I've been coming here basically since the nail bar opened & I love it! The atmosphere inside Mineral & Matter is gorgeous & serene & all of the Nail Bar artists are amazing! Esp. Hailey!

This place is definitely worth a highly recommended review. They are busy so if you are a client, you are lucky. I have been going to Ali ever since my wedding and I love the work she does. I have super cute unique nails and she keeps them in good health. The store is very cute and there are lots of cute items you can pick up.

AMAZING!!! This cute store is situated in such a nice little part of Salt Lake. The nail artists were so nice and made me feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The professionalism was to the highest bar and it was so easy to book an appointment and stay in contact with them. The atmosphere of the store is so fun and inviting with a gift store to shop at right after my appointment. They did such a terrific job on my nails, I will absolutely be coming back again and again. There’s no possible reason for anyone to have a bad experience with these licensed, caring professionals. Thank you Nova Nails!

I am so sad to say I am extremely disappointed in this place. I had gone a few times and wanted to bring my cousin for her birthday (she’s intellectually disabled and LOVES getting her nails done). I made an appointment 4 weeks in advance, and after a week my job changed my schedule and I had to reschedule. I messaged the artist and she offered other times. I chose a time for my cousin, but couldn’t find a time for me easily so she suggested I go back online. So I did, and assumed my cousins appointment was good. Cut to 3 weeks later a day before the birthday appointment and I get a text about the original time, not new the one agreed upon over messages... when I reach out to Taylor to ask what happened I get a sort of - auto response saying “I am unable to accommodate that time. I also want you to know that I, not anyone else at the nova bar will be able to take any of your appointments anymore”. Pretty wild because no one ever asked me to pay a reschedule fee but I would have been happy to... I don’t recommend going here unless you have all day and a completely open schedule that will DEFINITELY never change. I’ll be taking my business, as well as my friend and cousin’s business elsewhere ✌🏼
