I recently scheduled a 60-minute massage here and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Lulu answered the phone when I called to confirm my online booking and was able to accommodate me even though I arrived about 20 minutes early. The location was clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Lulu gave me a full-body massage, focusing on the knots in my neck, shoulders, and back. Before coming in, I was struggling to sleep and couldn’t turn my neck without shooting pain. Immediately after the massage, I felt tremendous relief and was able to return to the gym pain-free. On top of that, the cost was much lower compared to other local massage places—even with the tip included. I ended up tipping 30%, which still amounted to less than what I’d normally pay elsewhere, and it was well worth it. I definitely plan on coming back soon, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional, affordable massage.

Belinda gave me one of the best 60-minute massages I’ve ever had, which would cost over $100-120 (before tip) anywhere else. I was extremely happy to pay $70 upfront and tip $30 for the luxury spa quality massage I got (zero pressure from Belinda to tip). I didn’t have any of the issues mentioned by others in negative reviews and will definitely be coming back.

Had lower back that wasn't getting better so I scheduled an hour with Susan at Nirvana. Susan was able to use the correct method & the amount of pressure on my lower back to allow the healing to accelerate. Highly recommend Susan at Nirvana.

I scheduled a massage appointment online and received text confirmation, but the front desk said they couldn’t help me when I arrived at the scheduled time. This was very disappointing as I was looking forward to this and only have a limited schedule. They gave me a card to try to schedule a new appointment. No way! I’d recommend not booking online because your appointment won’t be honored.

My husband and I went in for a couples massage. Although the massage was nice, the atmosphere was just strange. They two service providers were talking throughout the massage which didn’t help the atmosphere. But the massage was not the issue… They asked us to pay in advance when we walked in and requested all cash, which is fine. We didn’t have cash so they directed us to their in-house ATM. We took out cash for the price of the service and for a 20% tip for each service provider. After we completed our massage, we gave them each their 20% tip and thanked them. We were then immediately pressured to pay 25% each and they made us either Venmo or take our more cash to make up the extra 10%. They made us feel like we couldn’t leave the store without adding that additional 10% tip, so we paid it. It was extremely unprofessional and very uncomfortable, especially when we thought we were already being generous by giving a 20% tip per service provider! It truly felt like a “shake down” as we were leaving. We will not be back and we warn anyone about this experience before you go!!

My wife and I went in for a couples massage yesterday and it was a very great experience! everything was set up and ready to go. Easy communication and everything was confirmed via text message which helped out a lot! Cash only, but they also accept Venmo payments etc... Very fair pricing, we will definitely be going back for another session!

I made an appointment online for a 120 minute massage that was confirmed. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early just to be told the massage therapist would not be available until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I asked if I could still get the 120 minute massage that I book and was told “No, sorry. Maybe next time.” There will be not next time. Terrible customer service.

Met with massage therapist and I was told I had to pay in cash prior to massage. I asked if massage was a full body massage and was told yes. I did receive a very good back and head massage. Legs,feet and arms were not massaged. Therapist left the room 4 times to answer someone at the door which interrupted my relaxation mood. I gave her a 15%tip,she demanded 20%. I will not return and I will be sure to tell others not to patronize Nirvana.

This establishment fell short of expectations. The waiting area was chaotic due to ongoing construction and clutter. Upon arrival, we were directed to a cramped room that barely accommodated one person, and the previous couple was hurriedly ushered out. Although the massage was satisfactory, there was an upfront request for cash payment. Moreover, there was additional pressure to increase our tip from 20% to at least 25% based on their perceived performance which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the experience was awkward, and I do not intend to return.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I was skeptical about going here but decided to give it a try. Made an appointment online for a 30 minute massage, showed up for my appointment and was told they do not do 30 minute massages. I showed the woman the receipt I received in my email which confirmed the 30 minute massage and she finally agreed. She made me pay first, which is fine… then found out they don’t accept credit cards only cash or Apple Pay. Apple Pay wouldn’t work since I didn’t have internet so I left. Nothing was easy from the start, would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

It was never good but it was ok, now it’s just bad. I have gotten a massage here quite often, the last two times they forgot to give me my $10 change back now that the price is $70 and that is for a 50 minute massage, they say 60 but you get 50. the last 10 minutes she sat down by my feet and just rubbed on the side of my caff’s, never again.

I’m sorry but after my experience today, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I called Nirvana on 12/26/22 and scheduled an massage appointment for today 12/27/22 at 1pm. I get to Nirvana at 12:55pm and the lady proceeds to tell me that she is busy and can’t take me until 2pm. Needless to say, I didn't get a massage today. I would of appreciated a curious call prior to me driving all the way there to explain that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. Terrible customer service, I will not be scheduling any future appointments at Nirvana.

The massage was great but when I left after tipping my masseuse she wasn’t satisfied with the amount. She pointed to a sign that said I should tip 20%. Her tip was slightly under that. How dare her!!!!!! It is at MY discretion how much I choose to tip. Needless to say I will not be returning to Nirvana Massage……soooooooo unprofessional.

Won’t be going back. It doesn’t matter who you book with, it’s not honored. I paid for a 90 minute massage and got an 80 minute one, the last 5-10 minutes of which was clearly filling time. The masseuse also looked at her phone several times throughout the massage, and skipped my quads (a big muscle, and we clearly had the time!). As I was leaving my masseuse stood between me and the door asking about her tip. I told her I’d Venmo when I got home, which she was not satisfied with and continued to ask. She then asked multiple times how much it would be. I told her 15% (due to the time that was not fulfilled). She walked away so I went to walk out the door and she came running back after me again asking how much the tip would be. She began to text someone when the other woman nodded her head and they said I was okay to leave. Very stressful ending to what was supposed to be a relaxing massage!

made an appointment for a massage on 10/15/22 at 10 am ... a day before my massage a get a text stating to come in at 9:30 ,but i couldnt because 10 was the time i was available. I got to Nirvana on time . I was greeted with "oh can you come back in a hour ".It looked like they were still cleaning from the day before i then asked how much for the massage , the woman told be $70 while the website said $60. i was not a happy camper at this point . I decided that this establishment wouldn't get my hard earned money and left to never return an hour later . to many red flags with how they handled me .

This was the freaking awesomest massage of my life. It was first time at Nirvana Exton, the lady there I do not know her name but she really did use all her strength and technique to relieve knots in my neck. She also did use hot stone massage for 5 minutes. Though it was not hot stone massage that I booked. I would definitely recommend this place.
