I got my nails done they're the first time in like the next day my nail broke off I didn't even feel it she didn't do her job good at all and then a couple days later my other nail breaks on top of my nail and there is a whole bunch of chunks of acrylic clumped up and they don't look good at all and she said I did a good deal for you she did my nails for 55 bucks just because of my daughter and she did not do her job right at all and she stayed on her phone answering a whole bunch of phone calls and not doing my nails good at all and my nails are all different sizes and length

I am so disappointed in this place.I stop by because they have a sign out front for a $30 pedicure. I go in and let them know I would like a pedicure, and ask about that price one. She tells me, oh, that pedicure is no good. Don't you want the dead skin cleaned off your feet? I'm thinking to myself. Isn't that what a pedicure is? But she tells me, oh no. You should do the $37.its it's much better, it does everything. i said ok..then this little old man shows me a plastic card with the prices. I point out the price of $37 he kept pointing at the two higher price ones below that and kept saying this one until he saw me getting mad ,so she has this old man do my feet that can barely see. He cut my toenails so short that they're sore and uneven. Got paint all around the edges. Tried to ask him to clean it off. He did not understand what I was saying. He took a nail file and filed my skin. To get it off after it was already sore because of the nails being so short. Then I showed him the color that I wanted. The lady was like. Oh no ..use this color it's much better. I was like, okay. I just wanted to get out of there at that point. The color was so ugly I was like .. I gotta have another color. So the next color he grabbed wasn't even the color I showed him, but I was like forget it and went with it. I couldn't take no more. And of course, at the end of the pedicure, the price was not $37. It was $53. $26 more than I was told. It was gel polish.. No design.. i've never paid more than $10 anywhere for gel polish.. Also took an hour and a half for that.. I didn't even ask why the price was higher..but since he jacked the price up, guess who didn't get a tip. He didn't deserve one anyway, he should not be doing nails of any kind. He cannot see anything.. even with his glasses.. but I would've gave him something at least. So i'm sitting here reading the ratings for this place, and they are not good.I should have read them first. Probably one of the worst nail shops i've been to in cleveland.

I always feel ripped off. They overcharged me for my pedicure. The menu said $37, but she spoke fast at register and charged me $50. Plus charged me like $20 just for putting a few stickers on 4 finger nails. OK pedicures, but I'm never satisfied with the sloppiness of their manicures. I've kept coming back for a few years, but I'm done now. I feel hurt that I'm still being nickel-and-dimed by them after being a repeat customer for so long.

Prices didn’t match the online prices. The price never add up, I always end up paying more than what I’m told I should pay. And the job is always sloppy. It’s convenient but no longer worth the cost. If a pedicure costs $37 and I pay $64, the least they could do is shape and neatly paint the nails.

Definitely my favorite place in Cleveland for a pedicure. Proprietor is very professional while also being friendly and personable. Staff members ALWAYS do a wonderful job; I have only been happy with my results every time.

I have went here before and they were great. This time around it was horrible. The owner was rude to my husband over the phone. He walked in to prepay for my birthday he gave me $100 plus he already had added the tip for them. I had got a full set and a pedi with massage not even with the hot stones like before and that was 100$. A week later both of my index finger nails broke and the rest look horrible. I even heard her hustle this older lady who came in to get her nails done. The math did not add up. I will not go there again. She's a bit to shady for me.

I went to get brow waxing and gel pedicure and I pick the color I wanted and she picked the color she wanted to do so she was done with one foot,I said that's not the color I want, oh most people want this color I said NO not me, after she did the corrections she did my brow and I look messy, my feet were terrible, I do Not recommend this company.

They rush, cut your finger open, don't make sure that the nail length is the same size & if you tell them that they didn't put acrylic on part of the nail they'll just fall that part of the nail off plus they don't make sure that the color is actually there. My color is see through. My mom got her toes done and he didn't even paint them all the way to her cuticle he missed half the nail

i went to get my nails done here earlier today, when i walked in the dude looked at me like i was stupid, next they didnt even let me pick my colors before they took me to do my nails, then when i figured out what colors i wanted i asked for dark green not light green, blue not color changing from like a gray to blue. my nails are very crooked too. and when i was getting ready to pay they charged $50 when it was supposed to be $30, they didnt tell me that getting extra colors were gonna cost more, the salons i went to before them never costed extra for different colors. i will not be going back here ever again.

My daughter and I are super picky about our nails. We even carry a file in the car. But Lisa really took care of us. Did some things that other salons “up-charge” she told us she did it because it’s right! Love my nails!

Overall this is one of the best nail salons I have ever visited!!! I come every Monday!! The prices are very reasonable and the staff is excellent 👍👍☺️😍 if you are in the area and are in need of quick efficient service this is the place to visit!!! Her young son is The Best with the Pedicure!!

The staff was friendly enough. My pedicure was done by a young girl wasn't exactly what I was expecting. The young guy who was trying to take the gel off my fingers was slinging dust in my face a cut 3 of my fingers with the drill. My gel polish on my fingers is not great has several clear spots where you can see the nail. They let my hand sit in a biggie of acetone for an hour so now all the skin on my fingers is peeling off and looks disgusting. Also, the price list says 20 for gel polish on my fingers and 30 for the pedicure and my total was $61.00 not sure how that adds up. I have a usual nail place so I wasn't planning to be a regular but definitely won't be back to use them as a back up.

They do a great job especially the young man who is very meticulous with everything he does. We had to speed him up a bit 😆 because we had another pl to be. Plan ahead because it's about 40mins they're very nice people and they remember who u are!

Will never return here for anymore services. My nails we're super thin..2 came off within the first week. There was no heating lamp, the acrylic was supposed to dry with a desk fan. Nails we're left tacky and ugly. Thankfully love nails was able to fix them and get them back to par. Student discount is also advertised but was told it isn't valid lol.
