The facility was very welcoming, spacious and the team very friendly. Gabbi was easy to talk too, knowledgable and my first ever facial was truly enjoyable. We have plans to come back for multiple services in the coming month, myself and husband.

My skin felt so refreshed and hydrated after my facial with Chelsea. Her technique and knowledge of skincare was extensive. I haven't felt confident to walk around without any makeup in years! I will most definitely be going back. She is a true skin expert!

The massage was great. The facilities were lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only comment/critique was the steam sauna was not warm enough the day I was there. Still a wonderful experience and would return for sure!

This was our first trip to Nurture Spa for a girl's getaway. My treatments felt luxurious, and the staff was kind and welcoming the entire time. The relaxation room downstairs was comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and upper floor before our pedicures. The ability to shop between treatments was a bonus! We will definitely be back to enjoy again.

First time visiting this lovely spa and had an amazing customized massage by Lucy. Booking was easy, parking was a breeze, and the spa’s front desk staff were pleasant and professional. Only wished they also dry sauna (vs just steam).

This was my first time at this spa and I was initially pleased with the atmosphere of Nurture Spa. That being said I was disappointed in the service itself. My massage therapist, Tracey just focused on my back area and did not ask me to turn over despite my asking her to focus somewhat on my knee. It was a hot stone massage which I have had in the past. The stones were warm but that was the best thing I can say about the service.

This was supposed to be an anniversary gift card and the reception area made me feel like it was not registered under a gift card, she literally had me looking for the contacts name and email address to confirm when the gift card had to be used to make the reservation. Like I would lie for a massage. Additionally, we were not made aware that my husband's services were cancelled and the massage therapist were just as confused thinking they were my services very nonchalant saying if you have no other services this ends your visit. The manager came down and promised a 20% discount on future services and never honored that promise. I never saw her again when we checked out. Not a great experience from check in to check out. Doubt if I would ever return and I will let the person who purchased the card know how we were treated

Massage was mediocre. Scheduled a deep tissue massage and had to ask 4 times during the massage for her to go deep.

Nicole was an amazing service provider! My Swedish massage and reflexology were the best!! The environment was clean, relaxing, and friendly. I felt at home and loved my services.

Overall wonderful experience from start to finish. The massage was extremely relaxing, Stacey was excellent and I loved the atmosphere. The locker rooms are really nice, I like that they provide robes, shoes and towels and I was able to do a quick steam after my massage. I've already recommended the spa to family members and I personally plan to go back very soon.

I have been to Nurture Spa twice now, a raindrop massage with Susan and a Swedish massage with Kim. Both masseuses were absolutely amazing, asked me my comfort level and what I wanted from the massage. Both were able to very quickly find any knots and created such a relaxing experience. Can’t even compare it to the chain spas, it is a world better and worth the price difference! Will be back again 😊

I would never book here again. I tried to plan a spa day for a friends birthday and not only was the massage mediocre but her facial was supposed to be an hour and it was 20 minutes. My esthetic at least gave me add on options and available upgrades but they weren’t even offered to my friend. I was told we could be in the same room on the phone however when I got there it felt like a different story. Although the facial was worth the money to me, my friend had a horrible experience all around.
