I hired OP salon to be my glam team for my wedding! They went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. I was a very indecisive bride and they made every step of the way easy! They were quick and efficient getting me and my girls ready for the big day! Thank you so much forever!

First time blowout experience. My SIL and MIL went together but got charged different prices for the same thing. Wasn’t happy with my MIL’s service but they were fine touching it up till she was happy. Overall fine experience

I had an amazing experience at OP. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The salon was clean and stylish. Callie is amazing! I also appreciated the little details, like the complimentary beverage and the head massage during the shampooing. It’s clear that this salon cares about creating a top-notch experience for its clients.

The best salon in town! I’ve been going here for years, Callie the owner is so attentive and always provides the best service to her customers. Paris did my highlights and did a phenomenal job. I moved to Texas and will fly all the way here just to get my hair done at this salon!

We hired Olivia Poppy for our wedding and they did such an amazing job! My bridal hair was exactly what I envisioned, and all of the bridesmaids got exactly what they had inspo photos of. Callie, the stylist, was so chill the day of, it made a stressful day into a stress-free experience. If we wanted something adjusted on the fly, she had no issues and even touched up the girls who went first before she left. Callie and the salon were great to work with! Recommend them for your wedding or event needs.

This salon is wonderful! The stylists are very kind, welcoming, and have flexible hours. Booking at the salon is also extremely easy and you can receive text message updates, which is super helpful. Another big perk is that it’s centrally located and parking isn’t a problem. Overall, it’s a great place to go!

I had a great experience at Olivia Poppy, I definitely recommend Carli Sestayo! She listened to “my vision” for my hair and made it come true in an easy to manage way for me! I absolutely LOVE my hair and am still amazed at how she can give an amazing blowout without ANY pulling on the scalp. I have lived in the St. Pete/ Clearwater area my whole life and never have I had a stylist better than Rose. She is so easy to talk to and works so hard to make sure you leave loving every bit of your hair. Not to mention, she absolutely gives the best blowouts. 10/10 will be coming again.

I was left with ORANGE HAIR! And I was charged $160 for a half head of highlights. Full highlight is $180 - not by a top stylist. They don't have a cancelation option on their appointment system, so I was dishonored and charged because THEY don't have a system for it. They were closed when I needed to cancel. I was supposed to use my psychic abilities to know to text it in to a business. What a disappointment. Could have been so much better. Now they have lost a client. So, No. Lousy business practices. Lousy hair stylists. Regarding their response to this, they continue to lie! My hair being left orange was a result of being rushed? What in God's name are you talking about? There was no rush - what rush? It was the end of the day I certainly wasn't in a rush but obviously your stylist was. And yet another lie stating that the stylist was denied toner!!! I never do tell her my hair lives straight it just wasn't lifted long enough. That was her fault. As far as you lying about the price about half a head of highlights the last time I got my hair done there it was $120 not $160. Professional is being accountable. You are not being professional and any of your handlings in any of this. On top of that, you have no proper cancellation system. You charged me when I needed to cancel my appointment on a Monday because you have absolutely no ability to cancel an appointment on a Sunday. Your business is closed on a Sunday. There is no online or text or any other opportunity to cancel the appointment on a Sunday. That is something that is flawed in your system that you need to fix rather than charging your customers for it. Lying rather than taking responsibility is absolutely absurd.

Not only is it clean, beautifully styled & welcoming, but the stylists are truly one of a kind & make this salon special. I've been getting my hair done by Carli for YEARS & I've followed her everywhere she goes. She is extremely talented & goes above & beyond whenever I have my hair done by her whether it's changing my color or changing my style with a cut, she knows exactly what to do and exactly what I want.
