DO NOT GO HERE! I moved from Hot Springs to Conway years ago. I was in Hot Springs this weekend and needed a pedicure. I read reviews of all the nails shops as it had been years since I had been to one in Hot Springs. Neo Nails specifically had numerous reviews stating they had “the best pedicures” in Hot Springs. I made an appointment for 5PM (I asked for 5:30PM, but was told to come at 5PM which I was promptly there at 5PM) and was left soaking until after 6PM. After all of that they had the audacity to refuse to give me a pedicure because my toenails were too thick and long. Yes, I have problem feet, but get pedicures and have for years without an issue at any nail salon? A professional pedicurist is supposed to grind down thick toenails before cutting. This place had the audacity to tell me to go to the hospital to cut my toenails because they didn’t have the tools? Incredibly rude and unprofessional! They just ran late because of other clients, and clearly didn’t want to stay late. Also tried to charge me $45 instead of $35 for callouses-again not typical. I left without a pedicure after soaking in the water for over an hour past my appointment time as they wouldn’t do my toes, and ended up going somewhere else.

We went here on our vacation. My sister and I brought our daughters and this was probably the best pedicure ever had, highly recommend.

Some staff were friendly, some of the staff were stand off-ish. Pedicure looked pretty good though!

Absolute perfection!!!! By far the best pedi/foot and leg massage I’ve ever had!!!! Such sweet people on top of it and great prices!!! Won’t even think about going anywhere else in hot springs!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about these people and this business:)

Fabulous cusromer service and the deluxe pedicure is worth every penny! The hot stone massage and regular massage were awesome!

I was a Walk In for my visit today. Helen and (I think Peter) both took such amazing care of me today. Helen helped me pick out just the right colors. She was so patient with me. (it's been about 7 years since I've had my nails done) She passed me off to Peter(?) who then did a fantastic job on my acrylics and absolutely astounded me with his artwork. I gave him creative freedom and he chose a design as if he had known me for years. Helen then treated me to a hand mask with hand and neck massage. I was treated as if I've been a long time customer. I will definitely be going back. Again and again. Plus, I promised Helen I would try a pedicure. lol. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I went thru SEVERAL nail salons before I found neo nails and I am so grateful that I found them!! Not only do they do a awesome job but there atmosphere makes you feel at home and they don't charge you an arm and a leg. I honestly prefer them everytime I get the chance!! Thank you neo nails!!

I’m in Hot Springs for work and I needed a mani/pedi real bad. I chose this nail salon because of their google ratings and I’m glad I did. The staff was really nice, funny, and respectful. The establishment was clean and organized. I love my nails and toes. This will be my nail salon for as long as I’m in Hot Springs.

My wife and I had a fantastic time here. Helen gave me the best pedicure I’ve had. They were so friendly and did amazing work. My wife absolutely loved her nails. I would absolutely recommend.

Only place I’ll go for my nails & pedicure in hot springs, everyone here really cares about the customer. Clean environment, caring employees and I have never had a bad service so far no matter who I go to. I highly recommend!!

Absolute best salon in Hot Springs. My wife and sister have been using this place since it opened and the staff always show them an amazing time. Any design is no problem for this crew ; find any crazy nail design on pentrist to blow away your friends and get it done for cheaper than most other nail places too. Basically, the place is great and prepare to be treated like you matter.

I am amazed at just how much I love these nails..! Nina did a FANTASTIC job. She took her time & paid careful attention to detail. She was so very sweet & gentle.. My experience was top notch.. We had great conversation, I was served wine, while a few other customers had mimosas... This was overall by far the absolute BEST nail salon experience I've ever had. Thank u so very much. I will never go anywhere else 💞

I love this nail salon so much 🥰 they are all so sweet and always make me feel welcome when I come in, even though I am normally shy. Everybody there does a good job & puts so much care into making sure their clients leave happy. I’ve tried lots of places around Hot Springs but none compare to Neo Nails ☺️

Never again! The technicians name was Son. Can’t stand when they carry on conversations with themselves in their language. I tried to have a conversation with him and he wasn’t interested. He criticized me for picking a green color for Christmas and he seriously said, “Christmas isn’t here yet.” Like who says that to their customer?!?! He did such a poor job - especially on my thumbnail. Instead of putting a dot of acrylic to even out my nail - he put a dot of nail glue. He was rough and did not have any finesse in his technique. Go elsewhere - hopefully they don’t carry on conversation amongst themselves continuously. So rude. No customer service. I tipped well - because I’m generous - and it’s the holiday season. These poor people have no other drive or skills to do anything else but probably talk mess about their customers in their language.
