A friend referred me to Next Health when I was feeling a bout of seasonal depression. You know when Nashville is so cold you don't want to go outside!? I did a blood draw for the standard 50 test blood panel to get a baseline on my health, then an IV therapy (15 min), infrared sauna (30 min) , and the cryotherapy (only takes 3 min!!) with dramatic results in my mood and energy levels. The staff is welcoming and knowledgable, interior design and amenities made you feel like you were in an upscale, modern day-spa. They have different membership levels that are actually affordable and give you repeat access to state-of-the-art equipment and trained medical technicians. I signed up for the founders-level membership. You can't put a price on your health and to feel so much better in a couple hours truly makes Next Health worth every bit of your time to genuinely try it out. Well done Kevin and team Next Health, you're all stars!

Our family has been clients of Next Health in CA for a while and I am so excited to have Next Health in Nashville at the Gulch. The equipment is top notch. The cryotherapy machine is my favorite and I love that their hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT) can fit both me and my husband. Nate has been amazing at crafting my wellness plan from my baseline lab tests. This is my 3rd lab test and I value having the data to see the improvements and the impact the Next Health services have on my longevity journey. Looking forward to my ozone treatment and TPE and Sarah doing some PRP. Staff is caring, the RN's are great with the IV's and the place is honestly gorgeous. You don't feel like you're in a medical facility.

So excited to see Next Health in Nashville! 🙌 I was a member when I lived in California, and I can confidently say this place is the best at what they do. The facility is state-of-the-art, and the staff at the Nashville location couldn’t be friendlier. I just had my first IV in far too long, and I’m already feeling amazing. Highly recommend!

I did the longevity IV first thing this morning after waking up and I feel so refreshed. I don’t care for needles but the NP dud such a great job and I was very comfortable. The staff was so attentive and kind and I feel that they all really care about your health and experience. Can’t wait to go back!!

I had a really cool experience at Next Health. The staff was so great. The cryotherapy and the red light bed were so awesome. Met the med team, had a great conversation and got some really good nutrition tips. Can’t wait to go back and try the testing. Well worth a visit.

Oh wow was I surprised!! My friend sent me a link to check out the facility during the soft opening, and I wasn't sure what to expect. It's located in the Gulch and they take care of your parking, which is nice! I got into the facility and it was stunning. Everyone is smiling and very attentive, and Jim (the gm) gave me a tour. There is hyperbaric chamber for oxygen, red light LED beds, infrared sauna, vitamin IV, testing for wellness, and my new favorite, whole body cryotherapy. Now I'm a hot yoga person that despises the cold, but wowie has Next Health made me a believer! Cait was so sweet and energetic, getting me through my first 3 minutes in the sub-zero freezer half nekkid but I can honestly say I'm now obsessed. The cold squeezed out inflammation I didn't even know I had, but my body had adjusted to. I went back the next day and signed up and made myself an OG! I can't wait to see how my body changes over these next few months. Next Health gets it; the way we take care of our bodies is simplified, preventative health care. The monthly membership price is reasonable, too, compared to having to go to a doctor or hospital! I'm in!

The experience I had at Next Health was incredible! The staff and the team are amazing, you are simply not going to find people like this just anywhere! The facility is gorgeous and everything is a step above. Next Health offers so many incredible services under one roof. I have been getting IV therapy for years and love what it has done for my health. I am excited to be able to be able to add the additional services like sauna, red light, cryo, and so much more to my regular routine- all in one location. I have recommended Next Health to so many people already and am already planning my next visit!

I went to Next Health for an IV treatment and was able to try the HBO chamber. They staff members were all super friendly and welcoming. In addition everyone was incredibly knowledgeable about the services and treatments offered at Next Health. THW facility was very clean and comfortable. The health and wellness market couldn’t be more oversaturated nowadays, and with the social media storms of health hacks and beauty trends promising the fountain of youth from the inside out, it’s often that I feel completely adverse to giving my business to any of these “medical spas” that pop up on my Instagram feed. More often than not, the goods and services never seem worth the swipe of the credit card, when you walk out feeling only marginally different than when you walked in. Next Health, however, is one giant exception. This past week, they hosted their soft launch event by offering tours of the facility and free services to customers who RSVP’d. I must have entered my info on Instagram at some point, given the flurry of text messages I received, soliciting my attendance. Admittedly, I was eye rolling at first, numb to the amount of spam texts I get nowadays, but there was a part of me that thought , “what’s the worst that could come from some free stuff?” (Now, I’m sure anyone who’s ever attended a timeshare sales pitch would disagree with that logic… but I digress.) So, I scheduled my services, keeping an open mind. Everything about the event exceeded my expectations. From the facility itself, to the hospitality and extensive knowledge of the staff, to the hundreds of dollars worth of free (yes, actually free) services I received, it was a 5-star experience. But perhaps what I was most impressed by was the fact that not once was I pressured into purchasing a membership. In fact, though I was given a brochure at one point, it didn’t even seem to be a focus of conversation with any of the staff I spoke with… and THAT is how you sell a product. When you’ve got something legitimate that you can stand behind, you don’t need cornering sales tactics to get people in the doors, signing up; the product and team take care of that. This was a brilliant display of impeccable services and genius marketing. Because after receiving my IV therapy, vitamin shot, and cryotherapy session, I was ASKING where to sign up. Mission accomplished. Special shout outs to Craig, Scott, Kai, and Patricia, who all demonstrated top notch service during my time there. Aside from the truly next level tech and services they all facilitated, each one of them were incredibly personable and kind, spending time conversing with me about myself, not just the products they were there to sell. If more people combined a great product with this type of customer service, there might be more perfectly 5-star rated businesses on Google. I can’t wait to continue my journey with the Next Health team, now that I’ve got my founder’s membership. I would recommend ANYone paying them a visit to see all that they have to offer… truly 10/10!

The therapeutic plasma exchange at next health is awesome. My doc suggested this to help address some chronic inflammation issues I have been having. I was skeptical at first, but it has helped a lot, I feel great. The medical team is really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Trust me when I tell you that the sauna will save you from the cold!! Top tier benefits on top of the fact you can stay warm while it’s cold outside. Beautiful location. And the staff and all so friendly and knowledgeable. They have other exclusive services available for the elite health enthusiasts who want peptides and blood work. This is the place to be!!

Very elegant and luxurious facility with an excellent location. I attended the soft opening to see what all NH offers. I was offered 2 free services but only received one. 5 separate staff members provided me with information and assistance. Staff is very friendly and welcoming but very busy. All memberships and services are very expensive. The vast amount of services offered can be overwhelming. Due to the fast pace of everything going on it was difficult to comprehend everything but still enjoyable first visit.
