10/10 recommend this salon!! very cute clean quiet atmosphere , kathy with the long blonde hair did an amazing job on my hair!! She got done it exactly how i wanted and for excellent price! I will definitely be coming here again and I will leave a big tip! I wish i had the first time!!! ☺️

I saw Kathy on the 26th of March and I went in for a long over due cut and color I was so excited to get rid of my long locks and trade them in for a shorter style. When she showed me the final result I cried in side not only was it the wrong color but it was the wrong cut I was in shock! I went home and tried to wash the color to tone down the bleach job that I got and never wanted. I had asked for a caramel color. Not only was my hair the wrong color and the wrong cut my hair was fried. Every day for the next week when I got ready for work I cried and I cried a lot. One of my co workers told me they go to panache I made an appointment and to say several hundred dollars later I walked out feeling better and almost the cut I wanted. The first cut has to grow out to finish the look I originally asked for. I would not recommend getting your hair done by Kathy.

I wish I could give Ann and New Concepts Salon more than 5 stars! New Concepts is a professional and courteous salon but so much fun to be at. They have a modern, (clean), feel but when you are getting your hair done it is like you are sitting with a bunch of friends having a good time! Ann is the best at getting my hair to the right color and condition. I have been to MANY other hair stylist who turn my brown hair to almost red! Not the look I want! And if you have curly hair I would look no further than Ann. I just let her do the cut she wants and she always knows what is the most flattering! Plus she has this AMAZING conditioning treatment that has reverted my curly hair to the curls and texture I had when I was younger! If you haven’t been to this salon you are truly missing out!

Friendly workers and such great stylists! They get your hair exactly how you picture it in little to no time. It's in a convenient location (behind McDonald's). Although the parking is a little strange with the angles it's still a great place. They offer coloring books and crayons for your children to do while they wait along with some candy. For adults they offer tea and coffee. Overall such a great place and home vibe.

These talented young ladies are really good at what they do! Nicole does my hair, my sister's, and quite a few of our friends' hair. Both men and women use various services at New Concepts. We love the nice relaxed feeling of a small salon. They have recently we decorated and it looks wonderful. They serve coffee tea and hot chocolate, usually. They also have products thereto sell, in case you need to pick up more shampoo, conditioner, or whatever There's always close convenient parking that's always plowed in the winter.

I have hard to cut hair, a lot of hair, and had never been here before. Came here while vacationing, got a great haircut, Nicole was great! She did what I asked and better than expected!
