Returning Customer! Max and Zen are usually my go to techs. Had a different nail tech today. I never caught his name, but he did an amazing job! perfect shape and good quality. never a miss coming here 2/3/25 Zen and her artistic capabilities are outstanding. She never disappoints with her designs and efficiency! 12/17/24 Very happy with my new set, Max once again very enjoyable to talk to, remembered my name and what we’d talked about. Highly satisfied and recommended. 8/1/24 Very friendly staff and nice environment. Stopped in randomly off a whim, they took me right in and made me feel welcome. Max was super nice, and did a great job on my gel set. It’s was nice he made a point to get to know me. Definitely will be back soon for a pedicure too!

the best nail experience i’ve ever had, thank you! i wanted to get a fill on my acrylics but i didn’t know that they didn’t do acrylic, only gel. danny did my nails, and he asked me what i want to do since they don’t have acrylic. i was hesitant, but i agreed to get gel replacing the acrylic on my extensions, and i have no regrets. danny paid so much attention to every detail. he took time to fix my cuticles, apply lotion and oil and all that stuff that i don’t normally get anywhere else when i get my nails done, because whatever exact service you pay for you get that and anything else is an extra charge. not to mention, i got there about 10 minutes late and they all still treated me with kindness, and you can tell everyone genuinely cares about the customers.

This is my favorite place to come the people are so fun and friendly. I love the knowledge that Zen possesses. All the hip and cool styles she knows. And man is she engaging, her personal interests makes you feel so welcome. To be honest all the staff are great. A family friendly place you can even bring your children to enjoy the experience. Great place to come overall experience is fantastic. You have to try it, you will be addicted.

Everyone in Tranquility is wonderful! They do such amazing work and are very professional. They are very kind and really take the time to make sure their customers are happy. I always love how my nails look. I highly recommend for people to go to Tranquility. You will definitely receive high quality work and customer service!

My apointment was at 10 am and I got a text reminder. I was there at 9:55 and by 10:15 when no one had showed to open, I left for Macy's. I stopped by around 10:35 and NOW it was open! I had a pedicure and my cuticle was cut and bleeding. Not wanting to risk an infection (was on antibiotics for 2 weeks from a cut cuticle from another salon) I gave him $20 and left without any polish on my toes or without the planned manicure. I will not return.

They were amazing and I loved the color I picked! I have very small nails and they were able to put a full set on that were beautiful to help grow out!

My daughter and I have come here a few times and have been extremely pleased. Not only do they do a fantastic job with our nails but they are very professional and kind. We highly recommend this salon.
