Oasis Day Spa is my go-to for my threading services. Gagan always does a thorough job and has great recommendations for tweaks to my daily skincare that have provided great results. She always has been very flexible and as accommodating as possible when it comes to scheduling my appointments. I highly recommend Gagan and Oasis Day Spa.

My daughter and I have literally been looking forward to this Day Spa day for a month. When we arrive the third first thing I noticed was there was no restroom inside the facility. It was outside and down the hallway being someone who needs to use the restroom or frequently that was a definite off factor When I mentioned that the lady who is running the Spa immediately said well I’ll just give you your money back and you can leave. I then said: We could just have spa treatment a facial and a massage at the same time to which she replied she would have to ask someone and when she came back she said she would just refund our deposit money which I took to mean that the answer was no we could just not have one treatment , our treatments were supposed to begin at noon and it was obvious that whoever was doing our treatments were running late because it was noon and we were nowhere near being called for our treatments. I would skip this choice and go for a facility that has a restroom and awaiting room that is private so that when you’re in your robe, you can be comfortable .

Booked a spa package for my birthday with a steam sauna, facial, body scrub and massage. I was excited for a day of relaxation for my birthday and drove 40+ minutes to arrive at the location a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. I arrive only to find out that the esthetician was out sick and I would only be able to get the scrub and massage (not sure what happened to the steam sauna). I arrived with my two sisters who had also booked massages. Considering that I had envisioned a whole spa day including a facial I decided not to have any services completed as the whole vibe was ruined for me. I would’ve appreciated a phone call or any prior notice about not being able to have all of my services completed as opposed to finding out when I get there. I don’t know if they only had one massage tech but my sister and I would’ve had to wait a whole hour before our massages would have been started. What’s the point of making an appointment? Next time I will be going to a REAL spa so that I can have a true spa experience.

Had a facial done a few weeks ago and it was ~okay~. This was the first time I’d ever had a facial done and I wasn’t crazy about the way I was left in the dark (metaphorically). The lady who did my facial aggressively upsold me on an add on treatment and wouldn’t take no for an answer. I came with a $100 gift card, expecting to use that to cover everything except the tip, and the extra service had to come out of my pocket. Which wasn’t great, given we’re in a recession and I can’t really afford luxury services like this. After I begrudgingly gave in at her insistence, she started the treatment, but then she kept leaving the room without explanation for 5-10 minutes at a time (???). At one point she even stepped out to take a phone call. I understand needing to wait for the products to work, and my skin does look and feel fantastic now. I just wish I had known what was going on. Speaking of the products, they were great- mostly. One product she used and left on my face for 15 minutes (while she was just gone??) left me feeling like I was smothered in icy-hot. She had already done a peel, so I don’t believe it was another one. In the end it was okay, but with no warning or explanation that it might be uncomfortable, and no one to ask about it, I was very nervous I would leave covered in burns. As the treatment wrapped up, I was feeling very relaxed. Despite my nerves and the lack of comms, there was a great aromatherapy aspect to the final leg of the experience that combined with the head massage, left me in bliss. But then, as I was getting ready to leave the treatment room, I noticed the tech’s license hanging on the wall. It was expired by a few weeks. Like I said, I could tell she knew what she was doing, but that def added to the overall vibe of ~hmmm 🤨~ I got.

For Christmas, my husband gifted my sister and me a spa package, which we finally redeemed today. The location wasn't difficult to find, although it lacked the expected spa ambiance. The attendant was friendly but informed us upon arrival that their heating was down, attempting to compensate with a space heater—unfortunately, we froze throughout our massages. Despite her kindness, the massage was disappointingly the poorest I’ve experienced. As a regular of monthly massages, I have a good sense of what to expect, and it pains me to critique, yet it’s essential for potential customers to be aware. The package cost my husband $510, a sum I believe was not worth more than $200 for the quality received. The staff, while polite, left me questioning their professional qualifications. I hope that they're licensed! The facial was subpar, falling short of what one could consider a proper treatment, especially with an added charge for extractions, which, albeit agreed upon, didn't enhance the experience. The steam room was mediocre. Despite the staff's friendliness, the overall service quality was lacking, and I have no plans to revisit.

