Kaitlyn needs to be checked out to see if she really has a license to do hair!! People please check out the reviews for this salon and pictures from clients that have stated she messed up their hair!!!!!

Simple cut and style for my mom - not! Hair was cut totally dry and was left in so many different lengths. We had to take her somewhere else to fix it. There were so many crazy lengths they had to cut it extra short just to even it out. It took weeks to grow out. She was so embarrassed.

The photos posted by my daughter Hannah speak for themselves. Kaitlyn knew that I wasn't happy with my hair when I left. My hair was long and healthy when I sat in her chair; when I left my hair had an awful cut with harsh layers. She decided to go off on her own instead of following my inspiration pictures. She was starting to part my hair down the middle when I couldn't take it anymore and told her to stop. I have never parted my hair in the middle and I'm not going to start. She decided to do a layer up high on the back of my head "for volume" again, not what I asked for or wanted and not in line with my inspiration photo. It was right about the time she asked if I wanted Farrah Fawcett bangs that I knew she had no intention on following my inspiration photo and instead was doing what she wanted. I ended up in urgent care because she burned my scalp. She also fried my hair in multiple spots. While my hair was processing and just 2-3 minutes from finishing Kaitlyn sat down and had someone work on her hair putting in a halo wig/extension. She stopped paying attention to the time; focusing 100% on herself. I was completely appalled at her actions. She had zero concern about my hair, only about hers. Kaitlyn refused to take any responsibility at all for her lack of skill and knowledge and blamed ME for how my hair turned out. "It's a well known fact that medications effect the way your hair processes" except I wasn't on medication and if she thought I was it was HER responsibility as the "professional" to discuss that with me prior to providing a service. When i told her that, she tried to take it a step further and say thyroid issues can also effect the outcome. Except I don't have thyroid issues either. ANYTHING to put the blame anywhere but where it belongs, on herself.

There was multiple bleach spots in my hair and the color was not correct. I wanted blond highlights with some dirty blond to match my roots to grow out well. But somehow there was a copper color in there that won’t come out like she said it was. I was not happy with the way it grew out but also seeing multiple mistakes when I got it redone by another person.

Great customer service from both Kaitlyn and Alyssa. I still haven’t been able to go get my hair cut yet. But soon!!

Kaitlyn completely fried my mother’s hair and gaslit her into thinking it looked like her inspiration picture (my mother wears glasses and didn’t have them on) Where this lady got RED from in the inspiration picture I am not sure. My mother’s layers are so uneven. Instead of just platinum, Kaitlyn decided to do platinum AND yellow with bands and splotches all over! The pictures speak for themself, if you like your hair to be poorly done and completely fried I would strongly recommend going to see Kaitlyn. If you like to get funny looks and laughed at about your hair, again I strongly recommend Kaitlyn as clearly she does not know what she’s doing.
