I loved so much learning from Nikra. I have had a desire to learn how to apply make-up for a long time but make-up tutorials weren’t cutting it. Sitting with her one-on-one as she customized the class for me was more helpful than anything I have ever done! I was immediately able to apply the new knowledge thanks to her simple and easy to follow instructions. I feel more confident and for the first time in my life I look forward to playing with makeup! She did such an amazing job! She worked with our timeline and adding people last minute. She is just amazing to work with and knew what I wanted and was able to walk me through the process. Also I got married during a heat wave and my ceremony was outside in that heat. Everything lasted so well my hair and makeup considering the 98 degree heat. So she knows what she is doing and makes sure that the look lasts.

I got married on 9/2/23 over Labor Day in Park City, UT (really much father than PC.. up in the mountains) and Nikra was by far my favorite vendor. She and her team did my wedding day hair and makeup, along with my makeup and hair the night before the wedding for the rehearsal dinner/welcome reception + her team did all my bridesmaids/MOB/MOG wedding day too. Everything from the hair/makeup trail and all throughout our wedding day, Nikra was incredible. Even before the trail, her and I texted back and forth for weeks answering my questions, giving me her opinions on different hairstyles, helped me figure out what extensions to order for the big day…it felt like I was texting a friend deciding on all these things alongside her. Above and beyond service for someone she had never even met at that point. I felt the prettiest I ever have, without looking too cakey or overdone. I had previously hired a diff hair/makeup vendor and wasn’t all that happy after the trial, so one of my bridesmaids help me find Nikra and it was the best vendor switch I could have made bc let’s be real.. we all want to look and feel our best after the lengths we go to plan the wedding. I can’t recommend her more. Her and her team basically trekked up the Wasatch mountains to allow me to get ready at a very special cabin near where we were getting married. They were nothing but smiles and professionalism the entire time. We all got airbrush makeup which I TOTALLY recommend! Also a few of us had hair styled with extensions. Okay this is the longest review I have ever left so I’ll leave it with one more comment.. Nikra could sense I was getting anxious and stressed when my wedding day faced delays (not related to her services). She pulled me aside, reminded me to stay present, enjoy the moment, and made me take a few deep breaths with her. This meant a lot to me and was exactly what I needed to hear. Your vendors can make our break your wedding.. I know this bc I had another vendor who created a lot of challenges. You will not regret working with Nikra! My experience with Nikra was the best. I am in sales and customer service and it was so nice to see it hasn't completely died in the industry. I had a bad experience with a hair/makeup trial with a different company. I was stressed beyond belief knowing I had to find a different hair/makeup person a month before my wedding. I came across NC Studio and sent a message, fingers crossed they even had availability. I got a response back and to my surprise that's the only day/weekend she had open. I met with Nikra and she was very knowledgeable and professional. I booked with her that night. On wedding day, myself and 4 bridesmaids had her do hair and makeup. We were so in love! She did an amazing job and we felt like models for the day 😃 I would highly recommend her and her company! I will definitely use her again!

I have always wanted to learn how to do my makeup better and I’m so glad I finally took a class to learn, especially with Nikra. She’s so talented with makeup! She taught me how to use brushes correctly, how to apply the makeup correctly, and what colors work well with my skin tone. Her booklet is very handy to follow when you get home and I feel like I’ve been able to do the makeup the way she taught me. I have loved how my makeup has turned out; it’s been a big confidence booster for me. I highly recommend Nikra’s makeup class!

Nikra is amazing! I found her through her reviews online and saw her work on her website and instagram. I’m a luxury wedding planner who does destination weddings and also assists with pre and post wedding celebrations and engagement shoots. My clients flew in for their engagement shoot yesterday. Nikra was an amazing communicator with my bride and myself. She delivered the most gorgeous Hollywood glam look for my bride. Nikra is amazing. I came to her with a vision for a masquerade gala and with her talent and creativity, the outcome exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Nikra was amazing and was absolutely able to execute the look needed for my engagement photos. I flew from Atlanta, hopped off my flight and went straight over to her and she delivered. We went for Hollywood waves and old Hollywood red stick glam. Amazing!

I’ve never been someone that feels especially good or confident in my makeup skills, but I’ve always wanted to be. Then I found this one on one class through NC Studio and it completely changed my perspective. She was so attentive to my needs, and really explained everything at the perfect pace for me. Not to mention she instilled the confidence I was lacking! She such an incredible teacher. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to step up their makeup game.

