I’ve been getting Botox injections here for over three years. I drive an hour each way for my 15 min appointment. Dr. Zengo uses the lowest dose possible to get desired effects. No one knows I use Botox (unless they ask, I happily share). I am not frozen but have prevented wrinkles in all treated areas. Dr. Zengo is knowledgeable and the doses are modest- I just can’t see going anywhere else. So I am stuck driving from Suwanee to Athens every 3 months.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zengo’s for three years now. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor. He is incredibly educated and experienced in this field. The way I feel today versus three years ago is night and Day. I sleep excellent, even with a snoring husband lol. I feel balanced, mentally, emotionally and physically! Don’t think twice about seeing this doctor. I just hope he doesn’t retire for a really long time!!! Last thing, his office staff are the kindest ladies, and they always answer the phone!

I tried making an appointment and they don't answer the phone. I called multiple times. The recording tells existing patients to use the portal, the rest - good luck. Find another provider they are way too busy.

It has been a little more than 23 yrs since I've seen Dr. Zingo, March 28th 2001 to be exact. He wasn't my obgyn he was on call for my doctor. ,come to think of it every time something serious happened during my first high risk pregnancy Dr. Zingo was always the one to save me. . This is a good man very patient I recommend him for anything you need as far as his services he provides. Thank you Dr. Zingo. Sidney is 23 now with a beautiful daughter of her own. .

The worst “doctor” I’ve ever had. Should not be treating thyroid and autoimmune disorders. He has no idea what he’s talking about. When I was his patient, I would drive all the way from Florida to see him, just for him to spend 2 minutes talking to me. All he would say to me is “You gained weight. You need to stop eating junk food.” Even though I had been gluten free and a healthy eater for 7 years. One time, he had the audacity to freaking show me a slideshow with a picture of an apple on it. Acting like I didn’t know what a freaking apple was… to give me examples of things I should be eating, despite the fact that one of the symptoms of untreated hypothyroidism is literally weight gain. Still, I followed every word of his advice, just for him to blame me for my own medical problems every time I came back. I always left his office in tears. Never once did he offer a solution like raising my dose for my ongoing hypothyroidism that wasn’t fully treated. I felt like I was treating myself, as I had to force him to raise my dose every single time. I was with him for 2 years because I so desperately wanted to get better and believe that he actually cared about me and my health. He didn’t even know my name after 2 years of being with him. Did not care about me whatsoever. He is rude, dismissive, condescending, and arrogant, not to mention the fact that he knows absolutely nothing about what he’s talking about. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to him ever. Save yourself the 2 miserable years I spent with him not being properly treated or getting better. My endocrinologist now is absolutely amazing, I don’t have to drive to another state to see her, she actually cares about her patients and their health, and I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in a long time. UPDATE: His response is proof of what I was talking about. Blaming his patients for his inadequacy as a doctor and overall unpleasantness as a human being. Talking down to me and claiming that I never followed his advice because "I thought I was above it" and was in college (a place that he should probably go back to). Many outright lies in there. What a sad, pathetic man. Also, has no problem infringing on HIPPA. His license should be taken away.

Worst injector I’ve ever had, did very low injections in relation to my issues, so top of forehead wasn’t done, dead middle was missed and it was just off in general. Could’ve gone back for 2 units free but why would I let the worst injector inject more. Went to a different person for correction and will def stay there. They were baffled! PLENTY OF GOOD INJECTORS OFFER $11/unit FYI. He tries to say u have to come every so often to get that price. Go elsewhere

I went to Dr. Zengo I believe in 2021. I have nodules on my thyroid and I suffer from hypothyroidism. Blood work was done and my reverse t3 was low. He advised me the reverse t3 was a thyroid blocker. IF SOMETHING IS BLOCKED APPARENTLY IT CAN'T FUNCTION LIKE IT SHOULD. I would think this so called medical professional would have done something about it. I had to contact the nurse on the patient portal to find out why he refuse to prescribe some medication. That was the worst encounter I've had with a doctor who could care less about treating his patients. It was a waste of money and time. My thyroid was being blocked and based on his incompetence he refuse to do anything about it. It appears to me that you can have a degree but it doesn't mean you graduated at the top of your class. He didn't even have the cajones to talk to me like a man. The nurse relayed his pathetic message. DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. EVERY TIME I THINK ABOUT IT I GET TICKED OFF!!!!

