They made my hair look like a clown. Went in for gray coverage and highlights. Stylist lied when I said she messed my hair up said I to transition to gray. I have orange green highlits and all the gray I went in with. Ripped off for 184 dollars

Gianna was great with my daughter and I. Made us feel super comfortable and she did an amazing job with both of our hair. Definitely recommend getting your hair done by Gianna !

Diane does an amazing job! I set Diane free to take my long curly hair to a sassy curly cut. I always get so many compliments after a visit. My daughter wanted a trendy haircut and Diane delivered. We did mom and daughter salon day and Heather made my daughter feel like a princess while I was pampered by Diane. We love this salon. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. The stations are always decorated with timely accents (holidays/ seasons). I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I honestly wish I could give more stars.... First time I've set foot in a salon in a very long time I called to set the appointment and the receptionist was so very nice she really listened to what I needed as far as a stylist and set me up with the perfect one I really appreciated Maddie taking the time to listen to me and to also give me her opinions. I definitely found my forever stylist lol I'm so happy with how my hair turned out and I can't wait for our future appointments thank you so much again Maddie you are absolutely incredible

I’ve been getting my hair done by Maddie for years and she always does a great job with my cut and color. Went with balayage this time and couldn’t be happier with the color. My experience at Nicole Richards was excellent. Great ambience, clean facilities and friendly, talented staff.

I must say first off, I never leave reviews. However, today I was absolutely blown away by the amount of time, patience, and talent that Dara showed me. I left feeling and looking like a completely different woman. I am in awe of Daras talent and the way she transformed my drab hair colour to something I have only seen in photos or magazine's. She's AMAZING!!!

I waited for 20 minutes for someone to walk up to me and say we aren’t talking walk in. But they have a sign in their door that says walk ins welcome. Very rude of them just ignoring clients and them having conversations. It was 3 other clients who were also waiting. They were also waiting for a long peroxide of time before me. So never coming back I give 0 for rudeness and disrespect.

I was searching for a MUA for my wife & I anniversary party when I came across Nicole. I booked her for my daughter’s Sweet 16 . Nicole goes over & beyond customer service. Nicole made sure my daughter was comfortable. She listened & advised to our concerns about her skin. Nicole’s eye for perfecting the color tones & perfecting imperfections is definitely flawless. I am in awe with how she naturally enhanced my daughter’s features. I honestly can’t wait until it’s “OUR” time to shine!! Thank you Nicole!!!!

I went into the salon with blonde hair and white roots and asked for all over blonde with highlights. Also I wanted foil streaks and just a trim. My hair turned out all white with no streaks from the foil. I had told her about our camper in Indiana earlier and she used that info while paying, to say I wanted white hair to have low upkeep at the camper. Not true. I paid $143 for white hair. When I had my hair color “changed to blonde”, it turned out red with white roots.and I paid about $60 for another hair color mistake. This was a Mother’s Day gift What a waste of money.

Made an appt 2 weeks prior to visit. Went to the the salon and they said I didn’t have an appt. Waited patiently for this appt. Was never seen. Will never go back!!!!!!!!!

This was my first visit to the salon for a manicure and pedicure. They have a separate room for nails which is very nice! Both turned out beautiful! Emma does a great job, give her a try. You won’t be disappointed.

The cost is so high now the regulars can't afford anymore.. So when the regulars go so does the restaurant. I have been going there for 40 years or so but the cost is out of control... So be it!!!!!
