The best!! Staff is absolutely wonderful, and their prices are the best in Nashville! I have the Glow Pass membership, and I have noticed such an improvement in my skin over the past few months there. Emily has a true talent in aesthetics and is able to understand what my skin needs each time I visit!

I was gifted a gift certificate to NSI, and after visiting the location for their services, I was super happy with my results! Pooja is very kind and knowledgeable and will answer all your questions/concerns. Not to mention, the receptionists are so sweet and waiting area is beautiful!

I love my experience with Emily! I found her on instagram and initially went to see her in Franklin and later on followed her to NSI in Nashville. I have not tried facials yet but brow wax/tint and brow lamination is absolutely worth it! Team Emily all the way! ❤️ highly recommend Emily and NSI. If you struggle with your brows please go see Emily she is very talented and you will leave feeling pretty and confident. Salon is very stylish and clean with friendly and down to earth staff. Whenever I have an appointment I always feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you Emily & NSI

I’ve been a client for almost a year and I really appreciate the team. Peyton and Pooja are very patient and always willing to answer my questions. I’m slow to add new skincare treatments, and Ive never felt pressured. Emily has taken care of my skin the last couple months and she’s an absolute gem. The space is also beautiful. I really look forward to each appointment and trust this group and their discernment.

I am not one to normally Play reviews, but I have to tell y’all about this hidden gem! NSI is the best Pooja is truly incredible. She is so talented and she knows exactly what she’s doing. She did lips while ago and as soon as I get the money, I’m going back to get them done all over again Pooja is kind, loving and caring. i’ve known Pooja for two years and she is the only person that I let touch my face whether it’s Botox or filler because she knows what she’s doing. She takes the time to listen and she wants to know what kind of look you want for yourself and what’s your endgame since we’re all unique she wants to make everybody feel at their very best. I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks and get some more Botox from her! And within the next few months I am getting my lips done again,my checks and under eye and possibly my lines that are in between my lips and nose! Anybody that goes to see Pooja will not be disappointed! She is the best of the best.

It's a shame that things didn't work out. If I could give this place 0 stars I'd absolutely would. Long story short I got lip filler done with the Pooja and it came out uneven with lumps. They looked absolutely horrible. I've had lip filler done in the past and never had I ever had any issues even close to the problems that I have now. As bad as it went, I tried getting it fixed but they wanted me to pay at least $300 to get it dissolved and more money to get those uneven areas refilled. I might as well go elsewhere that can actually do proper filler. Here are the red flags about this place: 1. Pooja told me that due to the shape of my lips, they're hard to fill. I've never had anyone tell me that before and would end up with great results until I came here. 2.This was the most painful experience I've ever had with my lips and mind you I've had this done in the past and never was it as painful as it was here. 3. When I pointed out how uneven my lips looked after the filler, Pooja told me thats how my natural lips looked. Even if that was the case, I'm getting filler to get them fixed and not for them to look more uneven.... 4.She didn't talk to me prior to filling them about what I wanted as a end result for my lips, and just straight up jumped into it. I should've listened to my gut and stopped her there and left. 5. I came here before and had issues regarding lumps which is why I went elsewhere before giving them a second chance. I completely regret coming back. Anyways, they don't know how to file their paperwork correctly and did not believe that I had a similar issue regarding a bump that they dissolved and refilled at no cost the first time but now they won't take ownership for the damage that they've caused. 6. I asked to see if another injector was available to help me out or at least take a look at them, but they told me to go elsewhere. 7. Whenever I've had issues with filler that I did not like or wanted, the injector would absolutely fix it until I got the results that I've paid for such as OVME here in Nashville, at no cost. But not here at NSI. Anyways I hope people read this and will not come here and experience the things that I did. I truly do not wish this on anyone else. You're supposed to feel beautiful and confident when you leave and not the opposite. But if you want horrible and mortifying results then this is absolutely the place to go. The photo I've uploaded with the blue circle are the "mess ups" that they have caused and will not fix or refund me.

I just had a brow tint service done at NSI. The tint service was good, however I was charged $30 plus for eyebrows waxing. I volunteered to be a model for the service which also started it came with a free skin consultation, I did not receive. It would have been nice to let me know that the brow waxing wasn’t part of the service and the cost before hand. I usually like going to places that tell you cost up front so you’re not surprised at the end. I rather pay more but go to a place that I feel communicates better and doesn’t add cost at the end. My eyebrows were already pretty well keep and clean. If it was an added cost I would not do it

I can’t give Nashville Med Spa enough praise! Pooisha(misspelled possibly) was so informative and helpful! She guided me through every step of it and I came there wondering if I wanted lip filler and left with that and Botox yet didn’t feel pressured at all. Even the receptionist was so welcoming and the vibe there is just lovely! Ten stars if I could!!

While I believed I had good experience here in the past, It wasn’t until going to a new spa that I realized this place has some questionable policies and practices… I’m taking the stars i left before away and here is why/ A week after getting lip filler, i noticed quite a bit of migration on my top lip. when i called about it i was told it costs 300$+ to dissolve the filler and another 300 to refill (i buy about a half syringe at a time.)…. So they wanted 600$+ to fix my face…shouldn’t this service be free considering it’s their work they would be correcting? i asked around and some friends agreed but, i digress. I will also say, when checking out here, there is an automatic option to tip 20%, which i was leaving, thinking that it must be standard practice if they automatically put it there! (that is 60-120$ extra every visit) … I’m a bartender so if you work for tips, i will respect that every time! Come to find out- because this is a medical procedure it is completely inappropriate to expect much less ask for a tip for these services.. of course it was shown as optional but definitely insinuated that tipping is standard practice in these establishments. it’s not! These things may be common knowledge for some, so you may be reading this like, well duh! but, it’s not common knowledge for everybody and I was just a beginner walking into this place & feel I was naive, and my lack of knowledge was taken advantage of. Please google “Can nurses take tips” and make your own educated decisions! I found a new spa (after waiting a year for my filler to dissolve on its own) .. and the nurse dissolved NSI’s filler mistake FOR FREE for me, and when leaving they took and ran my card- never even an option to tip. These are professional practices in the MedSpa world as I am now educated I will never return to NSI.

I was recently visiting Nashville for a few days on vacation. During this time I felt very tired and dull looking. Desperately needing a skin refresh and pick me up I called for a last minute booking. I was so thankful that Nash Med Spa was able to get me in last minute! The building is very cute and charming with all of its historical touches in the architecture. Pooja NP was my injector during this visit. She held a thorough consultation in the beginning of the visit. While listening to my concerns she was able to give me great treatment recommendations and take home products targeting my concerns. I received Dysport and take home Obagi products during this visit. Pooja was professional and knowledgeable about skin care. I couldn’t be happier leaving this visit! I have been receiving many medical skincare services over the last 10 years. Nash Med Spa is SO much better than my current injector. I wish I could visit Nash Med Spa every 3 months! Thank you Pooja for getting me back on track 💕

Just had two appointments with Pooja at NSI and I’m beyond impressed. She’s incredibly skilled and genuinely kind, making the whole experience fantastic. I drive over an hour just to see her because she's that good. I trust her completely and just let her do her thing when I go there. This place never fails. First time having Pooja as my injector and she was amazing ! So friendly and welcoming . Always recommending this place to my girls . The front desk girlie was also nice !
