Griselda is an Expert! I went there after having someone else cut my hair and she FIXED IT!! Everyone is very friendly! Warm and inviting! The Salon is very clean. Will definitely be back! Thank you for making me feel pretty !

Prices have increased, so that is a challenge on a budget. The service is excellent and the salon is very clean.

Every time that I go see Eva at New York Hair Salon, I walk out with a color and style better than I could have imagined. Eva knows which colors compliment my skin tone and hair color, she does a cut that makes my face feel highlighted and beautiful, and she is a gracious hosts with yummy coffee and good conversation. I don’t trust anyone else to do my hair!

This place has very friendly staff. And I did not have a complaint about my results. However I do not recommend this place simply because I was charged $270 for a BASIC color. I know that the economy is bad but that was absurd. I have been to higher end salons that don’t charge that much and they at least offer you coffee or wine Idk how they keep clients with prices like that I almost didn’t want to tip but like I said it’s not the results I had a problem with but unfortunately I cannot afford to go back.

Eva has been cutting my hair for about 8 years now. I drive over an hour just to see her. Most barber shops today only use buzzers to cut men’s hair, but Eva is a whiz with the scissors. Shes friendly and accommodating and she’s excellent at what she does!

I am new to the area and went to someone who claimed that they could lighten and add highlights to my hair. I was mortified when my hair came out orange!! Thankfully Eva was able to reassure me that she could fix it and was able to squeeze me in, on short notice, on the same day! She is a miracle worker! I am so grateful for her and her team of experts. God bless them!

Today I had an appointment with Eva. I had been to the salon a few times and today was my first experience with her. It has been a rough few years for me and I have not had a haircut in over 2 years. My hair was really long and so damaged. I was nervous going into today because it had been so long since I had a haircut. Eva was beyond amazing. She cut my hair beautifully. I left feeling such a confident boost and feeling so happy about my experience. This salon is hands down the best hair salon around. Id give 10 stars if I could.

Finding a salon and a perfect hairstylist is like dating your girlfriend. You have to play the field a bit, get together a couple of times, weigh your options, and ultimately decide whether they're worth settling down for. It's exhausting, but once you meet the one, there's no turning back. I found the hairstylist so perfect that from now I have decided to revisit this place always. The Staff is so understanding and can help the way we want. If you live nearby must try their services for once to visit them again.

My boyfriend surprised me with a hair appointment at this salon for Mother’s Day and the owner colored my hair along with help from two other woman at the salon. It looks amazing ! Legit revived my hair and I will be coming back.
