Cynthia and NP Megan are both extremely knowledgeable when it comes to overall wellness and health optimization. As other reviewers stated, they are the perfect bridge between non-conventional and traditional medicine. My overall health has drastically improved since I began their program back in September of 2024. Chelsea and Avery are always there to greet you when you walk in. Avery typically does my injections and I rarely have experienced any discomfort. Overall a great team who knows what they’re doing!

Cynthia and the staff at New Era go above and beyond to get to the core issues and not just treat the symptoms. They have helped me tremendously balance my hormones and get into optimal health, not just within “normal” levels. It’s so nice to be able to also enjoy the sauna, red light therapy and hyperbaric chamber all in one place. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable and knows the patients by name. I highly recommended them and their facilities.

I originally discovered New Era Wellness through their aesthetic side, Doll House Aesthetics. I love this place! From the moment I walk in, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Avery has been giving me my injections for the past few months, and he does an amazing job. I’m not a fan of needles, but I never feel a thing because he’s so careful and patient. He’s also great at answering my questions and is very knowledgeable about the services and products the clinic offers. I always leave feeling well taken care of. Thanks, Avery!

I’ve been seeing Cynthia for about 5 years now and I completely trust her with my aesthetic needs. She is up front about what is and isn’t necessary and makes sure that your individual needs are met. She’s constantly learning and willing to share her knowledge. She’s very patient and makes you feel at ease! Her staff is also great, especially Crystal! She takes the time to make sure you are happy. Highly recommend.

I have been dealing with shoulder and elbow(s) injuries for a few months. Decided to give Modern Movement try. Dr. Reyna and Trae did an amazing job getting me fixed up. After two sessions I felt an instant relieve in pain. I would HIGHLY recommend Modern Movement!

I purchased a package of four B12 shots which I would schedule biweekly to get them. I went yesterday for my third shot. I told the young lady helping me that I had one more shot. She told me no that the one I was receive that day was my last one. I know I only received there shots. She proceeded to give me the injection…….it hurt like CRAZY. The pain ran through my body all the way to my fingertips. Mind you, I get vitamin injections regular and the pain is usually not that painful. When I got home I checked the area where the injection was given to check for bruising. What I found was blood on my underwear because she did not put a bandaid on the injection area. Will not be visiting or recommending New Era to friends.

Really enjoying my membership and only just started. Being able to come in regularly to do Red Light Therapy is going to be a huge help to my inflammation. Also with my membership, I have done two facials, IPL and VIORA for my face and neck. I really like the results from the VIORA. My neck seems tighter and seeing definition again in my jaw line. I am looking forward to many more treatments. Aging in your 50's is never pleasant, but now see a glow in my face again... Great Job Chelsea, and Crystal.

Dr. Reyna is outstanding! His professionalism, kindness and excellence are beyond 5 stars… my elbow tendinitis is improving after the first session ( secondary to Martial Arts, Combatives training , pull-ups, push up). I have been coming to Cynthia for years to receive amazing quality of care and she always shows genuine concern for my well being at New Era Wellness Center. While I look forward to looking good, she helps me focus on being healthy, having energy, sleeping good and avoiding unhealthy traps I've fallen into before w my eating. We track blood sugars, hormones and other things. Her knowledge is incredible and she has helped me learn so much!! *plus she's very talented with keeping my face looking like I want!! I’ve had two appointments here so far and got blood work done. They went over my bloodwork in great detail and made a personalized plan for me to resolve my deficiencies. Not like regular doctors at all that just throw prescriptions at you. New Era wellness actually helps you find the root of the problem and how to solve it. Couldn’t be happier and so excited to continue seeing them.

Prior to my first visit I called and inquire about the cost of starting women's HRT since I was paying out of pocket. I was advised that the cost would be $350 per month. That would cover labs, consult and medication. My first visit was a waste of time because their email confirming my upcoming labs never indicated I needed to be fasting..( I live 40 minutes away). Which meant that I had to rescheduled my labs. I went back the following week..had my labs done and paid $350 dollars as I was advised. A week later when I returned for my lab results and to start my treatment I was charged another $350 dollars!! When I questioned this charge .. their excuse was their is an additional $350 membership fee! I was never advised of this "membership" when I called. It was very disappointing because this is the reason why I called to verify the actual cost since I was paying out of pocket. If I would have known this.. I would have never agreed to pay $700!! I have now changed to a clinic that isn't overpriced and is honest when it comes to their fees. I had also called to obtain a copy of my lab results. The gentleman in the front desk advised that they would be sending them via email. Several hours later I still had not obtained my lab results which I needed them for the following morning. I called once again and spoke to the same gentleman and advised him of the situation. He advised that he realyed the message to Crystal amd she would be emailing them by the end of the day. I never received anything!! AGAIN I had to call them and demanded my labs to be emailed immediately!! This was such a nightmare!!

The entire staff is engaged and professional. They are genuinely interested in helping and happy in their work. Competence inspires confidence! Great job across the board... Chelsea, Jessica, and Avery at the desk are warm and accommodating. Rachel is constant working and is super friendly. Crystal lights up everyone with her smile!! Trey and Mike are experts in PT and use their cutting edge sports medicine equipment to the fullest. Megan is special and works tirelessly to improve her medicinal craft... a real pro. Dr's. Justin and Jason are dialed in with quick and accurate diagnosis and are both genuinely cool. David in operations keeps the show running, and Cynthia's oversight is obvious in the fantastic culture she has put together. I highly recommend just checking them out as they offer a myriad of services. I personally have permanent healing benefits to my frontal lobe from 38 sessions in the hyperbaric chamber as well as a few pt sessions to work out some nagging injuries. They have my full endorsement.

Amazing results that far exceeded my expectations. Never thought I would be able to run pain free again. Following their guidance, I did not suffer any setbacks that I had when I tried rehabbing on my own. I couldn’t be happier with the my decision! I injured myself in June of 2023. Based on an MRI I had a “horizontal undersurface tear in the posterior body of the medial meniscus”. Dr wanted to operate, and I was scheduled to have it performed in late September of 2023. I started doing research and met with another Dr in early September and he said surgery really wasn’t necessary. There were reasons why I went for a second opinion that should probably be explained in a different review… In fall of 2023, I decided I want to get back to running or riding a bike. I was unsuccessfully able to do any real activities without pain and soreness that would follow for days after the activity. I would treat it with ice and would try again every couple of weeks through March of 2024 and each time I was met with pain and real frustration. I spoke with someone who recommended Dr. Justin Reyna and Dr. Jason Wilkinson. After 3 months of visits and focused muscle and tissue treatment and exercise, I am back to doing what I love. I have been doing things from Hungarian dumbbell squats to toe yoga that have given me back my leg strength and most importantly knee stability. All exercises were prescribed and progressively became more difficult. Following their guidance, I did not suffer any setbacks that I had when I tried rehabbing on my own. I couldn’t be happier with the my decision!

I’ve been coming here for nearly three years, and thanks to them, I’ve never felt happier or healthier. Above all else, my bloodwork is on point and even better than it was ten years ago! Cynthia is an absolute sweetheart. She genuinely cares about your health, listens to your concerns and goals, and helps you find the right protocol to improve your well-being. Nicole is the motivator who ensures you follow the protocol, makes proper adjustments based on how you feel and where you need to improve, and is extremely knowledgeable.