NO NO NO NO NO> Wow! I just read Zengo’s ultra reactionary response to my review that I resisted posting earlier because I don’t like giving poor reviews…but when reading his other reviews I believed it was my duty. What a rude reply and filled with lies! Zengo’s response is so false but I guess this proves how negative and defensive the guy really is! I had a valid reason for NOT wearing a mask (medically) but the real truth is I complied when told it was 100% mandatory no matter what my reason. (No compassion whatsoever!) When he asked why I don’t do mammograms, I answered not believing in them without elaborating that there are better, more accurate options, as he SHOULD know (sheesh! He’s a doctor!) Its also false he stressed I get evaluations since I presented alarming symptoms (maybe of cancer reoccurring that he alludes to in his remarks). What a lie and certainly steps over the HIPPA laws. But again, his lack of professionalism comes forth when anyone might audaciously disagree with his ‘almighty’ viewpoints. How absurd to get such an extreme reaction but he actually proves (by his own admission) that he was nasty to me since in his words I was ‘a distraction’. Oh…poor baby. It seriously doesn’t take much to upset this guy but I obviously upset his very inflated ego. Go to this doctor at your own peril. As for me, no thanks. (Again in his 2nd remarks, Zengo zings with his hostile & false statements that I ignored his efforts to have further evaluation. My goodness, Zengo, do you even think before you react? I can only go by your initial rudeness to me (and then calling me ‘a distraction’ in your office and now your hostility towards someone who has the nerve to speak truth about you. I really don’t care how you move forward but a gracious, honest professional would not act so defensively. Come on! I must not be the 1st to call you on the mat to get such upset. Now, you accuse me of baiting you regarding HIPPA? No… I’m simply stating facts that YOU gave my personal medical information over the internet. That infringes HIPPA. You initiated that…not me. You alluded to me having cancer symptoms. (Not true) You said I didn’t follow up. (Not true) Oh but you would know that if you looked at any of the labs I followed through with after visiting your office? But no of course you didn’t because you ‘wrote me off’ and I don’t care because it was my wonderful decision NOT to return to a doctor who displayed egotistical, rude and a hostile lack of EQ. So again I will say, I won’t be returning to you, Zengo and those who do go will do so at their own peril. Not many people have such a negative impact on me. My patience goes long and deep having dealt with some extremely difficult personalities (& btw I am a behavioral analyst!) Gosh, who knows, Zengo, maybe this honest review will lead you to do some personal development growth work on yourself. Perhaps it will benefit someone in the days to come. One can only hope… as for me? I’m done wasting my time with you.

I absolutely love it here. I’m always seen on time (which is rare for a Dr.), and he always spends a decent amount of time with me. Very knowledgeable and yet still hears and keeps my input in mind.

Unfortunately I will not be coming back here. The staff seemed annoyed or rushed. This was one of my first experiences, so I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect. When I got back, the doctor was knowledgeable about products but also pretty rude and “better than” about his knowledge, did not explain much of the process and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Bedside manner was icky. I felt more like an inconvenience than a legitimate patient. Again unfortunate, I know everyone practices differently, but I will not be back here.

Very good doc. I went to see him for rejuvenation, but after reviewing my intake forms, he suggested I take a saliva and blood test. We discovered I had low cortisol and a few other noteworthy numbers on results. He's done a great job for me.

Dr. Zengo is brilliant. He is clearly devoted to understanding hormonal balance and overall health. I have struggled with imbalances for over 20 years, but within weeks Dr. Zengo has given me hope and relief. His YouTube videos are educational and helpful. If you are willing to do the work on your end, show up, and communicate honestly, he will provide everything you need to optimize your system. His prices are better than most in the bio-identical world, but be reminded that alternative testing- which is far more effective than standard means- is frequently not covered by insurance. New Image has a nice office, a great staff, and you can get extra communication via a patient portal.
