Great day spa with all the fixings. The atmosphere is so calming. I got the organic facial. Lucy was so professional and attentive. Everything felt amazing and I left feeling glowy. Just wish I had signed up for more treatments while I was there.

Thank you so much O.liv Body Bar! My siblings and I purchased the Detox Package for our Mom as her Christmas present this year, and she has not stopped talking about how amazing it was. She loved the massage/ body scrub and how detailed her facial was. She has already asked that we give her gift certificates for any special occasion and her Christmas present from here on out!

I had a massage by Ebony. She was awesome! Many techniques she used no one has ever done and worked knots out of my shoulders. The place was super cute! We did the mud room first and was a neat experience. If you are on a budget and can only afford the mud spa, at least do that!!! It is worth it. I can't wait to do a facial next time.

I booked an appointment at this establishment as a surprise for my father for Father’s Day. I realize I’m a bit late in sharing my experience but I feel it’s important to provide feedback. The day before Father’s Day, I received a call notifying me that my father wouldn’t be able to receive the “NEW & IMPROVED! | DETOX Facial” because the esthetician was unavailable. They offered to switch that service to a sauna session instead, which I accepted, as my primary goal was for him to enjoy “The DETOX Massage | NEW & IMPROVED!” However later when I picked him back up, I learned that a male performed the massage, contrary to me specifically choosing & booking a female. 🤨 Had I known this in advance I would have canceled the reservation & booked elsewhere, this is crucial information that should be communicated before the service even begins. Additionally, my father expressed confusion regarding the process. The instructions provided were unclear and as a first-time visitor, it’s essential to have clear guidance on what to do—such as what to remove, where to lie down and the steps to follow afterward. A more structured approach would greatly enhance the experience for newcomers. Given these issues I’m afraid I may not consider returning to this location in the future. Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts.

I had a great experience at the O.live Body Bar! I was telling a friend about it, and they mentioned that their spouse also enjoys it. It turns out that despite our different personalities, my friend's spouse and I have very similar tastes, which is pretty cool! It was the first massage place where I felt completely at ease and was encouraged to take my time. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep during the massage because the pressure was just right and the table was very comfortable. It was the most relaxed I've ever been on a massage table. It was also nice not to be constantly pressured to buy something. It felt like a visit to High Garden, just existing without feeling the pressure to purchase additional services. I also love that I could choose my own essential oils! My only criticism is the parking situation. I would hate to come here during peak hours.

I have been going to O.liv Body Bar for years and it is one of my favorite spas in Nashville. I want to take the time to highlight Tamia, who is an exceptional massage therapist. I have had many massages over the years and the two that I have received from her have been at the very top of the list. She is welcoming and full of positive energy. You can tell that she cares about her work and truly listens to your goals for the appointment. 100 out of 10! Would recommend!

I love o.liv! Very cozy and approachable vibe, my favorite way to treat myself. Just went last week and they were so helpful and accommodating when my mom’s flight was delayed and we were at risk of missing! Spa services and staff are always amazing and I love coming up with the custom oil blends!

I had a facial here with Megan and it was AMAZING! I got the Better than Botox facial and would highly recommend! The whole experience and environment from when you walk in to door till the moment you leave is so relaxing.

Husband and I booked the mud lounge followed by a couples massage. The mud lounge was a really unique experience and worth checking out. We enjoyed our massages and loved the personal touch of the essential oils. Clean spa with great treatments and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Would recommend!

My first time getting a massage, I treated my wife to this for her birthday. I had Janaye and my wife had Annalisa. The service was spectacular! Janaye was thorough in her work and firm all the way around. I will be coming back (at some point). You can trust that you’ll be in the presence of professionals here.

I’ve had facials with both Mel and Lauren and love going to O.liv. The spa is clean and cozy, with slight bohemian vibes and a few crystals sprinkled around; I have sensitive skin and their products are top notch yet gentle. I tend to be a little nervous and chat nonstop in a new environment, and Mel rolled with it and was bright, friendly, and gave recommendations based on my skin. Lauren has the presence of a healer and I felt instantly at ease. I felt calm and had no need to chitchat. It was the most relaxing hour I’ve had in a long time and her facial was extremely thorough, including extractions. She not only gave excellent guidance on what we would do during the appointment, but aftercare, too. I usually to the signature facial which is lovely, but sprang for the spring renewal hydroderm facial and am so pleased with the results! It left my skin glowing, incredibly soft and tight in the best way.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff and environment. It’s my second time seeing Lauren, and both experiences have been so nice and just such a delight. I’ve always struggled with consistency when it comes to my skin, before the facial, Lauren breaks down what the hour will look like and makes specific recommendations for your skin at a level that’s understanding. She’s gentle, super detailed & I’ve fallen asleep both times I’m with her because it’s just PEACE. go see her, can’t wait till I’m back!

I never like to give any poor reviews, and the massage portion is always good. I’ve gone 3 times and just went again today. I feel like no one is ever that friendly and it makes me feel super self conscious or like i am bothering them lol. Also, I went once in 2021 and checkmarked female only, and last minute they told me that they accidentally booked me with a male. I felt kind of caught off guard and said it was okay. I ended up leaving half way through the massage due to feeling a bit triggered from past events and still ended up having to pay half lol. i guess that makes sense because they were providing the service, but it was a little frustrating because it was their mistake booking me with a male. The massage is great but due to the last few experiences i don’t think i will visit again due to lack of consideration and customer service.

Great experience with the mud spa. Fully expected to be in a true mud bath, but it was different. I still enjoyed the session and would do it again. You get plenty of mud to rub on your body too.

We had an amazing experience today for our couple’s massage for the first time. I received a Swedish massage while my girlfriend had a deep tissue massage. The service was great! Each of our therapists were professional and very kind. The spa was so cute and cozy. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Booked a massage there and received a call on the day of stating that my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to my massage therapist being sick, was then reschedule with Ebony the next day and that I will be given a credit for the inconvenience. Arrived around 3:25pm and was escorted by Lucy to the dressing rooms who gave me all necessary info. The massage itself was great and Ebony did an amazing job. However, I had booked a 75 minute massage and I was told my time had ended at 4:30. I believed maybe when I rescheduled I might have made a mistake in booking for a 60 minute massage. I check at the desk and Lucy confirmed it was a 75 minute massage appointment, then reassured me because they had told me that I would be given a credit, the amount I was your cus would already be less but the cost of a 60/ 75 minute massage is already significant and I would’ve appreciated paying the correct price then being told that the $10 credit they gave me will take care of the difference which in fact it didn’t since there is a $20 difference and they gave me a $10 credit. There was no apology extended and come to find out Lucy is the manager- very disappointed in their customer service. I hate to give them a 1 start review but the lack of want to fix something they had wringer shouldn’t be something a customer has to deal with.

Had an amazing Reiki treatment and also a massage treatment. Both therapists were very knowledgeable & the treatments were healing. I love this spa! Services are great & therapists are the best in town.

I got a Thai yoga massage and it was amazing! It was my first time, and Janaye was fantastic at guiding me through it and stretching out all my aches and pains. I can't wait for my next one!

I never write reviews, but my experience with Annalisa was beyond!! She was so attentive to detail and made sure I knew how to care for my body after our session. She was a pro and had such a gift for reading my body and exactly what it needed. I also love that you craft your own scent together before the session - so unique. If I lived in Nashville, I'd be here once a week!!!

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The spa is stunning, and the service was amazing. I've worked in the spa world for 16 years and Lindsey gave me the most amazing massage I've ever had. I highly recommend this spa.
