I have asthma and I had an opportunity to visit the wellness center to have a treatment with the owner who put me on one of those machines that shake you and it broke up a lot of the phlegm and then she added the tea. I have been using the tea for 2 weeks and I found that it actually has loosened the phlegm. I was not coughing like I was before. When I ran out of the first bottle I waited a couple of days and I noticed I was back coughing and the phlegm was getting thick again. I figure over time of taking it eventually. It will get all the phlegm loose in my body and have it coming out easier. I definitely recommend The natural Way because I have dealt with pulmonologists want to put me on all these different steroids and different things and it's still not helping. I've even been on antibiotics and I'm still full of phlegm but once I started taking the tea it has made life a lot easier.

If I could give more stars I would, I can not say enough great things about O2 Wellness and Brenda! For anyone who is looking for a health and beauty center this is your place. O2 is a little gem in San Clemente that offers a variety of beauty and health options. Everything from Brenda's curated, amazing options for skin care products to her med bed and other healing modalities. Brenda is super knowledgeable and passionate about all things health and wellness. Let's not forget she all as an incredibly talented injector, Lumy who also knows her craft well. She gets Botox and fillers and always does the best job of enhancing her clients natural beauty and not over doing it. O2 Wellness is a one of a kind, one stop shop for all of your beauty and health needs.

Was such a wonderful experience meeting with Brenda, the proprietress. Her passion and expertise for what she does truly shines through! I had the infrared therapy and was amazed at what a relaxing experience it was. I am looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend O2 Wellness and the array of cutting edge wellness treatments they offer!

I can't say enough about how great this place is. Super accommodating to get me in and the owner is very knowledgeable! Tried out the Med Bed which was an amazing, relaxing experience. The hydrabooth is my favorite! Definitely the spot for wellness and health in South County!

The owner, Brenda is amazing. Her energy and spirit is infectious. I have been going to O2Wellness for over 8 years. The services and products are fabulous. I absolutely love her skin care lines. They are incredible. I was going through a stressful time in my life and Brenda/O2Wellness helped me in so many ways to gain back my energy, well-being and literally my strength. This place is magical, it's like a Disneyland for beauty and holistic wellness! They have incredibly unique treatments that I have never found anywhere else. Like the hydration booth, which I love because my skin feels so soft, hydrated and nourished after a treatment. Or the med bed, which really helps balance me mentally, physically and spiritually. Cannot say enough good things about o2 wellness. It is a diamond in San Clemente!

Loved my treatment today, I arrived with some abdominal pain and after 15 minutes of the treatment it had dissipated. I also felt energized, clearer and more joyful. Brenda is so kind and very knowledgeable, highly recommend O2 wellness.

I have been going to O2 Wellness for more than a decade and keep coming back for all the incredible services. My must haves are the ionic foot detox, and inferred sauna, however, whenever possible I love to do as many services as I have time for so that I can pop back into my busy schedule refreshed, detoxified in mind and body, and restored.

O2 Wellness is a fantastic place. Top level staff and products. Sucks getting old but they will help you beat back the wrinkles. Definitely check into getting a massage or treatment from Lynne Gabbard. She's the best.
