Updated to 5 stars... Cathy was awesome! Brought a mess of toenails to her! Hadn't been in a while, i butcher when I do my own. She took her time and did amazing. Honestly the best I've had!! I will be back and ask for her. Great place, pedicures all I do though. I've been here a couple of times with my wife for a pedicure, clean, do a good job, not stupid expensive like some can be.

2 stars only for the service I've received in the past. Todays experience is 1 ⭐️. Today 10/3/24 I had an older gentleman doing my gel fill while I was getting my pedicure done. That is not my favorite. You cannot enjoy your pedicure while being pulled by your hands and crossing your body with your opposite hand so he can do both hands from one side. Not relaxing at all. I will not be doing a pedicure with my fills from now on, or just go elsewhere for my nails. Three of my nails look like this. He didn't file off all of the old gel enough before adding the new gel nail base. Its still shiny old gel under the new. It looks awful. Had he not been doing my nails in the dark of the pedicure room, in a rush, maybe he'd of noticed. In person it's yellow, white, and clear covered with the pink gel polish. I truly wish pictures showed how bad it is. He burned me with the hand file as well as the electric. Once enough for me to jerk my hand completely from his to which he giggled and kept going.

Anna does my nails, and I won’t ever see anyone else! She goes above and beyond everytime. Nails always look good and feel even better. Very friendly, very clean, always leave happy. Anna makes the whole experience perfect every time

After being down in Pueblo for almost 2 years I decided to give this place a try after the lady I was seeing at another salon went back to Denver and I was VERY happy with the serivce I received. The pedicure room is dark and quiet and the staff is always very nice! I highly recommend this spa for any nail needs!

Anna does beautiful work no matter what i show her i want she always comes thru her hand painted designs are always show stoppers. The salon is clean a very relaxing pedi area and fun atmosphere always when getting nails done

Got my nails done for my birthday on Sunday 7/23/23 by Monday 7/24/23 it was pealing off polish was not smooth looks horrible will definitely not be going back. If I was able to give no stars I would, spent 3 hours there just to have in not even last a full day.

I got my nails and toes done here for my birthday, the man rushed my pedicure and my full set. My nails looked nothing like the photo I showed. But the worst part is I noticed him use a dirty/used file on my nails. . Lo and behold I was in the Urgent care today for an infection in my nail. Who knows what other tools they reuse without proper sanitation. I will not be back and advise you to stay away!

I started going to NV Nails in May after spending 3 years trying to find a good place between Pueblo and Springs. This place not only won my loyalty but also my heart. The owners and staff are so friendly. They joke and play and include you in their salon conversations. I never feel out of place or uncomfortable. The owner is very sweet and playful, and As a bonus ;) their nail techs Tiffany and Anna are amazing! The first time Tiffany did my nails they lasted 5 rebases before I decided to get a new set, and honestly I probably could’ve waited still. Tiffany never disappoints me with her color and design ideas when I’m clueless and if you ever want a good painted Design…Anna is your girl. Just be honest with them about what you want and if you don’t like what the design is…they won’t make you feel uncomfortable. I don’t know how to attach a photo or I would.

I’ve been in here a handful of times. Pedicure room is nice & relaxing, usually the pedicure is pretty solid from here. Manicure on the hand (no pun intended) is terrible. It literally looks like a 5yo painted my nails. It’s just gel no frills and it’s jacked. I even have paint on my fingers. I didn’t notice just how terrible it was until I got outside in the light. Ugh that’s $40 & my time wasted, not to mention what ever I will spend to correct this disaster.

Very friendly and clean, had appointment at 11 got me right in on time. Guy that did the pedi was pretty rough with the file on the nails really cut up my cuticles they are sore red and bleeding that evening.

What a great first time experience! I got a green tea pedicure from the guy that works there this afternoon! My legs feel great, my toes look awesome and whatever this green tea lotion is- smells amazing! The environment was very relaxing and the guy who worked with me had a great personality! Definitely will be back!
