Ohana sits in the plaza facing Mission Grove. The old location (Suite C) directed me to their old location which is now owned by CrossFit. The staff at Ohana were very chill and very helpful/friendly. I went in for a 25 minute infrared sauna. While waiting for it to heat up, I was able to try out the leg compression sleeves, which I highly recommend. Overall, Ohana is a great location to recover after your workouts or to relax your stress away. Only shame is I didn't hear about them sooner!

Found this place through Groupon. First time trying cryo. When you enter, Morgan is there to greet you. You have to fill out an electronic questionnaire, which takes a few minutes. Then you are off to the cryo chamber. I was nervous, but Morgan knew exactly how to keep me calm. She talked to me the entire 3 minutes, and it literally felt like 30 seconds. Morgan made me so comfortable. Highly recommend.

I’m a distance runner and would have different aches and pains from my intense workout schedule. Since I started Cryo I feel better. I no longer run in pain. The staff is great. I love this place!

When our son began to experience knee pain from football practice we started looking into various treatments to help him, his coach mentioned cryo therapy and I remembered that the owners of Ohana Cryo had a daughter that attended the same school as our son so we booked an appointment. Very impressed from the moment we walked in, the staff are incredibly nice and very informative about all the procedures. They explained everything and were not just looking to sell as much seemed genuinely wanting the best for Anthony! We have been weekly regulars for two months now and will be for a long time to come, highly recommend for all athletes, especially the Namotech, it is awesome for recovery!

Gina and her staff are amazing she walks you through the process for newbies I truly believe in cryotherapy it has taken away my sciatica pain totally off of anti-inflammatories in pain pills

I Love, Love, Love Ohana Cryo!!! It zaps inflammation for pain relief and helps improve sleep. It's a total game changer if you have a back problem or something that bothers you regularly. You can do it more often than most holistic treatments which makes all the difference in the world. Ohana means Family in Hawaiian. & that's how they treat you, like family! Thanks Ohana Cryo :)

I decided to try this for my son who plays football to ensure his body stays in as good at condition as possible. We started with the compression boots and decided to try the cryo chamber. Staff were really nice and explained everything clearly. It definitely is a better deal to buy a multi session package. My son said it felt amazing. We are going to go back every few weeks through the football season.
