Wonderful first time experience with my aunt here! Very clean and super friendly establishment! Competitive prices with amazing quality of services. They listen to what the customer wants and deliver. Huge range of colors and services to pamper you. Will definitely be back.

I walked in here as a walk-in because my hair salon is around the corner and figured I’d give it a try. I never write bad reviews but I just had to because of the quality for the service. I got a lavender spa pedicure for $48. It was suppose to be 30 minutes with callus remover, massage, etc for a normal pedicure. It was so rushed, they did not wrap your feet with the callus remover just put someone and used the cheese grater. When I asked vivienne the manager, she said that’s how they do the callus remover. The pedicure was maybe 15 minutes and I soaked my feet for about 15 to wait before they started me at all. They also used already used toe separators and pumice scrubber which is disgusting. I still paid the full price (this is not about money) and gave only a $5 tip to the lady who did my feet but I do not recommend this place at all. Management was dismissive of my concerns and was trying to just rush to get others done. I’m sorry but, I’ve been getting nail service for literally 20+ yrs. They should not say that this is the way it should be done and dismiss customers with genuine concerns. I did not cause a scene or anything and they just did not want to make things right by just acknowledging what they could do better as a business.

Stopped by randomly on a Saturday. Husband got both manicure and pedicure, I went with gel pedicure (+ gel soak off). The ladies were incredibly kind and helpful. I’m always leery due to bad experiences at other salons, but they listened to me and assured me they would be careful. Indeed they were, and told me what to ask for at future salons (I was only visiting the area, otherwise I would be back.)

They did excellent work putting powder on my nails but then they turned around and charged me $60 for it and an extra 10 to clean up my cuticles?! That is craziness right there. I did not get any extensions with it or anything just plain nails, no designs.

I have gone to this nail salon for over 3 years. I love the service and I always get compliments on my nails. The service is great and the wait time is short. I recommend this nail salon to everyone I can!

V is always amazing. I go biweekly to her. Everybody is super friendly and helpful. Price is affordable comparing the other places. Quality can’t even arguable because they are the best. I added my nails, they got longer here but it is chrome and my fav color!

I give 4 stars because she did a pretty good job but it was a very quick pedicure. Other places last longer, probably more massage. I don't remember getting much massage. And it costs $35 which is a lot for a basic pedicure. Then they have the tip settings at the card reader set to 20% for the smallest so if you choose that you're spending $42 on a basic pedicure that lasts about 30 minutes which is way to high in my opinion. The environment was nice. I wouldn't go back because of the price. I have places in Tampa that do a basic pedicure for $22 and it lasts longer. I think it's extra overpriced here because of the hotel next door. 🤷🏼‍♀️

LOVE IT HERE! My favorite nail shop, even after moving to Tampa. I always make time to drive down and get my mani and pedi done by Jennifer. All the women here are great, I’ll normally bring my mom or friends w me and all women are great, but Jennifer is my girl! Would 100000% recommend! And bring them snacks! 😊😊

Wonderful job the ladies there are super nice, very relaxing atmosphere and they do an amazing plus thorough job. They have a massaging chair and pedicure also includes light foot massage with lotions etc very happy. Thank you!

I decided to come last minute after my stressful job in healthcare to get a pedicure and manicure and upon arriving I asked if the salon had availability. They quickly accommodated me to a chair for a pedicure. While I sunk into the chair ready to relax, My technologist commented how my feet looked “Very rough” and told me “wow it’s been a while since you’ve gotten care on your feet, they need it really bad” I smiled and joked that yes, it has been a while. As an occupational therapist who works on her feet with seeing ALL sorts of feet all day, I couldn’t fathom telling my patients that their feet were disgusting. I would get fired. She kept persuading me upsales on my nails - I ordered the 2nd tier pedicure initially but she persuaded me to the 3rd tier in which i consented to. Then, she tried to get me to do gel and she pointed to my hospital shoes and said “your toes will get messed up if you wear those shoes) as if it was my first pedicure at 34 years old…I didn’t want gel. She finally dropped that upsale. My manicure then happened and when I left the gal told me I couldn’t wear the flimsy nail flip flops out the door and it was a liability and was worried i would sue the salon (She said lots have sued the salon for this which is unfortunate) She then said my options included donning my hospital shoes and ruining my pedicure or buying $5 flip flops. She never showed me the flip flops but I thought it was a bit ridiculous so I told her I’d just walk to my car bare footed and get my feet dirty (I mean, I am a native Floridian). So, that’s what I ended up doing. Anyway- I’ve been to hundreds of nail salons and I’ve never dealt with 1. Getting told my feet suck 2. Getting told I can’t wear the flimsy nail shoes to my car 3. Normally I do wear flip flops to salons. Now I will know to never get a last minute pedicure again without flip flops… Conclusion- There are thousands of other salons, so although this salon is super close to my house, driving elsewhere will provide me with a calmer overall experience. You’ve lost my business, but I enjoyed writing This review.

Lynn did an awesome job on my nails, toes, and eyebrows. The salon is very zen and the staff is very personable & professional. They use top notch products and are very highly skilled in the services they offer. It's definitely a relaxing experience and positive vibes when I visit. I'll definitely continue to patronize this business.

When you make an appointment. They service you at your appointment time. My time is valuable especially when I’m spending my money on personal care services. Tiffany is an amazing nail technician. Do stop in and see her for all your nail care services.
