I don't normally jump on the bandwagon of reviews and negativity, but checking cameras should be mandatory before accusing a customer of a issue. Then refusing to apologize after proven wrong is even more atrocious. Bad business, bad business, they probably saw a black person and assumed she was lying. Nothing new.

If I could leave zero stars I would. While shopping at the store I heard the lady telling my daughter “ your going to pay for that” when I asked what was wrong considering my daughter is 11 she told me my daughter stuck her fingers in some hair gel. She walked us through the store like we was thieves then proceeded to ring up $20 hair gel. I asked her could I see the cameras because my daughter told me she had only smelled the gel and did not put her fingers in it . I told her if my daughter did in fact do it I don’t mind paying but I believed my child. After about 8 minuets she came to me and said “she is good “ and took off the gel . I asked for an apology considering she humiliated my daughter and accused her of damaging product and she refused to do so . I just wanted the apology to be loud as the disrespect. I will never shop here ever again

Made false accusations against a 11 year old child while threatening to call the police so that she can be placed in handcuffs and taken to the detention center, until cameras. Once cameras were demanded to be played back they changed up the story and said they made a mistake by seeing the 11 year old damage a hair product 🙄🙄 and would not apologize. I'm seeing other reviews speaking on them being racist from other customers dealing with similar experiences.

Save your coins and dignity by not shopping here. They are racist and like to accuse 11 year old girls of damaging products then not apologizing when they were wrong after already making the kid pay for merchandise. Hopefully they will close doors soon

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS HORRIBLE THE OWNER IS RASICT HE LOCKED THE DOOR WHILE I WAS CHECKING OUT AS IF I WAS ABOUT TO SELL.THEY FOLLOW YOU AROUND THE STORE AS IF UR A THEIF THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS STORE THEY DONT DESERVE OUR MONEY. Horrible experience 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend 😡

I am really disappointed in the owner of this store. This man falsely accused my daughters of dipping their fingers in products on the shelf. He approached both of my teen daughters and accused them when they were only looking for items to purchase. What hurts more is that he accused them and proceeded to go down aisles and open the products that he accused them of opening and he found that the products were completely sealed and intact. Once he realized he accused the wrong girls he walked away with not even as much as an apology. We frequent this store often and now it will NEVER happen again. I don't care if I have to go to Amazon, or any other major retailer to buy products but this establishment will NO LONGER earn my business. This is a RACIST and PREJUDICE man and he hides it behind hiring one black woman to work in the store to appear to be diverse. That does not fool me. As a black person, don't be fooled because you see that they hire one black person to tell other black clients about hair and eyebrows. This man only did that because he knows most of his clients are black and we (black people) are the ones who continue to increase his sales and revenue. BUT if I can't come into your store and shop and not be made to feel like I am a thief and then you resort to accuse my daughters? Well, that's where the buck stops!! I am tempted to call the press and PICKET and BOYCOTT and do all the things because this is unacceptable!!! I will as often as I can complain about this establishment.

Do not patronize this store!!! I just went to this get over beauty supply store…the braiding hair was marked 10.99 I get to the register and she charges me 17.99 stating it’s the wrong price on the pack and snatch the price off the pack and continued to change me 17.99..that is totally wrong and also price gouging!!!

My wait table staff was excellent. Her name is Kristy M. Food nice and hot when she brought it to the table. She checked on us frequently. Eggs and pancakes a little over done. The wait to check out was lengthy due to malfunction of equipment. I would have given my visit a 5 stars if I didn't have to wait 15mins to check out .

Place has nice wigs not a lot of variety of different brand braiding hair or crotchet especially for kids I still have to go cross town but they still have everything else it's clean and the only person that has good customer service is the black woman the others just stare and watch u the whole time
