APPSOLULTLY TERRIBLE. Girls do yourself a favor do not go here. I asked to have my Acrylics removed and she burnt my nails and grinned to deep down to my pink nerves. Now it hurts when the wind even touches me I’m so serious I’m in pain.

Two different times I walked in to see if they had someone available to give me a pedicure, and both times, the attitude was, "How dare you try to give us business without an appointment!" In contrast, I went to Angel Nails down the road and was treated courteously, despite the fact that it was near their closing time, and given a pedicure. I'm not used to being treated so discourteously, I would rather not get used to it, and I wouldn't book an appointment here because of the nasty attitude (and because I like to be able to walk in and get a pedicure when the mood strikes me).

Yesterday I called early in the morning and was able to get an appointment for later that day. I arrived 15 minutes early and they took me right in. My nails were done very poorly by a different salon where my hard gel set was peeling up. The technician was able to get off all the old gel and rebuild all the messed up hard gel underneath and also was able to do this beautiful design that I had came in with a reference photo for. Perfect job!

I used to enjoy visiting Nail&Spa in New Paltz Plaza, but my recent experience left much to be desired. Opting for a pedicure and full leg waxing, I had hoped for a cozy moment of relaxation and pampering. Unfortunately, my assigned esthetician, a young girl, lacked the professionalism I had anticipated. She rushed through the pedicure, skipping steps like massaging my feet, and her lack of experience was evident during the waxing process. The waxing room itself was cramped and disorganized, with an untidy floor and unclean utensils. Disappointingly, after the so-called "waxing," I was handed an oily clump of cotton wool to clean myself. While I didn't expect a high-end treatment, the $120 price tag for this sloppy and underwhelming experience felt quite excessive and unjustified.

I will absolutely never go there again they messed up nut nails and because she had to take them off they only filed them down and left all the hard gel on my nails and it was and still is horrible to even look at two wk later she didn’t even put the remover in to get the gel off and the money I spent n tip she should have gladly done it. Very unprofessional third time I will never return there !!!!

I would not recommend this salon. You have to make an appt and then I had to wait 15 min past my appointment. They were rude to a woman who walked in and wanted a manicure without an appt AND they removed 3 layers of my nail when removing my gel polish. My nails broke days after and are so soft and bendy now because of they way the removed the prior gel polish. Not a fan!
