I called the lady at the front desk & said I wanted a mini foil and she said it would be $85. Let me preface, I’ve never had my hair dyed before so I don’t know much about it at all. When I got there I gave her an inspo pic (shown below). I said i wanted a golden honey blonde. She proceeded to bleach my entire head & then when she took it all off, it was legit WHITE. Then when i go to pay she tells me it will be $290. I was VERY confused as to why I was paying so much when I only agreed to $85. They proceeded to make me pay $220 for hair that I absolutely hated. Will never go back.

When I scheduled my appointment I had looked at the reviews and thought why not. The salon was close. I checked the background of the stylists and selected April Jackson. To be honest I had pretty much given up. I'd been to a lot of salons and was just never really happy with my hair. I was hoping to just geta cut I could get by with. When I walked in I was really impressed. Sooo nice everything was so pretty and the smells of products candles everything was just amazing. April listened to me and did not just the cut but fixed the color that I was extremely unhappy with and didn't suit me at all. I am still reeling that from just a single conversation she just got it. I left with a great cut and color that made me feel good about the way I looked. She's an amazing stylist super easy to talk with and it's a really easy and wonderful space to be in. I wish there were more than five stars. Thank you April! I'll see you soon.

April Jackson is new to the salon and has been doing hair for decades. She’s knowledgeable, talented, and has a a warm energy. She is very passionate about her craft and I absolutely loved the end result of my precision hair cut. 10/10 recommend! I am not a blonde but it sounds like she has focused a lot of her education and experience on helping blondes achieve their ideal blonde hair dreams.

Absolutely worst experience. My hair was ruined here for an event. Allison had me come back in twice to fix it and I just kept going darker and brassier. I requested ash blonde with pictures & have never had a problem at Ohana before. When i was bawling my eyes out and owner and Allison refused to do anything about it and kept putting me on mute on the phone when I was crying & absolutely had no empathy. Therefor, I decided to share my woes & pix from what my hair looked like when I first sat in chair to the end of my sessions on Nashville girls group and everyone said it was horrible. In fact a lady that owns a salon offered to fix my hair free of charge and made me feel so pretty. The lady that fixed my hair said not sure how someone can walk in with blonde hair wanting to go lighter and walk out with dark red hair. Many of the girls in group that were professionals said Allison left something on my hair too long. Needless to say I have waited a long time to post this as this was from last year and I didn’t want to say anything out of anger. For someone that brought them customers and was a repeat customer you would think they would have treated me better. I thought we were friends and then I felt gas lighted when owner (Carrie) tried to say she watched Allison fix my hair when she wasn’t even in the salon till much later so didn’t even see what my hair looked like prior. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. I still have flashbacks of this time last year and how much time and energy it took to get it corrected.

Allison was funny, nice, knowledgeable, and gave me a great cut with some solid recommendations. The whole place is comfortable and open. It felt good just being in there.

Got my hair cut and glossed here today with Leah. They let me make a same day appointment. My overall experience here was terrific! Leah took the time to ask questions and listen and she gave me exactly what I wanted. The salon is really homey and the music they play has something for everyone on the playlist! I really like this spot and I'm in love with my hair again! I'll definitely be back.

I absolutely love Ohana. I found them online and decided to give them a try. A year later and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Carrie the owner is wonderful and the atmosphere is great. I love all the stylist too. They’re all so sweet.

I just moved here and needed to find a hair stylist, was really nervous because I am super protective of my hair and needed someone I could trust. Carrie is AMAZING. She got me to exactly where I wanted to be while answering my 295 questions. I am so grateful to her and am so excited to have found someone who listens to what I want while also having my hair’s best interest.

I love this place so much I drive over an hour to get my hair cut/colored. The salon has a great vibe and Carrie is such a talented colorist and stylist. She knows just how many curls to leave and remembers my quirks. The salon is cute with a little edginess, and I love the ceiling and warehouse feel.

My daughter and I both have gotten our hair cut with Leah-she is the best! She explains exactly what will or won’t work with our hair texture, really listens, and recommends the best products for our hair types! Plus the salon is within walking distance, which is an added bonus!

Professional salon. Incredible selection of products. Upscale interior design that almost makes me want my haircut to take longer just to hang out inside. The stylists are all top- notch. Told my wife I found a new place for a haircut and she was jealous that I found Ohana before she did. Gentlemen, don’t be shy. I highly recommend this salon for men’s cuts and styles. Five stars aren’t enough.

After arriving in Nashville for a NYE vacation, I realized that I had left all of my styling products back home. I called Ohana Hair Salon to inquire about their available products. Allison answered the phone and could not possibly have been more empathetic, personable, knowledgeable and helpful!! Not only do I plan to purchase her recommended products, but I will make sure to make an appointment for a hair service there next time I'm in town. If I lived in Nashville, this would absolutely be "my salon"!! Thank you Allison for all of your assistance!

After researching online the many salons in my area, I'm so happy to have found Ohana Hair Salon. Booking my first appointment was a breeze and they were able to get me in fast since I have an upcoming trip. I loved the decor and the welcoming, warm atmosphere. I love Ohana salon for many reasons! First, the ambiance is super fun and well designed. I have been going to Allison and she does a fabulous job especially since my hair is very thick and long. She takes time to do what you want and gives good head massages . I definitely recommend ☺️

I spent a lot of money here. I enjoyed my experience but when I got home and the dazzle wore off I had realized that my grays weren't covered, the highlights were needing to be toned down and I still had visible split ends that should have been cut. I have to get this one redone at home. I'm from out of town. They were nice and friendly, the salon is pretty.

Loved it. I was in town for vacation and was nearby. I chose this place to support a local business and loved the advertising and atmosphere. My haircut was perfect and the service was incredible. I wish I could go back and I find myself in Nashville again I will return
