. I felt like just another customer. The lady that did my nails tried to upsell me so many times, at least 4 and I had to say no, I just want regular nail polish, every time. I’ve had my nails done before-I know the difference between gel and regular. The place was not very clean or aesthetically pleasing. Which, to me, is not a big deal, IF you do an outstanding job on my manicure. I can overlook quite a bit for quality work. But it was a 4/10. However, it was fairly priced. I got a regular mani with regular polish and paid $28 with tip, not bad. So, if you aren’t wanting to spend a lot, this would be a good place, I just wasn’t very comfortable or relaxed in there. I will not return. I’m sorry to leave a bad review, but something needs to change if you want more business. Better customer service and making the place look nice and tidy goes a long way!

Advertise opening at 9:30am. Not true. However wasn’t long after that. Hi took really good care of me…. He did a Great pedicure. Prices were really good and not over priced. I will definitely be back!!

I’m torn but wanted to share in case time/punctuality is important to them. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me over the last 6 months. I call to make an appointment and get verbal confirmation for a specific time for a pedicure appointment. Then upon arriving on time, sit and wait. For 45-50 minutes before anyone is ready to do any work on me. I work and have small children, so don’t have all the free time in the world. I have to get a babysitter or take time off of work. I have had to leave after close to an hour with no pedicure. I love their pedicures and service, but unfortunately it’s hit or miss if you can get service done right away, even with an appointment.

Probably the best mani pedi I’ve ever had. I was a walk in and just wanted the most basic service, but they still took their time and did an incredible job. They didn’t have the color I really wanted but I didn’t complain, and they still found a way to make my nails look even better than I could have expected. Everyone was so sweet and the quality couldn’t have been better. So appreciative for their kindness and level of service!!

Came in without an appointment and was helped right away. The nail tech took the time to compare two colors I was in between and took her time providing excellent service and attention to detail. Very pleased with my experience and will be back!

Very nice, clean, and great prices! I have gotten dip done here a few times and each time my nails have come out great! Only Nails also uses great products for polish, gel, and dip.

A wonderful place to get your nails done! My technician paid a lot of attention to detail and he did a great job on my pedicure. The classic pedicure is far from basic - it’s a great way to treat yourself and relax. I highly recommend Only Nails!

I had such a wonderful experience today visiting the nail salon. I went in for a pedicure and acrylic nail removal/gel manicure. I’ve expressed with nail salons before when I’m in a time crunch and I did not want either of us to feel rushed but I also really wanted my acrylics removed. not only was my pedicure one of the best I’ve ever had but my manicure came out just as lovely even with the time crunch. I can’t wait to go back when I have a clear window and really enjoy the experience of the nail salon again! The attention to detail was refreshing and I’ll be back. Thank you!

I’ve gotten my nails done there multiple times now. Staff is nice and helpful. Always done a great job and the nails last 2+ weeks when I am not too rough on them.
