I've always gone to Devyn for nails and pedicures and she always does a wonderful job. She pays attention to details and is a perfectionist. Any style design I’ve asked for she’s been able to execute beautifully. I also love when sometimes I need help with a design and she crafts a design in her freedom and has an artistic style. A beautiful spa environment and great massaging chairs that leaves you relaxed upon services. I love all the services offered at Ohana and there’s many!

This place is reasonably priced and does a great job. I don't have great thumb nails so those tend to go bad within a couple days, no fault of the spa. We've been back more than once. Services provided have all been nails. None of the girls that work there do a bad job. I've had about five different ones work on my on the different times we've gone and all are great at what they do! We've have gel x, dip with tip, gel manicures, regular manicures, pedicures, nail polish change, removals, and designs. They always come with their A game and execute your vision wonderfully. Staff is super friendly and will speak to you about anything, keeping you engaged the whole time. I love that you make an appointment and get seen right away. I haven't tried other services but would highly recommend any nail service. You won't be disappointed. Thank you ladies for all you do!

Worst experience ever. Devyn doesn’t not care. She didn’t want to paint the tips of my nails I had to ask. She couldn’t understand my simple explanation of what I wanted in the beginning. (French tip but red not white). She was so distracted watching TV the whole time, like I why do I wanna sit there watching you not do my nails and watch you watching TV?! Not what I paid for. I have glue ALL over under my nails and everything gets stuck on the glue. I have black holes in my nails from her putting on uneven topcoats. The side of my nail is hanging off my right thumb. I have to go home and try to drill off a chunk of glue off that nail as well. When I asked her to paint the tips my of nails I also said “So do people have to request for that” for no response “well it does look better” how can you be a nail technician and not paint the tips of my nails and have me leave with chunks on glue under my nail. Ive never experienced such a horrible nail job. I know nails and I know what good nails look like. I paid 80 and it was worth 20. She only talked to me during the end of my appointment because she probably wanted a tip. “Well tell me your tea when you get back from vacation” as if you are interested in my life 😂 I watched this girl watch tv for half my appointment.

Love getting my nails done here! The place is clean, the staff are amazing and so sweet! Plus there are such amazing nail artists there!! Prices are decent as well

My first time there today!! Ashley gave me a lovely gel pedicure. Very sweet young lady, her coworkers were as well. I enjoyed the atmosphere and service. I will be back. Thank you, Ashley. 💚

Been going to Ohana Spa since it opened. The staff are great. They are very friendly and welcoming. I have pedicures and manicures done here. I have also had waxing done. Very reasonably priced.

Bree, Kyla, and Devon are perfectionists! I have never had such exquisite nails. The atmosphere in the salon is so fun, too. It's an all-around wonderful experience. 😃

Everyone at Ohana Beauty Spa was so friendly! I broke two of my nails right before vacation, and they were able to fit me in last minute, which I really appreciated. Sarah was so kind and did a great job on my nails. I will definitely be back. :)

Everyone is very friendly and speaks clear English which makes conversation easy. I have been to a lot of different places and Ohana Beauty Spa is the only place I have felt completely comfortable and welcomed!! I will never go anywhere else. THANK YOU!!

I am not typically one to complain, but I went to Ohana for the first time yesterday and it was an overall awful job of acrylic. I went in for a full set wear I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to even start my nails. My nails ending being bumpy, strangely shaped, getting 3 cuts on my skin (including filling skin off my fingers), and falling off the next day. For spending almost 3 hours there, I expected great nails and received the opposite. The employees on the other hand were incredibly friendly and great conversationalists.

Not an inviting and relaxing environment. Loud Rap music playing. Dirty surfaces. Broken massage chair with the knobs sticking in my back. Basic sanitation practices are not used. Sweet gal was trying her best, but did not meet expectations.

The staff is so friendly and Bree is an absolute delight! She always greets you by name once you walk in and wishes you well on your way out. The staff are always so punctual and I have never waited to be attended to. They are quick & efficient, yet pay close attention to detail. I also love how many polish colors they have to choose from.

They also do B12 shots and Botox. I love them. Bree, Melissa, all the girls here are amazing artist and the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. The environment, vibe, conversation!!! You won’t want to leave. I love this place. It’s the only place I go.

I very rarely write a negative review, however this time I really feel that people should be discouraged to go to this salon. 1st time I went Pam was incredibly nice and told me "we want to make our customers happy and always come back ." 2nd time the lady I saw removed my gel, put a different colour under the colour I wanted. I was not happy about this so she drilled the gel of again and applied original one. At the time the lady went through 2 brushed as the polish was not going on as it should. That evening I noticed that the gel was tacky and getting dents in it. I went back the next day and Pam told me that this was my fault as I hadn't put my hands under the UV light correctly, no apologies, nothing simply blaming me. The gel was drilled off again and by this time my nails were completely ruined. I had to have acrylics at this point, which I had done at another salon, unfortunately they were too thick. So I thought I would try one last time. Pam said I had to have a full set when all I wanted was to have the acrylic made thiner and a new gel applied. Pam proceeded to incredibly rude, telling me that I thought I knew better and I obviously didn't believe her. One of the lady's that worked there could not understand why she was insisting that I have a full set either . When I went to pay I was informed that I had to pay extra than the normal fee of a colour change. One of the nails broke 2 weeks later (I caught it when moving furniture, not any fault of the salon.) So I made an appointment to have it fixed. She had obviously told Henry to do a minimal fix as only a very thin layer of acrylic was applied. When finished I went to make an appointment to have a full set done the following week, she then told me that I had to pay again to have the nail fixed. When I asked why she told me that as the acrylics were not done at her salon and she wanted the extra money as she had to pay rent! I told her that I would not be returning as she had been very rude the last time I came and yet again today. She basically went on to be rather obnoxious to be honest. If you want someone to great you at the door and good service DO NOT go to this salon, it truly is a waste of your time and money. If I could give zero stars I would