I got there few minutes before my appointment, check in to see if anyone there. Then I check again at couple minutes after 10, if I would not have looked harder, I would thought the place was close, since they only have a night light for the reception area, and I had to fill out the doctor form in the dark. I had the ultimate massage done. Where it was tinder, she change the way she was doing the massage, so that it would not hurt. I thought to work out the kink, but the next day I was very swollen. However, I thought the massage was good. I WAS NOT TOLD TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, hence I was very sore the next day. Had my eyebrow color, faded in 3 days, would not recommend to anyone, a waste of money. I had spa gift card, she would not take the one I loaded to my digital wallet, like how you use Apply pay. I was not planning on spending any of my cash, my gift card would have paid for it all. I recommend to do some research on what to do after a massage. Since they did not give out any literature or tell you. Would not go again.

Came here a couple of weeks ago and WOW, staff was very nice!! I called to book appointment and receptionist was really nice and patient with me (as it was my first time booking) this was my first time here and the experience was immaculate! Massage was good, facial as well. Definitely coming back and definitely recommending!

I recently had the pleasure of getting a massage from Fenny and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic! The experience was worth every penny and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. Fenny's skills and techniques were exceptional, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

My significant other and I decided to get couple massages at Oasis Day Spa Columbia MD on Valentine’s Day. Overall we had a good experience with the team. Throughout the experience we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The communication was on point and the staff was professional. The setup was romantically friendly. My only complaint would be, we weren’t offered drinks, otherwise everything else was exceptional. Our massages were very firm but delicate at the same time. We highly recommend Oasis Day Spa to others and most likely we will return for more experiences. Thank you Ladies!!

Oasis Day Spa is one of my favorite places to go to get a massage! If I could come here at least once a week, I would. It is reasonably priced, clean, and the staff are so friendly, adding to the relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. Inna literally deserves 10 stars; she is the best masseuse! The lady at the front desk is very nice and always has a positive attitude! They also have a steam room that is the perfect addition to a massage before or afterward. I have been coming here for over a year and would highly recommend it! Thanks :)

This spa is conveniently located in the heart of Columbia. I appreciate the clean, intimate atmosphere and - most of all - the excellent service that's provided! I have had a couple's massage, hot stone massage, and 90-minute massage and I plan to keep going back. Not only are the massages enjoyable, but they help me out whenever I have upper back issues.

Today was my first experience with Oasis. I received a massage and then a facial. Both services were great! My body feels so relaxed & amazing from the massage. Horrible and SO unprofessional! It was my first time and I already booked an appointment with them and I received an email that it was confirmed well in advance and when I called, they said that it was not booked. I didn’t receive any call backs like they claimed and when I asked, they tried to put me on hold- I hung up. Horrible customer service! They are never getting my business! I am going elsewhere! Adios!

I don't have a google account but my dad let me use his because I wanted to post a review. Had an hour long massage with Inna and she was awesome! So relaxing. She will adjust pressure to your liking. I thought the price was a little expensive but it appears to be the going rate and it was worth it. Will definitely go back.

I had the worst spa experience I have ever had in any spa, EVER. I went for a deep cleansing facial, specifically for its extraction (which costs $20 more than a regular facial.) I explained to my cosmetologist how my skin works, where I need more extraction, and how I'd rather she skip some of the other steps if she needs the extra time to ensure my clogged pores are cleared. She spent about 5 minutes on extraction and did practically nothing, saying that my skin didn't need it. The rest of the time, she had a hurried touch or spoke like she had a chip on her shoulder (when my hair got all mixed in my face-mask -- because they had no more head wraps -- and I was trying to get it out, she snapped at me, "Why don't you wait 'til the end to do that?!" The experience was the opposite of relaxing. Afterwards, I told the receptionist that because I did not get any real extraction done, that I didn't want to pay the extra $20 for extraction. The manager refused and told me I had to pay. The cosmetologist got defensive, telling me she "was a professional" and knew my skin better than I knew my skin. She was outright rude in her tone, word-choice, and body language. The receptionist tried to defend the cosmetologist, saying, "She's not rude, she's just not used to customers telling her what they want." Apparently, communication is not part of customer service. Update: Reading the owner’s defensive response is further proof of my perspective. An owner seeking to provide excellent service would seek to remedy a bad review (even if just to ask questions, figure out what went wrong, apologize), but nope. Not this owner.

The facial was great but the massage was terrible, she was really nice but used zero pressure and I actually left with back pain I didnt have when I walked in. The lady who did the facial was amazing and gave me a better massage than the massage artist.

Went for Valentine's day, did the couples special. Had a wonderful experience. We left the spa feeling so light. The staff was friendly and professional. Inna, Gagan, and Fenny did excellent job. The steam room was private and clean. The massage was perfect pressure. Facial let my face so clean. Will be returning.
