not worth the price - my nails were under-cured and literally soft and squishy and i was given a ton of attitude when i called asking for them to be fixed. i also texted the salon asking about it and never received a response. when i came in to finally get them fixed the work was sloppy and rushed. disappointing honestly

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Oh La La nails that I feel compelled to share. On December 21, 2024, I visited the salon for Gel X nail extensions. Initially, everything seemed fine, but within just ten days, my nails began to pop off as if they were press-ons. Two nails detached entirely, and the remaining nails started lifting with visible glue around them in LESS THAN TWO WEEKS! This is highly unusual for me, as I’ve been getting Gel X extensions for years, and they typically last over a month without issues. I reached out to the salon to address the problem, but the response I received was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the possibility of an issue with the application process, I was told, “We don’t know what you could be doing for your nails to pop off, and we can’t guarantee how long they’ll last, but other clients’ nails last 2-3 months.” This was not only condescending but also failed to provide any resolution to my problem. As a loyal customer who has spent a considerable amount of money at this salon and always tipped generously, I am deeply disappointed. I have never encountered issues like this at this location before, which makes this experience even more frustrating. It’s clear that something went wrong during the application process, yet the salon refused to take responsibility or offer to fix the problem properly. I would have appreciated a more professional approach to resolving this matter, especially given my history of satisfaction with their services. Unfortunately, due to this experience and the lack of accountability, I cannot recommend Oh La La to anyone. For anyone considering their services, be cautious about the quality and their approach to customer service. I hope they improve their handling of situations like this in the future.

Mariam is my nail tech, and I cannot express how grateful I am for her. She has helped me grow out my natural nails through her amazing nail work, and Russian manicure style. She is so sweet, and very caring, if a problem arises with my nail she is quick to solve it. Go to her, you won’t be disappointed.

absolutely amazing. oh la la NEVER fails to make me happy. I have been to different nail techs there and ALL of them do an amazing job every time. My favorite is Anna; not only is she a wonderful person but her work is quite literally flawless. My nails last MORE than a MONTH, and these people do all they can to keep your nails growing thick, healthy, and beautiful. I won’t even begin to talk about their VAST color selection. stunning colors, many many shades for each color. Absolutely worth every penny and I will never ever go anywhere else!!!! i live a bit far as well and it’s 100 percent worth the drive too. pictures don’t do enough justice. Love you all and can’t wait for my next set 😍

I wish I would've read Aaliyah's review before I went. Came across them on IG and fell in love with the nails shown on there. But baaaabby, that's not the case. They are indeed a scam, so beware... I'm highly disappointed in my nails and definitely not worth $100. The atmosphere is very dry and as a POC, I didn't feel welcomed. My tech's name was Mariah or Maddi (something like that). She was dry and didn't speak. Pictures of my trashy nails attached. Now I have to go and pay extra to get them fixed

I love this nail salon, the environment is especially my favorite because everyone is so kind. Mariam is my technician and she does an amazing job! She takes her time with my manicure, and makes sure they turn out perfect and she’s such a sweetheart. I definitely recommend her!

Terrible service !!!! Came with an appointment on time was waiting for 20 min. They did half job :( didn’t put my feet in the water , started to cut may nails and half way said that they don’t have time to cut my cuticles. And charged me 60$$$$ This was the Job

This place charged me $130 for this mess, staff barely speaks English so you cannot effectively communicate what you want with them. Each one of my nails is a different shape and length. Staff is rude, I felt extremely uncomfortable! Do not go here: the photos on the instagram are not the nails that you go and receive. I felt so uncomfortable there as a black woman, terrible service

I have been going to Oh La La Nails for the past 5 months now and will never go anywhere else! Mariam and Ani, my nail technicians, are amazing at what they do and they never disappoint. Ani always gets my pedicure done so fast and effortlessly. Mariam never fails to do my nails exactly the way I want and even does it better than I ever would have expected! I love coming here and will keep coming here because they are that amazing!

My first visit here was great. I usually go to Queen B in Glendale, so I'm pleased to find a new nail place closer to home. The front desk receptionist and the nail technician were both lovely. I definitely recommend it.

I was a regular customer, my brother died and I flew home for the funeral. Called to cancel my appointment and they expressed condolences and proceeded to charge me a cancellation fee. I call back to express my dismay and they flatly told me there was nothing they could do that they had no control over charging a cancellation fee. Even when a family member is dead.

I am a regular customer for a year now perhaps more. I get a hard gel mani. Every 3 weeks w/ Naira I can only recommend her I also had other manicurists doing my nails and I was very satisfied. All the stuff is friendly sweet smiley they offer u coffee the salon is beautiful n I can only recommend it.

I wish I could not give this place any stars. The minute you walk in, your judged and looked up and down. It was such an uncomfortable, judgmental experience at this nail salon. I had an appointment and waited for about 20 minutes to be helped by Seda. As soon as she began doing my nails she began sighing and making it seem like she hated her job. She stopped multiple times to apply lipgloss, and to look for a show on her phone to watch as she was working on my nails. Any time I would try to glance at my nails to see the shape or length she would yell DONT TOUCH YOUR NAILS. I tried glancing over to my nails while taking them out of the gel machine about 2-3 times and she made a fist to me and YELLED STOP TOUCHING YOUR NAILS (please note I was literally just looking at them) due to this I wasn’t able to see the shape or length very good due to feeling super uncomfortable and embarrassed that she was yelling at me like if I was a child. Before she finished I asked if she could’ve filed just a bit of the tips because I asked for almond shape and was leaving with something that looked like stiletto nails. she got so upset and made it a big deal that my nails would some how pop off if she attempted to file them. Honestly save your money because there are so many nail spots anywhere else that are appreciative of your service. This was the WORST experience and I will not recommend anyone.

I love oh la la, it’s my go to nail salon. The ladies are all so welcoming and professional. Even though I’ve never been to any other nail salon twice, my nail technician Mariam’s technique and attention to detail keeps me coming back every time. My nails always look amazing every time I come here, highly recommend!

I’ve been a client for the past year and have been satisfied with their work every single time. Making appointments is very easy and they’re always willing to work around my schedule. I always ask for Toma because not only is she incredible at her job but also her personality is very sweet. Every time I go to her, I leave in a good mood. However, I have been serviced by their other nail technicians, and have been very satisfied with their work. This place only employs the best professionals! The vibe is also super cute and feminine with a beautiful flower mural and pastel coloring. I love this place and highly recommend it.
