I attempted to obtain basic information and was completely not listened to nor provided with the answers to the inquiry I had. When I decided to end the interaction, I was then told I was offended when in all actuality the person who stated was the manager (which I couldn't believe was a manager) was the one totally in my opinion one of the worse by far phone person who completely misunderstood the nature of my inquiry. I would not recommend this business.

This is the only salon I tried since moving to Georgia almost 5 years ago. I can not imagine their being another that compares. The service has been consistently superb. I never want to leave. The atmosphere is so tranquil, soothing and rewarding. I look forward to spending my regular scheduled “me time” with Shari.

Words can not express the professional services received at Oh So Nat-TRU-ral nail salon. The atmosphere is always professional and friendly. Service is prompt and conducted as expected. The shop is always clean and inviting. The time spent is personal, attentive and supportive. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Ladies do yourself a favor and make an appointment! This is the best place for nails. I have tried so many others to be disappointed every time. I have NEVER had a better manicure! And the best part is this is a locally owned salon. I just wish I had found this sooner! Thank you Shari! It was a pleasure to meet you. I will definitely be back!

Phenomenal Service, soothing and relaxing environment. She is very professional and personable. The salon is so inviting and always have positive vibes. The *Only* real nail spa in Macon.
