Beware, do not book here!! The guy that does the booking always always always messes up the booking and scheduling. I booked for my nails to be done at 12 PM and was waiting over an hour so I just left. This is now the third time they’ve done this to me.

Everything was great (customer service, cost, ambiance) but! The pedicure "spa" chairs are extremely worn out with ripped cushions and broken water faucets. Makes you think, What else are they not replacing!?

I had acrylic nails put on and they starting popping off two days later. I had to keep gluing them back on. What a waste of $60 + tip

If it were possible to give a ZERO I absolutely would! I went in for a pedicure and manicure. They started on my feet. It was so bad I canceled the the manicure. My nails are uneven. The polish is thick and clumpy! It's JUST HORRIBLE!!!! I felt as if it were my nail techs VERY FIRST PEDICURE EVER!!! Don't waste your time or money...it's simply not worth it!!!

The epitome of a nail chop shop. I showed them a design when I came in and asked if it was doable and they told me yes. The guy who did my nails was really nice ! But the nails just didn't come out good. They look like they're in need of a fill already and the sides of them aren't completely painted. When it came to the design, he really tried but after a bunch of attempts, he said he couldn't do it. He didn't offer to paint them another color or anything, just immediately gave me a top coat. The pricing wasn't bad, though. So if you're looking for a solid color nail and aren't too picky about shape, this could be be your place.

The worst nail spa ever, I took an appointment and they confirmed it by phone, I reached on time waited 45 minutes no one come to serve me they are rude impolite specially the one working on acrylic nail her name is "Joyce" had a very bad attitude she came to fix one of the nail she applied a different color with pink shade while the remaining were natural color she left it without trimming and go to work with other customer. The manager unprofessional and keep lying instead of managing and taking an action or at least apologize for the bad behavior of his employees. don't waist your money and your time.

Very NOT PROFESSIONAL starting with the manager and ending with the employees. JOYCE is very rude and has bad attitude with customers. A total waist of time and money !!! Will not recommend to family and friends and will never be back again.

So I went on Sunday and I got a mani pedi and there were two different people working on me. The two people were talking and then the lady would sometimes like hit the other guy. My nails are already chipping and I got jel in my fingers and they are bubbling. # never going back # staying at my og place accent

I have been going here for years. It saddens me to have to write this. I wore my new Tory Burch sandals in (only worn twice). They were spotless during my arrival. After my pedicure they went to put them back on my feet and I immediately noticed stains. This must have happened by some of the pedicure products splashing on them. They tried in house to fix them by washing them, drying them, applying baby powder, etc. but once it became apparent the stains were not coming out I was basically told too bad and that they would not replace them. They called a manager who refused to fix the problem. No one should worry at a business that if a mistake like this happens they would not rectify it. I’ve included pics below.

So u decided to try this place out since I have gone to the Stevenson Ranch location, I was able to get a same day appointment and I asked for someone who is great with polish. I'm greatly disappointed, I had to ask my tech 3x to fix my nail and even after she fixed it, it didnt seem to make a difference. It was a decent gel manicure, not the best but not the worst.
