I am extremely disappointed with the service I received, especially after hearing about the positive experiences my husband and friends had. Unlike them, who enjoyed personal, hands-on massages, my session involved a plastic tool from Walgreens being used for 80% of the time, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the “masseuse” talked loudly throughout the session, left my breast exposed, and spent far too much time on my backside. The bath before the massage was also uncomfortably cold. The experience was unprofessional and disappointing, and I would need to be compensated to consider returning. You should reconsider who is responsible for these services.

Love this place. Variety of services offered. Pleasant staff. As you walk through the door you can feel your energy shift. I'm not a spa "type" of gal ( I feel self conscious about my size etc)but they make me feel comfortable as I walk in.

I went with my husband for the first time and it was the best decision. From the lady that did all the arrangements to schedule appointment together and two estheticians; Elizabeth and Kristela were amazing! Professional and experts. I was in town visiting friends for the weekend and we decided we needed a day of relaxation and I wanted to get pampered. We definitely went to the right place. I had such an awesome experience from start to finish. the staff was so friendly and they did pamper me. The massage was so good and relaxing. Facility was well decorated and very clean. I will definitely be back the next time I am in town. Do call ahead and make an appointment and make sure you arrive early so you can find good parking. I did arrive 20 minutes early and they even started my session 10 minutes early. A big thank you to the staff for such a good experience. A+

This is regarding specific spa located on Central Ave. It's been said to be true in most situations "You get what you pay for," with that being said one would expect close to top tier service at Chrysalis spa because they're pricey. My experience at this spa location the statement wasn't true we didn't get the level of service that was paid for. December 23rd 2021 a friend highly recommended Chrysalis Day spa. Disappointed in the service(s) and communication is an understatement. Couple treatment was selected (bath, massage and a wax). Bath was cold(we were not asked if we were comfortable with water temp), massage was rushed and we felt the rushed energy within the massage. Shortly after massage at the same time we were inquiring about our wax a lady was literally fleeing the building and we were told she was gone for the day. If a technician for the wax not available we should have been informed at the beginning. If their was an unforeseen emergency that explanation would have been received better than being told the service was available then seeing her leave and then being told she's gone for the day. We won't return and regret not choosing the 2nd highly recommended spa which was Embassy Suites & Spa

Went with a group of friends had a massage that was so relaxing. We had a great time great atmosphere the staff was unbelievably friendly and nice. Made us all feel welcome. Thank you.
