We were lucky to get two pedicure appointments with little notice in this very busy salon. The technicians were very good, lots of color choices for both regular and gel polishes. It's not a huge space but it's well set up. The leg massage was short and we weren't offered any add ons like hot stones or callous removal, but the services were well worth the prices charged. Update: went again, no massages, no callous removal, polish left in my toes by nail tech and prices have gone up. Have a hard time picturing why I'd go back as I can put my own polish on. Sadly, their lack of attention was reflected in their tip, as I only tipped 10%.

The nails always look SO BEAUTIFUL. Gotten my nails at other places, but OC is definitely the one that I leave feeling sleek and feminine ❤️

Hannha is faster and more skilled skilled with the Dremel tooll than any other manicurist I've encountered. The folks there do great dip manicures of the pedicure was also excellent. I was in and out the door having a dip manicure removed and then redone for the picture with the blue nails in less than 45 minutes

It's a little on the high side and sometimes you feel rushed. However they are always busy, a much needed business for the town.

They don’t listen. Didn’t do the style or design I wanted! I asked several times for a specific design and all they would do was French tips! Very outdated, don’t know how to do new techniques, styles or designs! Won’t go there again!

Unfortunately I wont be returning to this business It’s the only nail salon in Berlin/Gorham New Hampshire area, so you’re kind of forced to come here in a pinch . My brother-in-law just passed away and we had to leave last minute, I had my nails fill done at another place on the road. First I want to tell you if you have nails on, and you want a NEW full set she will tell you to take them off yourself. So I made sure that the nail bed on this now that snapped off was clean I arrive to be told in front of all the people in the salon. Sorry but we don’t do your nails if you go to another salon. And it was just for one broken nail and they originally did the nails. I just was getting a fill from somebody else because I had no choice. Plus what does that have to do with anything?? who says that to a client ? I told her I’ve been coming here, they did the nails and I just had the fill done because of the circumstances and she said well I don’t have time to do anyways smiling at me so I said well what time do you close? She says 6 PM that’s three hours from now & she just standing around not doing anything so she could’ve done my 1-nail I just know I won’t return. I’ll go to Art’s nails they’re great it’s a bit of a drive, but I never have a problem if I go there. They’re very professional offer you many types of designs and walk in not a problem if you had a fill done from somebody else, they’re not going to humiliate you or refuse business. I try to get my nails done locally and support other small businesses and I tip very good $10-$15 but unfortunately she will be losing my business here and I will let people know not to go to her place. She’s very unprofessional. The nails shown below she did not do this was on my trip for the funeral - by the way her nails always seem to have a problem anyways so I guess she’s doing me a favor I guess I should be telling her. Thank you ! Owner Response to me just not true., yes you’re correct I did not wait around why would I wait around when I’m treated like that! Anyways, Just unprofessional and will leave it at that. I’m not going back-and-forth with you on this. It’s too much of my valuable time.

Dont come here, they will turn your fingers into toes and charge like they are professionals but there work is like a child's work with bubbles in the nails and what is worse is they are not self aware and will not fix themselves to be better. They are arrogant and refuse to keep up with the times of various products they are still in 1990's in nail knowledge.

Hannah has done a fabulous job on my nails for over a year now. My nails grow fast so every two weeks she does an amazing job bringing me new colors and styles.

I had gotten acrylic nails done, even went back to have them filled a few times, and got a couple pedicures too. I always felt like they were rushing, mainly because they would occasionally cut my cuticles which almost always resulted in some sort of infection. When I finally decided to give my nails a break I scheduled an acrylic removal. Instead of soaking my nails in acetone, filing them done, and repeat she just started shoving things between the acrylic and my natural nail. This was very painful, and resulted in my nails being extremely thin, sensitive and broken. This is not only the improper way to do it but also is used to a.) Hide the use of illegal products and b.) Trick a costumer into wanting at least gel on their nails since now they look awful.
