Have been a few times both in North Conway and their Gorham office. Both have a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. You feel like you step out of the craziness of life when you enter! Relaxing and peaceful. Knowledgeable, they never push additional services on you, but answer all the questions you have. Highly recommend.

Shelli is absolutely amazing! She is the first person, after multiple dermatologist and providers, to acknowledge my concerns and help find the root cause of my “acne”. With only seeing Shelli once, she truly has changed my life tremendously! I highly recommend seeing her!!

I’m a believer! I went to NDC Skin hoping to lighten up my brown spots and to educate myself on skin care for my face. Shelli and her excellent staff surpassed my expectations. My face is really almost devoid of all brown spots (I’ve changed my foundation and no longer need cover stick!). Also very important are the numerous skin care products that are available to help my skin continue to improve.

This is the most professional medical spa. They truly listened to what I wanted to achieve. I feel better about myself and now just maintain. I can't say enough wonderful things about the profes-sionalism, cleanliness and caring, helpful staff. Shelli and Dr. Shoenbeck go over and above in your care and, they don't just leave you hanging after a treatment - they check up on you.

I an so happy with the service I’ve received so far in my laser hair reduction treatments. My technician was and still it kind and considerate when dealing with more painful areas and is a joy to converse with. It really is like going to see a friend and also getting treatment done. I look forward to having more sessions in the future.

I just love the facial treatments I have received over the years at NCD. Over the last few months I have had my treatments done by their new aesthetician, Suzanne. She has been wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and she analyzed my skin and recommended treatments. My skin is hydrated and feels/looks great! I highly recommend Suzanne for her professional and knowledgeable expertise!

I was able to get an appt with Shelli for dermaplaning//facial. She did a fantastic job as my face was desperately in need of tlc. She took the time to evaluate my skin and proceeded to give me a facial that my skin was in need of. I love the product line they carry. Lots of places will try to push you to buy their products , but not the case here. I asked about the products used on me and wanted to buy them. I’ve been using them for about a week now and love them. Lise at the front desk is the sweetest! Her personality and friendliness was there as soon as I walked in the door. She gave me the tour of the facility and made it feel like the best place to be. Can’t wait for my next appt when I am back in the area.

I was so fortunate to have been gifted a facial at NCD Skin by my mother-in-law while I was in town visiting. It had been ages since I last had a facial and this time felt like such a treat. Shelli was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and my skin looked amazing at the end! The treatment space and office were modern looking and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves and/or establish a regular skincare routine. I only wish I lived locally so I could try out their other services.

I am pretty new to facials and honestly have been a little cautious as I have rosacea and literally any change in my regimen can cause a flareup. But my skin was feeling so dried out and looking dull, that I decided to give it a whirl. I made an appointment at NCD Skin and was treated to an amazing and relaxing facial by aesthetician, Suzanne Tourangeau. She asked me what type of treatment I wanted, or needed, which of course, I was clueless, but she was definitely knowledgeable as to how to treat me with this facial. I was so pleased with the results!! My skin felt hydrated and literally glowed afterwards--it looked smoother and at least to me, younger than it had in years--and no flareup!! I will definitely follow-up with another appointment. Thank you Suzanne!

I am thrilled with my experience at NCD Skin! The atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. I went to the appointment unsure of what I wanted, but Dr. Schoenbeck and Shelli were so patient with me. They listened to what I had for concerns and then helped me to make an informed decision on a treatment plan. I will definitely be going back again and again!

I have been going to NCD skin for about a year Shelli recommended I start with a skin care regimen. I couldn't be happier with the change in my skin it has become brighter and more youthful. I also come every 8 weeks for a lash lift and I love the results.

NCDSkin is the place to be! I have had numerous services from Shelli including dermaplanning, IPL hair removal, microdermabrasion, celluma treatments, facials, waxing, and a lash lift and tint. Shelli is personable and professional and has made me feel very comfortable during my treatments. Along with giving amazing treatments, Shelli is a great educator! She always goes above and beyond in explaining products and treatments to me. The spa is clean, extremely relaxing, and her prices are very reasonable. Right now I am in the middle of receiving my IPL hair removal. Can I just tell you.... WOW!!!! I have only had 3 treatments done so far for my underarms and my brazilian area and I am more than impressed! I have barely any hair growing back after only 3 treatments, and still have 3 more to go! I am extremely satisfied with the results of the IPL hair removal, and would totally recommend this service to others. UPDATE: I am now one year out after having IPL hair removal and I can’t even begin to explain the difference in my hair texture. My hair comes back much slower and when it does, it is so unbelievably thin!!! I am going to go back for a touch up treatment to keep up with my amazing results but this service is 100% worth the money.

I traveled 2 and a half hours to see Dr. Schoenbeck and Shelli for Botox for my TMJ pain. I’ve experienced chronic pain from bruxism for YEARS and wake up with headaches and muscle pain on a daily basis. They took their time and were so thorough with my history and concerns. Dr. Schoenbeck is so attentive and knowledgeable! This morning (5 days after my treatment) I woke up with no pain!!! I feel completely rejuvenated and rested and much more clear headed than I have in a very long time. THRILLED is an understatement! I am so thankful for this service and wish I had done this years ago! Worth every single penny. Thank you SO much!!!!
