This med spa used to be great, but since it has moved and had multiple changes to its staff and technicians, it is so bad that I won't even be using the treatments I prepaid for. It's expensive, and when I spend a lot of money on skin care, it is odd to walk in to find that most of their staff and even the med technicians are covered in sleeves of tattoos. It looks like a biker bar in there now. Also, for a mere photofacial, which I had had numerous times before (with mixed results), this last time, they handed me a tablet that connected to a strange person somewhere else with a third-party company - and there was a message showing that stated "video recording in progress -who started asking medical, medication, and other personal questions - just for a photofacial treatment. While I was being videoed without having even been asked if I consent to being recorded, or told why, or anything else other than "it's required". It has never been required in any prior years, so something else has seemingly gone hinky there besides the staff appearance. If they're subject to third-party regulatory oversight for some reason now, it's probably best to find a new med spa. Dallas has so many other good ones.

Oasis Med Spa is great! I’ve know Nicole for over 6 years, she’s beyond amazing at laser hair removal. I currently live in DC and the first thing I do after I book my flight is book a session with Nicole! To say she’s amazing is a understatement!

Did my second hydra facial with Gaby and my skin has vastly improved. My pores are minimized and clean from all the makeup impurities. Highly recommend making this a regular facial regimen here.

I believe you guys should've told me that my appointment is confirmed and because its booked a day before I won't receive an email. I was under the impression that I will receive an email like I always do and how was I supposed to know that its not the case and your system needs two days to send an email. Its your responsibility to inform your customers for such policies so I'm absolutely right to feel that I've been dealt with very unprofessionally.

I had Erin for a HydraFacial & the whole experience was amazing! Erin really made me feel so comfortable and knew so much about skin. Oasis was recommended by my neighbor for my aesthetic treatments and I am so happy with the results. Stanley does a great consultation for botox and I love how natural the results have been, which was something important for me. Erin does my laser and it she is super quick and makes it pretty painless

Please make sure you thoroughly read the paperwork these guys ask you to sign. I've booked three appointments with them and always got an appointment confirmation email. I booked with them last week and didn't receive a call or email that shows that my appointment is confirmed. I called to reschedule and they requested me pay no show up fee by saying it says that in the paperwork that you have signed when you came for your first appointment. I totally believe that they should tell their customers about the no show up fee or cancellation policy before they make you sign paperwork. The girl I spoke with clearly said that they're not responsible for sending you a confirmation email neither call you whereas every other place in the US does that or atleast sends an email. I'm very disappointed with the way these guys have treated me and would never recommend it to anyone.

I don’t have enough words to express how happy and satisfied I am with this Spa. I am beyond grateful and excited for the results I have seen. Nicole is doing my laser treatments and she is the best of the best! She is a total sweetheart! Extremely professional, patient, so kind and friendly. On the other hand I am doing my Botox with Stanley and OMG what a wonderful guy he is! He’s so cool, extremely friendly, and makes you feel comfortable, explains in detail the whole process and product. These people here treat you like family and they really have the best prices in the Dallas area. I did my underarms in a different spa and was charged thousands. I love you guys!!

I have been coming here for laser hair removal for about six months and am thrilled with my results! Nicole is so kind and does a great job putting you at ease. I traveled a great distance especially for this MedSpa. And it was worth the drive. From the moment I walked in I felt super comfortable! Stanley did my filler and will be doing my tox as well. Highly recommend him, super great guy all around. The manager is beyond helpful and goes the extra mile to get things taken cared of. Love this place you should check them out!!
