First time visitor - loved my amazing experience! Went for a quick cut, decided on eyebrow shaping / clean-up and a color to the hair with a treatment applied to make it shine. Stylist was fantastic, so much my daughter and son went in to hair their hair cut too! Environment is classy, yet comfortable - warm and inviting. Highly recommend! Only ‘con’ is NOT telling clients, especially new ones there is a FREE parking lot. I had no clue, so I paid for 3 hrs of parking. My son was late and was scolded by the front desk lady (after she called and asked where he was) because he couldn’t find a meter. She informed him there was a free lot, and still, when he arrived inside she scolded him again and asked if he could politely call if he plans on being late in the future. She should have been apologetic and empathetic. My daughter went after me, before my son and still was never told about a free parking lot - she had to find a meter also. Will I return? ABSOLUTELY! Do I recommend? ABSOLUTELY!! Does Oliver and Tate need to do better with ‘first impressions? Yes. If I am new to your salon and you have free parking, tell me. If the lot is full, then I’ll find a meter. Speaking to a 16 yr old as the person did for trying to find a parking spot while there is a free parking lot that is available, not a good first impression look.

I had a haircut and brow wax with Alexius the other day, and while she was nice, the services were disappointing. For the brow wax, I had to fix them myself at home because several stray hairs were left behind. The haircut was the biggest letdown. I asked for long layers and a nicely framed style, emphasizing that I didn’t mind how much length was cut as long as it looked good. Unfortunately, she cut my hair in a straight line, leaving it looking thick and blunt with no elegance or flow. The “long layers” she did involved cutting diagonally in a way that seemed rushed and careless, resulting in a plain and unpolished look. Thankfully, I have long hair and can work to fix this cut elsewhere, but it’s frustrating to feel like I didn’t get the quality of service I paid for. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.

If you're reading this, go book Maggie Daniels immediately!! I tried several different salons in Omaha and after finding this place I've never looked back. Oliver and Tate is a beautiful salon with a welcoming atmosphere. Maggie is by far the best stylist I have ever had, and she is so incredibly sweet and personable. Genuinely a great human being and a phenomenal stylist. She always did such an amazing job on my hair and asked for input and opinions every step of the way. I had no idea my hair could actually look that good. I also used her for hair and makeup for my wedding and it was perfect. Plus they let me get ready and take photos in the salon! I moved away recently and I miss Maggie so much. Go give her another client in my place 🙏🏼

this is the absolute worst place to get a hair cut, I gave my stylist a picture of how I wanted my hair styled, cut and she did whatever she wanted to do. My sides weren’t even cut evenly. One side of my head had a lot of hair while the other had barely none. They don’t care about their customers whatsoever. Don’t ever go here, or do at your own cost if you want to get your hair absolutely destroyed.

I requested a makeover, I wanted a totally new look. I was there for hours and when my new look was revealed to me I had the exact same cut and color. They CHARGED me almost $500!! When I contacted them about it I was dismissed. DONT GO THERE!!!

I highly recommend Oliver and Tate for wedding hair styling. I loved working with Abbey and getting her advice for what would work best for my hair + wedding day look. My hair was perfect for my wedding day!

I looked for a place since I’m from out of town to take a break from taking care of a family member who is ill. O & T did not disappoint. Mia was very kind and helpful in picking up what I needed and suggested just the right products. The interior is lovely and a wonderful afternoon tea was a sweet touch to my visit. Loved every moment.

Beautiful salon! Clean, smells amazing, organized, friendly employees, and prompt service! Small parking lot with reserved spaces to the west of the building helped alleviate the stress of finding a spot. Alivia did a great job with my trim, and I can't wait to be back!

Absolutely love this salon. Sam is fantastic with natural hair girlies and so sweet. The assistants and atmosphere is calming and inviting. They serve you drinks and are tentative to your every need. You definitely get a family feel with all the staff.

Actually have used them for about a year. My hairstylist was actually super great, but I had an interaction with the owner Sara, that left a bad taste in my mouth. Regretfully, I will not be back.

Milina is my stylist and she is super amazing! She is so fun to talk to and always does a great job with my hair. Thought it was going to be beyond expensive to get my hair dyed since it was in Blackstone, but it's really reasonably priced.

First off, beautiful salon. The staff is friendly and professional. I’ve gone to Kenzie the last few times and she does an amazing job. From color to cut, I’ve never been happier with my hair. She listened to all my concerns and created exactly what I was looking for. Super impressed by the salon and will continue to go when I’m in town!

I would be super careful if you’re going here to get anything that has a long lasting implication, like a cut or colour. Things like updos/special occasion styling are probably safer. I can only speak for my experience which was a full head of balayage. After a first botched attempt, I went in again about one week later for a correction and we still couldn’t manage to get it right (even though I provided detailed photos of the desired outcome). There was no offer to provide further restitution outside of getting it re-done one week later. I think this is where management needs to step in more proactively. Super sweet junior staff but the experience left me with the ugliest hair colour I have had in recent history, for a period of five months, as I had to wait until the previous work was sufficiently grown out to get colour correction at my regular salon in London.

Sam has been doing my hair for the past couple of years and I’m so happy to have found her. She’s insanely talented and also very laid back, great energy (and funny!). I’d see her more frequently but she’s pretty busy - rightfully so. She did my hair for my wedding and it held up all night long - through hours of dancing and champagne showers and high humidity ;) and of course seeing her on my wedding day was such a treat. Thank you Sam, you are a gem.

Took my daughter to get a cut and color with Maggie D. Maggie did an amazing job and my daughter was very happy with how it turned out. The building is renovated amazingly and the waiting area was decorated perfectly for Christmas with a warm fire to sit next to. Great place and wonderful service.