I did a private make up class with Nikra and the first word that comes to mind to describe my experience is phenomenal. The class was amazing she walks you through the whole process and leave knowing exactly what products and brushes she used. I leaned SO much and she even let me record it so I have been watching it as I practice. I actually found her while looking for bridal make up and when I saw she offered classes I knew I wanted to learn how to do myself instead so I could always do it again if I wanted. And now I'm so glad I did! I feel so much more confident and love the look I can create. 100% would recommend!

I hired Nikra for my wedding and wedding party. Nikra is absolutely wonderful and so incredibly talented. She is incredibly nice and was able to beautifully recreate the inspiration pictures I showed her. The stylist she brought with her we also very talented and all of the girls loved their hair and make up. I love my wedding hair and make up so much and look stunning in our wedding photos. I highly recommend Nikra.

I’ve always struggled with applying makeup. I never knew what colors, shades, or products to use. I absolutely loved having a 1:1 lesson with Nikra. I was able to learn what worked for me. I was even able to practice applying my makeup with Nikra helping me use the right techniques. She was so knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. I look forward to doing my makeup now and have found the confidence in applying it. I wish I had found this class sooner. It was worth the money.

Nikra and her hair/makeup team were amazing - we loved them! Everyone in our wedding party loved how our hair and make up was done! Our group had a mix of different complexions and hair types, and we are mostly Asian/Asian American but Nikra and her team did a great job with our hair and make up. They were so nice and accomodating for our group. Highly recommend her and her team for weddings or any occassion that you need to get dolled up!

Nikra and her team arrived at our wedding venue early and immediately got to work on my bridal party. We had a large group that needed both their hair and makeup done, and she was great at communicating to make sure each person had their specific needs met. She also sent us helpful instructions for how to prepare our hair and faces before we arrived at the venue. She and her team did great job working from references to create the style we wanted for the wedding. They were friendly and easy to talk to while they worked, and we were very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Nikra and her team for any hair and makeup services!

Nikra is absolutely amazing at her craft. She worked magic on myself and 3 other ladies in under 3 hours the afternoon of my wedding. Hair and makeup was FLAWLESS and didn’t budge one bit! I received so many compliments and my bridesmaid even commented that it was the best makeup she’s ever had done! Nikra and her assistant were so cute and super fun to work with, I would book with her again a thousand times over. Do yourself a favor and book with her before your date is gone!

Nikra was absolutely incredible. She did my hair and makeup for my elopement in Utah. I showed her an inspiration pic of hair and she matched it to a t. My makeup was beautiful, flattering, and flawless. I did not want to take it off at the end of the night. The foundation color was perfect and the look was beautiful. I had voiced concern about my weird skin tone and combination skin and she knew just what to use. She’s a complete professional, was on time, had chair, lighting, and a variety of products for any look. I would use and recommend her again and again for a wedding, special event, or anything requiring makeup whatsoever! Just a pleasure, I wish she was in my town and I’d have her on my speed dial! She is the BEST OF THE BEST!!! I found her out of the blue cause I needed my makeup done for this concert and me I don’t know how to do makeup! She squeezed me in her busy schedule and she KILLED IT!!! I showed her what I wanted and she did it no questions asked!!! I call her “MY” makeup artist because she really is that great!!! I was absolutely blown away by the talent of this glam team!! I had my hair and make up done because I was a bridesmaid in my best friend’s wedding. Thanks to Nikra, my hair and make up were perfect from morning through the entire night of drinking, eating and dancing— and I was the first one to get ready! Nikra and her team were in charge of making 10 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, the wedding officiant and the bride look good for her big day. They completed makeup and hair for everyone (not an easy task for such a large group!) with plenty of time for pictures before the ceremony. Everybody looked STUNNING (I’m talking best I’ve ever seen these ladies look… no offense ladies). The hair and makeup team was very professional and great at listening to requests while adding their own artistic flair. I hate makeup and hardly every wear anything on my face and Nikra made sure I was comfortable while also looking good. I came un prepared to get my hair done (no hairstyle in mind) and the lady who did my hair was great at talking me through different options until I had the perfect look. I highly recommend them for your hair and makeup needs!
