Firstly, the facial my wife got was amazing she said and the girl was great too. However, the mani/pedi was sub-standard in quality and the nail tech was not very nice. For the price I definitely expected more based on the previous reviews.

I had a facial, microdermabrasion, and my eye brows waxed with Jess. My skin has never felt better and Jess was incredible. She is so knowledgeable and kind. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful. The salon is very clean and inviting. I will definitely be booking another facial with Jess soon. I highly recommend Jess for any kind of facial, waxing, and all services skin related. It was worth the drive from NW Cape Coral. I cannot wait for my next appointment!

I was nervous because I had made the decision to have my long hair cut short. Tamar looked at my photos and cut it exactly the way I wanted! Highly recommend!!!

Riley was terrific and I was able to get my mani/pedi, eye lash tint, and massage all on the same day! The salon is clean and very nice. I highly recommend and will come back every year when I’m in the area! Next time I’m booking a hair cut too with one of the stylist!

Whoever the older lady is that answers the phone is very rude!! We had an appointment scheduled for today but my daughter had to go to work because they called her in. When I explained this to her she said they need a 24 hour notice. I explained to her that there's no way I could've given a 24 hour notice when she just got called into work. She then proceeds to try to hang up on me and I tell her no I need to reschedule the appointment. She rescheduled it for a week from today which by then I'm sure my daughters lashes us will have fallen out and we willl have to pay full price again which is already happened twice before! I purchased a Groupon which includes a refill and for some reason they always have an excuse to not honor the refill part. Whoever answers the phone represents THE ENTIRE BUSINESS- Why can't companies grasp this??!!

Had a fabulous experience here visiting the area from out of town. The booking process was quick and easy, and the spa and people were so nice. I highly recommend Raul for a massage; it was superb and a sort of multisensory experience with the warming massage table and auditory sound bath. Katty gave me a wonderful pedicure after complete with calf and foot massage, and she helped fix my semi destroyed feet. Heaven on my last day in Florida. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this establishment. I go to get my nails done with Rhia and she is phenomenal. She has such attention to detail and is so creative. What ever you ask her to do she can do it (artwork). She also suggests colors that work with your skin tones. I have nothing but great things to say about her. I leave loving my set more than the last.

Thank you to the Staff and especially Amber @ Oasis Spa. Over the past several months, I decided to receive both Micro Dermabrasion and Micro Needling treatments. I am 61 and worked in Heavy Industrial environments all of my life. My skin was Weathered and Rough. I looked old! Improvement and rejuvenated after each treatment! Painless! Restored my confidence. Along with proper Diet and Excercise I feel and look younger. I highly recommend this service @ Oasis.

Came in for two experiences recently: first, brought my husband in for a couples massage with Gary and Chloe. It was a wonderful first-time experience for my husband and we both left feeling so much better! A few weeks later we came back for pedicures - another first for my husband - and he's definitely sold now on the salon experience. Erin and Rhia were accomplished and entertaining and did a great job. Love the fun vibe in the shop and among the staff. Great place and we definitely recommend it!

Had a nice pedicure and the worst set of pink and whites EVER. Had them put on 4/26, leaving on vacation on the30th; by 4/28, two nails had just popped off. Went to another salon to have them replaced and they asked where I'd had them done; embarassed, I said NYC. They said they would all keep popping off and they were right. Ten days in and all but three have come off without any provocation. Terrible product and will NEVER return.
