Wow, Nick and Robbie deliver such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy. They truly care about giving you a great hair cut to make you feel your best. Highly recommend if you’re needing confidence boost or a good conversation.

Nick and Robbie’s place felt super welcoming and they were great people to be around during my haircut! The hair cut was good, and I got the layers that I asked for, though my style that I went for ended up not being what I wanted. I think Nick and Robbie did a great job replicating the reference I gave them though! The only thing that I wish was different would be having a larger mirror to observe my haircut as it occurs. There was only a small mirror that was given to me at the end of the haircut. I think I would’ve been more at ease with a larger mirror in front of me while the haircut was going on.

Worst hair experience I've had at a salon in my entire 25 years of getting my hair cut and colored. Wouldn't recommend this place. I'll spare the details but really don't waste your time.

I just got the best haircut and had such a lovely experience with Nick and Robbie. They are kind, professional, and really good at what they do. I am Asian and my hair really shows when it hasn’t been cut well. Not the case this time! I have already received many compliments. I will definitely be going back. Thank you, Nick and Robbie!

Let me start off by saying, I can be an extremely particular and picky person and I am a natural blonde whose hair got much darker post pregnancy. I have only highlighted my hair a few times and am extra sensitive about natural results, but Nick completely nails it. He takes feedback and actually LISTENS to you when you’re going through what you want. He does not gloss over the details. He treats you like a friend and is so gentle and nurturing throughout the process. I am so happy with my hair and will be sending friends and family to Nick and Robbie! 🩵

I nearly never leave reviews but this place deserves it! I’ve been to several highly rated salons in Salt Lake for a bang trim and haircut, and almost every time left in tears. But with Nick and Robbie, they gave me the best haircut and curtain bangs/fringe I’ve ever had. I have naturally wavy hair and they cut it in a way where it looks good natural or styled. I’m so happy with my hair, and also that I found my place! Book here!

Before I found Nick and Robbie, I hopped around from salon to salon, never fully satisfied with my experiences. I have curly hair and have found that a lot of stylists don't know how to deal with it. Both Nick and Robbie are incredibly good at what they do. My curly hair does not make them bat an eyelash - they know exactly how to handle it. I have had multiple appointments with both of them and always walk out feeling like a million bucks. Plus, they are so fun to talk to and have great taste in perfume :) Do yourself a favor and go see them because you will be so happy you did (and you may never want to go anywhere else!)

Charming little studio for hair design that I went to based on all the great reviews I had read. And I wasn't disappointed! Robbie did my hair and I was THRILLED with my partial highlights for upcoming family pics. He was thorough, gave the best scalp massage, and left me with beautiful color. One thing I really liked was the chair I sat in didn't have a huge mirror so I didn't have to stare at myself (haha). I finally found my new go-to place!

The salon is cozy and clean with lots of natural light. Nick (and Robbie) were lovely and radiated kind, calming energies. I had a really nice experience, almost therapeutic. I wasn’t feeling my best coming into the appointment, but walked out feeling pretty and relaxed. Also, I love how Nick cut my hair. I will be a repeat client and I definitely recommend :)

I did my highlights and cut once with Nick and the other time with Robbie, both times came out perfect. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed, no complaining about how the previous hair stylist did my hair. Definitely would recommend 5 stars for the products, customer service, professionalism, final product and overall experience.

I’ve been trying to find a stylist who can get my hair right since leaving Austin 10 years ago. The right haircut is seriously the difference between my wavy fine hair looking supermodel gorgeous with no effort or life destroyingly terrible no matter what I do. Robbie nailed both the cut and the color, I love these guys so much. This pic is more than a month since my last hair appt.

Love their skill and attention to detail. I have curly/wavy blonde hair that I like to wear natural with highlights, but it’s a little hard to get the cut right for that. Nick got it exactly perfect.

My last hairstylist I've been going to for 13 years..... something changed she changed I changed... it just wasnt working.... so I searched Nick & Robbie. I let faith choose my hairstylist by booking who was available conveniently to me. Winner winner- nick! Nick hands down is the most thorough Hairstylist I've ever been to Period! The 1st 15 minutes was a consultation on my expectations Of what my perfect haircut is. The next hour Nick did his magic. I got goose bumps! The last two years I made excuses for my last hairstylist.... not ANY more! Cause I will drive from Wyoming to SLc for THAT HAIRCUT. Exceptional customer service, realistic results are achievable here, and the atmosphere is very down to earth yet sophisticated! I'm in love with my hair again- what a confidence booster! Isn't that why we go- don't make excuses get in with these gents!

Nick and Robbie are ACTUAL magicians. When I need a cut I always sort of know how to describe what I'm looking for, but a lot of other places want to know EXACTLY what you're looking for. Nick and Robbie always interpret my wishes perfectly and I always look fabulous. But that's not where it stops! Their space is so relaxing and comfortable, and they are the nicest people to work with. As long as they keep being perfect and as long as I'm in Salt Lake, I'm not going to go anywhere else.

Robbie is so warm, meticulous, and amazing! I had a wonderful experience! I’m super picky on who I let cut my hair because my Asian hair can give stylists a hard time. I’ve tried stylists in Canada, Boston, OC and when I moved here I was super nervous about finding a stylist. I just moved from LA and Google searched and Reddited for months before deciding to cut my hair. I decided to come here based on the reviews; I’m so glad I did! Robbie took his time and made my cut fit my face so well 😭. I’m so happy with my cut and would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to go to Nick & Robbie! 😊

Robbie & Nick are both amazing and lovely humans. I have not gotten more than a trim in over 20 years and was ready for a change. I was so nervous getting rid of my long locks but Robbie instantly put me at ease and worked magic on my hair. I walked away with a giant permanent smile. Thank you guys!!!!

Fantastic experience! Nick spent time talking about my hair before we decided on the cut. Has easy, fun conversations through my whole appointment. Nick treated me like his favorite client, even though this was my first visit. Love my hair!! Whole-heartily recommend!
